应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法连续测定金属锌中的砷和锑,在优化的试验条件下,砷和锑的检出限分别为0.25μL和0.10μL,得到两种元素的回收率在95%~108%之间,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和1.0%。本法快速简便,可测定金属锌中0.0000x%~0.0x%范围内的砷和锑,结果良好。 相似文献

建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定精锑中砷的方法。试料用王水溶解,通过加入酒石酸抑制基体锑的水解,用硫脲-抗坏血酸将As(V)还原成As(Ⅲ),从而不需通过化学分离,直接测定精锑中的砷。方法的检出限为0.210ng/mL,相对标准偏差(n=11)为2.58%。 相似文献

采用王水消解土壤样品,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷和锑的含量。研究并优化了载气及屏蔽气的流量,硼氢化钾的浓度,灯电流等试验条件。荧光强度与砷及锑的质量浓度在0~500μg.L-1范围内呈线性关系。在已知砷、锑量土壤试样的基础上,加入3个浓度水平的砷和锑的标准溶液后,按本试验方法作回收试验,根据结果算得砷及锑的回收率依次在99.8%~102.5%及99.3%~101.3%之间。 相似文献
