This paper introduces sensorless hysteresis direct torque control for permanent magnet synchronous motors to provide a reduced torque pulsation profile, which leads to a smaller mechanical vibration. The suggested algorithm utilizes the principle of vehicle steering, which continuously fixes the direction of the vehicle in the track. Moreover, the algorithm efficiently employs the output of torque and the output of flux error controllers used in basic hysteresis direct torque control to select two nonzero adjacent vectors. The initial switching time for the selected vectors is determined by a function that considers the absolute magnitude of the torque error and the magnitude of the flux error in addition to the space angle position of the stator flux. To reduce the processing time in the control signal flow, a suggested structure for switching the initial time of the selected vectors is developed. The final switching time of the vectors is adaptively adjusted according to the minimum required stator voltage to drive the load and according to the stored rotor energy that arises due to the inertia of the mechanical load connected to the motor shaft. The simulation results along with the experimental results show a fast dynamic response of torque, relatively reduced torque ripples, and reduced current harmonics compared to the basic hysteresis direct torque control.  相似文献

A neural network based AC–AC voltage restorer is designed for voltage sags and PWM type active power filter with compound trap passive filter as a new hybrid filter are simultaneously used for voltage harmonics compensation and electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction. First objective is to apply the neural network based switching control technique for the AC–AC voltage restorer to reduce time delays during the switching conditions and switching losses. The aim of the IGBTs used in the AC–AC voltage restorer is to test and to find the best switching frequency–power combination in the steps of the simulation. Thus, the proposed AC–AC voltage restorer has important advantages such as fast switching response, simplicity and more intelligent structure, better output waveform. The transient condition of the AC–AC voltage restorer is improved via the neural network based control technique. The second objective is the proposed strategy for elimination of voltage harmonics using PWM type DC–AC inverter part of the system as an active power filter. The last objective of the system is EMI reduction with using hybrid filter and voltage restorer together. Three problems which are voltage sags, harmonics and EMI are solved with the proposed system simultaneously.  相似文献

In this paper, a five-level cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverters topology is applied on induction motor control known as direct torque control (DTC) strategy. More inverter states can be generated by a five-level inverter which improves voltage selection capability. This paper also introduces two different control methods to select the appropriate output voltage vector for reducing the torque and flux error to zero. The first is based on the conventional DTC scheme using a pair of hysteresis comparators and look up table to select the output voltage vector for controlling the torque and flux. The second is based on a new fuzzy logic controller using Sugeno as the inference method to select the output voltage vector by replacing the hysteresis comparators and lookup table in the conventional DTC, to which the results show more reduction in torque ripple and feasibility of smooth stator current. By using Matlab/Simulink, it is verified that using five-level inverter in DTC drive can reduce the torque ripple in comparison with conventional DTC, and further torque ripple reduction is obtained by applying fuzzy logic controller. The simulation results have also verified that using a fuzzy controller instead of a hysteresis controller has resulted in reduction in the flux ripples significantly as well as reduces the total harmonic distortion of the stator current to below 4 %.  相似文献

This paper describes a new dissipative passive filter system to minimize torque pulsation and current harmonic noises in surface PMSM when derived with field oriented control algorithm. The passive filter system consists of complex dissipative filter cascaded by low pass filter. The complex filter has two setting frequency points, one at inverter switching frequency and the other at some average selected frequency point. The filter system is affecting the inverter switching frequency in such a way to decrease stress on the inverter switching elements and reducing the severe of dv/dt on the motor. The filter system uses series dissipative elements to assist in reshaping of the applied voltage waveform in order to provide almost semi-sinusoidal voltage to the motor windings. The simulation results show that the proposed filter system is effectively minimized torque pulsations and harmonic noises in surface PMSM.  相似文献

针对传统直接转矩控制存在转矩脉动大和开关频率不固定的缺点,该文提出了一种采用矢量线性组合和SVPWM调制的新型直接转矩控制方法,即由空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术产生六个基本的和六个线性组合的定子电压空间矢量,根据转矩偏差和磁链偏差优化选择定子电压空间矢量,实现对电机转矩的控制.将该控制方法应用到异步电动机调速系统,通过系统仿真实验验证,该控制方法的输出转矩脉动小、电流谐波低、开关频率固定,调速系统有着良好的动态性能和调速精度.  相似文献

研究了基于无速度传感器技术的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制策略,该策略将空间矢量脉宽调制技术应用到了电压源逆变器的开关序列选择中;通过滞环控制器控制磁链和转矩,消除了脉宽调制的延迟;采用低通滤波器实现了电压和电流的谐波抑制。仿真结果表明,采用该策略后,电动机的实际速度与不同转矩响应下的预计速度相似,加速到参考速度所需的时间很短,跟踪也很好。  相似文献

在分析当前国内外电力有源滤波器的基础上,根据电力有源滤波器的发展动态,提出了一个大功率串联混合型有源滤波器的设计方案。该方案主要针对大容量谐波补偿高次谐波时面临器件开关频率与容量之间的矛盾,提出采用多重化电路拓扑方案,将容量小但开关速度较快的逆变器并联以满足容量和开关速度的要求。提出了一种新型的检测负载电压的方法,给出了其主要电路的具体设计方案。  相似文献

在传统的异步电动机直接转矩控制中,因开关管的工作频率限制,滞环控制器的滞环宽度不能设置太小,因而不可避免地产生较大转矩脉动。针对该问题,提出采用模糊控制器取代滞环比较器,依据同一电压空间矢量在不同磁链角范围对磁链和转矩的不同影响建立改进的模糊规则表,并采用最大隶属度平均法进行解模糊。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明,所提出的模糊控制方法可以得到较小的转矩脉动和较好的系统动态性能。  相似文献

针对传统滑模观测器(SMO)抖振和相位延迟问题,提出了一种新型滑模观测器来获取无刷直流电机(BLDCM)反电动势(back-EMF),无需额外增加低通滤波器即能得到光滑的反电动势估计值.由反电动势估计值能够直接计算出转子位置角和转速.根据转子位置角和滞环控制器的输出来选择适当的电压空间矢量,实现无位置传感器控制,并根据转速和反电动势估计值计算转矩.最后,将该滑模观测器用于无磁链环直接转矩控制(DTC)中.实验结果验证了方案的可行性.  相似文献

介绍了五电平拓扑下的直接瞬时转矩控制原理,在此基础上,建立基于五电平的开关磁阻电机直接瞬时转矩滞环控制策略Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,重点介绍转矩滞环控制器、开关表的制作与模型建立。仿真结果表明,和直接转矩控制、三电平拓扑下的转矩滞环控制相比,五电平转矩滞环控制策略有效地抑制了电机转矩脉动。  相似文献

针对矿井提升机直接转矩控制系统低速段运行时存在转矩脉动过大的问题,提出了一种矿井提升机转矩脉动最优控制方法。该方法以预测模型为基础,采用零电压矢量注入方式进行最优电压矢量的占空比调整。整个占空比计算过程以转矩脉动最小为设计指标,采用在线计算的方式实时获得最优占空比。实验结果表明,该方法在低速时可有效减小电动机转矩脉动,获得优异的转矩控制性能。  相似文献

由于无刷直流电机转矩波动较大,不但会产生噪声和振动等问题,而且会影响整个系统的性能。由于直接转矩控制具有瞬时转矩控制的特点,提出了一种基于直接转矩控制的无刷直流电机控制系统实现方案,该方案对转矩进行闭环控制,通过转矩滞环调节器输出的控制信号和由位置传感器测得的转子位置选择相应的空间电压矢量,实现对电机转矩的直接控制,以达到抑制转矩波动的目的。仿真结果表明该方案可行有效,能够较好的抑制无刷直流电机的转矩波动。  相似文献

提高航空交流电网供电品质,对于确保飞机安全具有重要意义.有源电力滤波器(APF)因其谐波补偿动态性能好,成为治理谐波污染的一种有效装置.分析了串联式有源电力滤波器(SAPF)谐波补偿的基本原理,着重介绍了基于瞬时无功功率理论的谐波电压检测方法.在Matlab/Simulik环境下,基于瞬时无功功率理论的ip-iq谐波检测方法,采用直流电压、补偿电流的双闭环控制结构,建立了SAPF系统仿真模型,包括三相400 Hz飞机电源、非线性电压负载、谐波检测以及补偿跟踪电路等模型.实验结果表明SAPF实现了对负载谐波的显著抑制,证明了SAPF应用于航空电网谐波治理是可行的.  相似文献

在直接转矩控制电压模型定子磁链观测器中,常用一阶低通滤波器代替纯积分器,解决纯积分环节存在的直流偏移和初始值误差,但却在磁链观测中产生了幅值和相位误差,使得估算的定子磁链不准确.一种新型的基于模糊截止频率可调的改进型积分器定子磁链观测器采用模糊控制器,根据感应电机的运行状态实时在线地调整低通滤波器的截止频率,减小了由于使用低通滤波环节而带来的磁链幅值和相位误差,从而提高了磁链观测的精度.在MATLAB6.5/SIMULINK下,对基于模糊截止频率可调的定子磁链观测器的直接转矩控制进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了这种方法的有效性.  相似文献

Modular multilevel inverters are promising candidates for next generation of efficient, robust and reliable inverters in large scale photovoltaic system. A modular cascaded multilevel inverter based shunt hybrid active power filter (SHAPF) for three phase grid-connected large scale PV systems is represented in this paper. The main contribution of this paper is to model and control of grid interfaced large scale photovoltaic system with embedded hybrid active power filter functions. In proposed system, the features of hybrid active power filter have been amalgamated in the control circuit of the voltage controlled voltage source inverter interfacing the photovoltaic system to the grid. As a result, the same inverter part of SHAPF is utilized to inject power generated from photovoltaic source to the grid and also to act as hybrid active power filter to compensate harmonics and reactive power demand. With using compensation ability, the grid currents are sinusoidal and in phase with grid voltages. The whole system is modeled in PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results are demonstrated to verify the operation and the control system of the proposed system.  相似文献

A novel harmonic-free power factor correction (PFC) topology based on T-type active power filter (APF) is proposed in this paper. The proposed system has better stability characteristics compared to conventional shunt APF topologies and it is a natural filter for the non-linear load harmonic disturbances. The tuned passive filters are connected at the ac-side of the rectifier load, which are designed to provide fundamental reactive power compensation and eliminate majority of load harmonics in order to minimize the power rating and heat dissipation of the voltage source inverter (VSI). The control scheme is based on a decoupled state-space equations of the T-type APF using separate proportional-integral controllers in d-axis and q-axis of rotating reference frame synchronized with grid voltages, respectively. The fundamental components of load-side currents are feed-forwarded in the current control loop using two groups of synchronous frame adaptive linear neural networks (ADALINEs) to ensure a fast dynamic response. A proportional-integral controller is adopted in the outer voltage loop for balancing the active power flow of the dc-side capacitor of the VSI. The proposed power factor corrector topology is studied analytically and by simulation under various scenarios using Matlab/Simulink. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed topology as well as its control schemes are substantially confirmed by the simulation results.  相似文献

针对电网电压不平衡造成的双馈风力发电机(DFIG)定子有功和无功功率振荡、电磁转矩脉动、定、转子电流不平衡等问题,提出了一种双馈风力发电系统转子侧变换器强励控制方案。推导了不平衡电网电压下DFIG定子有功、无功功率的二次谐波分量在同步旋转坐标系中的表达式,并以此为依据设计了电压强励补偿环。分析了有功、无功功率,电磁转矩及定、转子电流二次谐波分量之间的关系,采用单一强励补偿控制器对不同控制目标进行切换强励控制。对1.5MWDFIG系统的控制特性研究验证了所提控制策略的可行性和优越性。  相似文献

针对飞机三相四线制电源系统的特点及现有电能质量控制方法的不足,提出了一种基于自适应陷波器、瞬时对称分量算法及滞环电流控制方式的飞机交流电源的有源滤波器。所提方法能够有效地消除飞机交流电源电流中的谐波及中线电流,补偿无功以及平衡三相电流。理论推导和仿真结果表明,该方法能够准确快速地检测出飞机三相四线制电源系统中的谐波电流,具有较好的动静态性能。  相似文献
