This paper explains how product lifecycle management (PLM) tools can be used such that an organization's supply chain is managed to ensure quality, with availability, compliance and competitiveness as primary areas of focus. 将成套电器企业模型与J2EE构架相结合,提出了基于J2EE的成套电器企业集成平台的体系结构和层次模型。平台提供统一的全局共享主题数据模型和以项目管理为中心的企业运营工作流程,实现了营销、生产计划、设计、工艺、物流采购、质量检验、仓库、制造和财务等企业职能部门信息和过程的有效集成。在集成平台的基础上,构建了基于Web和组件技术的成套电器企业产品数据管理和企业资源计划业务系统域,并着重研究了这两个业务系统域的应用组件实现的关键技术。作为应用示范,完成了一家成套电器工厂企业信息化系统的实施,使企业的设计能力、交货期、质量、成本和服务水平等综合指标大为提高。  相似文献

In the globally competitive business environment, collaborative product development has become an important strategy for enterprises to reduce risks and enhance their competitiveness. The planning phase becomes more significant and complicated when utilizing external resources to determine a product solution to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals. The decision process for assessing design alternatives depends on the tradeoffs between quality, time, and cost. In this research, we propose a framework for collaborative product development and production of modular products. It aims at linking customer requirements, generating design alternatives, and then evaluating and selecting these choices to determine the optimum solution. They are considered from both design aspects and manufacturing concerns. Product strategy is discussed as the most important factor in the evaluation process. Further, a practical application of a system-on-a-chip product planning process was carried out to demonstrate the completeness and benefit of our proposed framework.  相似文献

在大规模定制(MC)模式下,企业通过产品族规划来最大化顾客满意度和最大化组织利润。基于MC的两个实现策略:产品设计模块化定制化、制造过程延迟化,提出了一种产品族定制设计系统化方法。构建多维扩展质量屋、将市场需求有效转换为产品族及成员的定制属性取值;将制造延迟区分过程与供应链相结合,构建多级生产供应库存运作系统、以预测定制模块及定制产品的成本;当配置定制属性与成本而构成虚拟定制产品族时,利用联合分析法研究市场对各定制产品的偏好效用、以此明确产品族定制规划与延迟形式;而不同方案的对比可决择产品族的适宜定制程度与恰当延迟策略、实现顾客与组织共赢。最后,通过一个实例来说明理论与方法的有效性。  相似文献

To produce quality products at low cost in today’s manufacturing industry, an integration of product design and process planning is essential. Process tolerance is one of the most important parameters that link product design and process planning. The process mean is also a critical parameter for further quality improvement and cost reduction under the permissible process setting adjustment within design tolerance limits. An intelligent knowledge-based system for product cost modellingis presented in this paper. The developed system has the capability of selecting a material, as well as machining processes and parameters based on a set of design and production parameters; and of estimating the product cost throughout the entire product development cycle including assembly cost. The proposed system is applied without the need for detailed design information, so that it can be used at an early design stage, and, consequently, redesign cost and longer lead time can be avoided. Hybrid knowledge representation techniques, such as production rules, frame and object oriented are employed to represent manufacturing knowledge. Fuzzy logic-based knowledge representation is applied to deal with uncertainty in the knowledge of cost model to generate reliable cost estimation. This paper deals with cost modelling of both a machining component and an injection moulding component, which is a process that gives high production rates, excellent quality and accuracy of products, and low manufacturing cost. Based on the analysis of the moulded product life cycle, a computer-based cost model was developed which integrated the relationship between cost factors, product development activities, and product geometry. The estimated cost included the costs of material, mould and processing. The system has been validated through a case study.  相似文献

Increasingly, lean manufacturing is being applied by leading manufacturers throughout the world. As continuous improvement cycles of many lean initiatives focus on cost control and improving quality of product, turbulence in world markets demand more agility and responsiveness without compromising cost and quality. In order to attain more agility, information and communication technologies are utilized by many manufacturers, both at shop floor systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) layer. This increasing trend created a disconnect that presents an opportunity for manufacturing intelligence (MI) systems. Bridging this gap, MI can enhance responsiveness by providing visibility into operations and improve quality by tracking long-term data, hence support the continuous improvement philosophy of lean manufacturing. This paper presents an ISA-95-based MI framework that can support lean manufacturing by contextualizing low-level shop floor data using production operation information from ERP systems. Processed data is presented on dashboards via Key Performance Indicators, which managers can use to determine appropriate action for their lean initiatives, timely and effectively.  相似文献

Producing products with multiple quality characteristics is always one of the concerns for an advanced manufacturing system. To assure product quality, finite manufacturing resources (i.e., process workstations and inspection stations) could be available and employed. The manufacturing resource allocation problem then occurs, therefore, process planning and inspection planning should be performed. Both of these are traditionally regarded as individual tasks and conducted separately. Actually, these two tasks are related. Greater performance of an advanced manufacturing system can be achieved if process planning and inspection planning can be performed concurrently to manage the limited manufacturing resources. Since the product variety in batch production or job-shop production will be increased for satisfying the changing requirements of various customers, the specified tolerance of each quality characteristic will vary from time to time. Except for finite manufacturing resource constraints, the manufacturing capability, inspection capability, and tolerance specified by customer requirement are also considered for a customized manufacturing system in this research. Then, the unit cost model is constructed to represent the overall performance of an advanced manufacturing system by considering both internal and external costs. Process planning and inspection planning can then be concurrently solved by practically reflecting the customer requirements. Since determining the optimal manufacturing resource allocation plan seems to be impractical as the problem size becomes quite large, in this research, genetic algorithm is successfully applied with the realistic unit cost embedded. The performance of genetic algorithm is measured in comparison with the enumeration method that generates the optimal solution. The result shows that a near-optimal manufacturing resource allocation plan can be determined efficiently for meeting the changing requirement of customers as the problem size becomes quite large.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with optimal production planning on a single failure-prone flexible machine that produces N distinct part types. The machine is flexible in the sense that no setup is required for switching from production of one part type to another. We consider the problem of controlling production rates to minimize the expected long-run average cost of product surpluses over time. We assume constant unit holding and shortage costs and constant demand rates for the part types. Moreover, the costs are assumed to be the same for all products. This article introduces the service lifecycle and the organizational implications for those companies that take up the challenge of manufacturing the original product and delivering ongoing service provision to the customers who buy it. The service lifecycle applies to maintenance of products that have a fairly long life and require a good deal of service, and covers the installed base of products needing maintenance. As with product lifecycle, there are four stages that best describe the service lifecycle: rapid growth; transition; maturity and end of life. The product lifecycle has a long track record as a marketing model. Less well known is the service lifecycle, which can be viewed as of critical importance when providing high value capital, engineering, products. Reviewing these models in tandem highlights some of the strategic decisions open to layers in these markets and highlights the importance of market scanning and analysis.  相似文献
