研究了从银阳极泥中回收金.试验考察了酸洗除杂、氯化分金、SO2还原、金电解等参数对金回收率的影响.结果表明,银阳极泥经20~30 g/L硫酸溶液洗涤后,再以金质量2倍的氯酸钠、在液固体积质量比6∶1、酸度4 mol/L 、90 ℃条件下浸出5 h,然后在50~60 ℃下用40 m3/h流速的SO2还原粗金粉,粗金粉再经电解获得纯度99.992%的金.  相似文献

铅阳极泥经过自然堆放氧化后,在5mol/L硫酸介质中加入一定量的氯化钠(c(Cl-)=3mol/L)和氧化剂氯酸钠,液固比为5∶1,80℃控制电位氧化浸出4h。结果表明,当铅阳极泥堆放氧化4天以上,氧化剂用量大于20%,电位400~500mV时,铜、铋、锑、砷的浸出率均在99%以上,碲浸出率大于97%,金、银入液损失均小于1%,很好地实现了铜、铋、锑、砷、碲与金、银的分离。  相似文献

采用盐酸浸出铅阳极泥富集金银,考察盐酸浓度、反应温度、液固比、反应时间对盐酸浸出过程中铜、锑、铋、金、银的影响。研究结果表明,浸盐酸浓度为3 mol/L、液固比为8∶1、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为4 h时,铜、锑、铋的浸出率分别为98%、99. 5%、99. 6%;浸出后的铅阳极泥与浸出前相比,金、银富集2倍以上。  相似文献

采用硫酸与氯化钠的混合溶液浸出铜阳极泥卡尔多炉分银渣。结果表明,铋、锑被浸出进入溶液,铅转化为硫酸铅留在浸出渣中,从而实现铅与锑、铋的分离。在硫酸浓度2.5mol/L、氯化钠浓度125g/L、液固比4∶1、温度95℃、浸出时间4h的条件下,铋、锑、铅、银的浸出率分别为98.67%、91.17%、0.56%和0.76%,金几乎不被浸出。  相似文献

随着光导材料以及功能玻璃技术的不断发展,硒作为光学材料硫系玻璃合成的基础元素,其回收利用已成为研究热点。铜阳极泥中富含硒、铜、银元素,是重要的二次资源。采用H2SO4—MnO2浸出体系从铜阳极泥中浸出硒、铜、银的工艺,可实现硒、铜、银元素的选择性分步提取。研究了H2SO4浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度、MnO2添加量等对硒、铜、银浸出率的影响。同时,针对浸出液中硒、铜、银的选择性分离,还研究了NaCl添加量、Na2SO3添加量和浸出液pH值对于硒、铜、银沉淀率的影响。研究结果表明,在H2SO4浓度为1mol/L,浸出时间为1h,浸出温度为80℃,MnO2添加量为铜阳极泥质量的50%的基础条件下,硒、铜、银的浸出率分别达到95.34%、98.28%和99.32%,优于传统火法冶炼工艺,为含硒物料的绿色、高效分离提取提供了理论依据和数据支撑。  相似文献

铜阳极泥富含金、银、铂、钯等贵金属和硒、碲等稀散金属,是稀贵金属提取的重要原料。然而,由于某铜阳极泥中铜含量大于10%,过多的铜会增加后续贵金属回收时浸出剂的消耗量,并严重影响金银的收得率,需预先脱除。本文在热力学分析及XRD、SEM-EDS等表征手段基础上,常压下于H2SO4介质中以MnO2为氧化剂,对阳极泥进行预脱铜研究。分别考察了H2SO4浓度、MnO2加入量、浸出时间、液固比、反应温度等因素对阳极泥中铜浸出率的影响,同时采用收缩未反应核模型对铜浸出过程进行动力学分析。结果表明:铜浸出过程的反应速率受扩散控制,其表观活化能为4.1 kJ/mol,在初始H2SO4体积浓度为100 g/L,MnO2质量浓度为10 g/L,浸出时间为120 min,液固比为4∶1(单位:mL/g,下同),反应温度为80℃的条件下,铜的浸出率可达92.19%;同一条件下,部分砷、硒也被浸出,其浸出率分别维持在...  相似文献
