经过20年的开发研究与20年的发展完善,中国已成为双辊铝带坯铸轧工业大国,与法国(普基铝业工程公司),意大利(法塔享特集团公司)并列世界三大铸轧生产线生产大国,中国保有的双辊式铸轧机数量居世界之首,预计到2002年底,中国拥有的铸轧机将超过110台,它们的生产能力大于935.5kt/a。中国铸轧机的主要设计制造企业有涿神公司,洛阳有色金属加工设计研究院,洛阳铜加工集团冶金设备厂等,在现有的110余台铸轧机中有13台是引进的,中国首台1600mm薄带坯高速铸轧原型机于2001年5月在华北铝业有限公司投入试运转,2002年元月轧出了3mm厚的带坯。  相似文献

双辊薄带钢连铸也称薄带连续铸轧,是以液态金属为原料,以两个转动方向相反的铸辊为结晶器.用液态金属直接生产薄带钢的新技术。该技术受到了世界上各工业发达国家的高度重视,并投入大量的财力和人力进行积极的技术开发和理论研究工作,取得了令人瞩目的新进展,已有多条试验线和半工业生产线接近工业化生产的水平。本文介绍了国外几个接近工业化生产的双辊薄带钢铸轧机组的发展概况、国内薄带连铸技术的研究现状以及双辊薄带技术展望。  相似文献

双辊薄带凝固组织中柱状晶区所占比例对薄带质量有非常重要的影响,本在已建数学模型的基础上,模拟预测了浇铸温度、铸辊转速、熔池高度等工艺参数对双辊薄带凝固组织中柱状晶区比例的影响。模拟结果表明:在全凝固点位置位于铸辊出口处和保持带厚不变的条件下,工艺参数对薄带凝固组织中柱状晶区比例的影响是不同的。  相似文献

传统双辊铸轧机生产铝合金带材效率低下。目前,已经研究出使用两种高速铸轧机——双辊异径铸轧机(UDTRC)和立式高速双辊铸轧机(VHSTRC),并配合无需润滑的低碳钢辊套生产5182铝合金带材,生产速度明显提高,且不粘辊。另外,通过对5182铝带的表面状态、微观结构和抗弯能力的研究发现,VHSTRC优于UDTRC。  相似文献

Twin-roll strip casting is a near-net-shape casting technology that can produce thin steel strips directly from molten steel. Stably controlling the molten steel level is regarded as an important issue to ensure strip quality and casting process stability. As the control of the molten steel level is a time-varying, nonlinear, and multidisturbance complex system, it is difficult to establish an accurate process model for designing a model-based controller. Top side-pouring twin-roll casting is a new kind of twin-roll strip casting technology. This study introduces the control system of the top side-pouring twin-roll casting process. A fuzzy logic controller (FLC) with its fuzzy rules optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) is developed to regulate the molten steel level. Simulation results show that the performance of the FLC can be improved while its fuzzy rules are optimized by PSO. The objective function of PSO has a great influence on the optimization of the fuzzy rules. The top side-pouring twin-roll casting experiments are carried out using the FLC with its fuzzy rules optimized by PSO; the results show that strip quality and casting process stability are guaranteed.  相似文献

Numerical Simulation of Filling Process During Twin-Roll Strip Casting   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The modeling and controlling of flow and solidification of melt metal in the filling process is important for obtaining the optimal pool level and the formation of the solidified metal layer on the surface of twin-rolls during the twin-roll strip casting. The proper delivery system and processing parameters plays a key role to control flow characteristics in the initial filling stage of the twin-roll strip casting process. In this paper, a commercial CFD software was employed to simulate the transient fluid flow, heat transfer, and solidifications behaviors during the pouring stage of twin-roll strip casting process using different delivery systems. A 3D model was set up to solve the coupled set of governing differential equations for mass, momentum, and energy balance. The transient free-surface problem was treated with the volume of fluid approach, a k? turbulence model was employed to handle the turbulence effect and an enthalpy method was used to predict phase change during solidification. The predicted results showed that a wedge-shaped delivery system might have a beneficial impact on the distribution of molten steel and solidification. The predicted surface profile agreed well with the measured values in water model.  相似文献

During strip casting,the thickness deviation of casting strip directly affects the quality of the hot-rolled sheet because the casting strip needs to be rolled only once. To accurately control the gap between casting rolls and reduce the thickness deviation of the casting strip,a conceptual design of a prestressed twin-roll caster is proposed herein; this caster involves the setting of a constant pressure balancing cylinder between the chocks of two casting rolls. The balancing cylinder hydraulic system adopts a three-way servo valve that controls the hydraulic cylinder.The parameters of the hydraulic power components are determined using the principle of optimal power matching,and the hydraulic system model of the balancing cylinder is thus established. The dynamic analysis and simulation of the hydraulic system are performed using finite element model to obtain relevant evaluation indexes. Finally,the hydraulic system is corrected using proportional-integral-derivative( PID) correction to achieve a well-controlled effect. Thus,the engineering requirements of the strip casting process can be met.  相似文献

针对双辊薄带铸轧机的过程控制要求,设计并开发了一个多进程形式的过程控制系统平台。该平台包含 多个进程,每个进程实现不同的功能,进程之间相对独立。这样的架构设计使平台具有良好的可伸缩性和稳定性。 在平台开发过程中,使用自适配通信环境ACE实现进程及线程间的通信,大大降低了开发难度,缩短了开发周期。 经过长时间测试,表明该系统平台运行稳定,能够满足在线控制要求。  相似文献

按照相似理论的原则,采用宝钢自主开发的布流器系统,建立了薄带连铸1:1的水模型。应用中科院DJ800系统测定了在不同的水口插入深度情况下的熔池内液面波动情况;与此同时,应用连续性方程、N-S方程及湍流k-ε方程对该模型进行了流体数值计算,得出了水模型内部的流场分布,对比数值计算的结果与水模型试验结果,两者吻合较好。  相似文献

The numerical model for the solidification process of metal in the twin-roll type strip caster is presented in this paper. In the model the temperature change as well as the eliminating process of latent heat is calculated along the stream lines obtained by a comparatively simple velocity field. The calculations are carried out on the strip casting of type 304 stainless steel under various casting parameters. The results so obtained show a good fit to the experimental ones, and suggest that the control of the height of molten pool is of importance to the establishment of the optimal operation.  相似文献

In the twin-roll strip casting process,hot cast strips can be broken or torn if the casting speed does not match the rolling speed.Usually,a certain length of hot steel strip is hung freely between the caster and rolling mill to deal with the effect of this speed difference.In this paper,the freely hanging hot steel strip is referred to as the free loop of hot steel strip.Accurately measuring and controlling the height of this free loop is the key factor in maintaining a stable casting operation.Several methods for measuring the loop height of a steel strip are discussed and a method for accurately measuring and controlling the free loop height of hot steel strip is presented.Based on the results of the casting loop quantity change curve,this control method is confirmed to be effective and able to meet the requirements of continuous casting strip production.  相似文献

Twin-roll strip casting is regarded as a prospective technology of near net shape continuous casting. The fluid flow field and level fluctuation in the pool have a strong influence not only on composition and temperature homogeneity of pool, but also on the strip quality. A 1 : 1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the criteria of Froude number and Reynold number similarity. The level fluctuation was measured. The influence of pool depth, casting speed and feeding system configuration on level fluctuation in the pool was studied. The experimental results provided a basis for the optimization of feeding system and process parameters.  相似文献
