不同胎次中国荷斯坦牛鲜乳脂肪酸组成研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
对5个胎次共98头中国荷斯坦牛鲜奶乳成分及脂肪酸含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,乳脂率、乳蛋白率及体细胞数在胎次间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异;短、中链脂肪酸(C4∶0~C16∶0)中,除C6∶0在第一胎与其他4胎间含量差异显著(P<0.05)、C12∶0在第2、5胎间含量差异显著(P<0.05)外,其他脂肪酸含量在胎次间差异不显著(P>0.05);长链脂肪酸中,硬脂酸(C18:0)在第1胎含量最高。第3胎含量最低,1、3胎间差异极显著(P<0.01);油酸(C18∶1)和亚油酸(C18∶2)含量在胎次间变化规律相似,均表现为第1胎最低,第3胎最高,且两胎间存在极显著(P<0.01)和显著差异(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the long-term effects of feeding monensin on milk fatty acid (FA) profile in lactating dairy cows. Twenty-four lactating Holstein dairy cows (1.46 ± 0.17 parity; 620 ± 5.9 kg of live weight; 92.5 ± 2.62 d in milk) housed in a tie-stall facility were used in the study. The study was conducted as paired comparisons in a completely randomized block design with repeated measurements in a color-coded, double blind experiment. The cows were paired by parity and days in milk and allocated to 1 of 2 treatments: 1) the regular milking cow total mixed ration (TMR) with a forage-to-concentrate ratio of 60:40 (control TMR; placebo premix) vs. a medicated TMR [monensin TMR; regular TMR + 24 mg of Rumensin Premix per kg of dry matter (DM)] fed ad libitum. The animals were fed and milked twice daily (feeding at 0830 and 1300 h; milking at 0500 and 1500 h). Milk samples were collected before the introduction of treatments and monthly thereafter for 6 mo and analyzed for FA composition. Monensin reduced the percentage of the short-and medium-chain saturated FA 7:0, 9:0, 15:0, and 16:0 in milk fat by 26, 35, 19, and 6%, respectively, compared with the control group. Monensin increased the percentage of the long-chain saturated FA in milk fat by 9%, total monounsaturated FA by 5%, total n-6 polyunsaturated FA (PUFA) by 19%, total n-3 PUFA by 16%, total cis-18:1 by 7%, and total conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) by 43% compared with the control group. Monensin increased the percentage of docosahexaenoic acid (22:6n-3), docosapentaenoic acid (22:5n-3), and cis-9, trans-11 CLA in milk fat by 19, 13, and 43%, respectively, compared with the control. These results suggest that monensin was at least partly effective in inhibiting the biohydrogenation of unsaturated FA in the rumen and consequently increased the percentage of n-6 and n-3 PUFA and CLA in milk, thus enhancing the nutritional properties of milk with regard to human health.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to compare the effects of oilseed‐based supplements, rapeseed and linseed, against a barley‐based control, on the fatty acid composition, and subsequent solid fat ratio, of the milk fat from dairy cows. In addition, as a means of understanding the digestive processes which influence the milk fat composition, ruminal extracts were collected from the cows and analysed for fatty acid composition. Four lactating dairy cows each fitted with a rumen fistula were provided with silage and one of four concentrate diets. The main constituent of the concentrate supplements was either rapeseed (ground or unground), linseed (unground) or a barley control. The diets were offered in accordance with a 4 × 4 Latin square arrangement. The oilseed‐supplemented concentrates provided the cows with 620–640 g fatty acids day?1. Experimental treatments were provided to the cows for 2 weeks, after which ruminal extracts were collected over a 24 h period and a milk sample was taken. All extracts were analysed for fatty acid composition. The diets fed influenced the long‐chain fatty acid composition of the ruminal extracts and milk fat. The proportion of C18:1n‐9 in the ruminal extracts increased from 202–224 to 282–321 g kg?1 of the total fatty acids when the cows were provided with the rapeseed‐based diets. The linseed‐based diet increased the C18:1n‐9 proportion of the ruminal extracts from 164 to 218 g kg?1 of the total fatty acids. Both rapeseed‐based diets also resulted in a higher proportion of C18:0 in the ruminal extract, possibly owing to biohydrogenation of the dietary fatty acids. This proportion of C18:0 in the ruminal extract was lowest immediately after feeding, increasing to a maximum 4–6 h later. Both rapeseed‐based concentrates increased the proportion of C18:1n‐9 in the milk fat to approximately 300 g kg?1 of the total fatty acids as compared with 214 g kg?1 for the control. The proportion of C18:1n‐9 in the milk fat from the cows offered the linseed‐based concentrate was 246 g kg?1 of the total fatty acids. There were also significant decreases in the proportions of C16:0 in the milk fat from the cows offered all oilseed‐based concentrates. There was no difference between the fatty acid compositions of the milk fats from the cows fed the ground or unground rapeseed‐based supplements. The oilseed‐based supplements also resulted in significant decreases in the solid fat content of the milk fat at temperatures ranging from 0 to 35 °C, which would be indicative of a softer, more spreadable butter. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The causes of variation in the milk mineral profile of dairy cattle during the first phase of lactation were studied under the hypothesis that the milk mineral profile partially reflects the animals' metabolic status. Correlations between the minerals and the main milk constituents (i.e., protein, fat, and lactose percentages), and their associations with the cows' metabolic status indicators were explored. The metabolic status indicators (MET) that we used were blood energy-protein metabolites [nonesterified fatty acids, β-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), glucose, cholesterol, creatinine, and urea], and liver ultrasound measurements (predicted triacylglycerol liver content, portal vein area, portal vein diameter and liver depth). Milk and blood samples, and ultrasound measurements were taken from 295 Holstein cows belonging to 2 herds and in the first 120 d in milk (DIM). Milk mineral contents were determined by ICP-OES; these were considered the response variable and analyzed through a mixed model which included DIM, parity, milk yield, and MET as fixed effects, and the herd/date as a random effect. The MET traits were divided in tertiles. The results showed that milk protein was positively associated with body condition score (BCS) and glucose, and negatively associated with BHB blood content; milk fat was positively associated with BHB content; milk lactose was positively associated with BCS; and Ca, P, K and S were the minerals with the greatest number of associations with the cows' energy indicators, particularly BCS, predicted triacylglycerol liver content, glucose, BHB and urea. We conclude that the protein, fat, lactose, and mineral contents of milk partially reflect the metabolic adaptation of cows during lactation and within 120 DIM. Variations in the milk mineral profile were consistent with changes in the major milk constituents and the metabolic status of cows.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Human health may be improved if milk with a favorable fatty acid composition and Se concentration is ingested. The present study is to determine how a basal diet supplemented with daily 5 mg Se as Se‐enriched yeast (SY) or sodium selenite (SS) affects the fatty acid composition and Se concentration of bovine milk. The effects of Se form on blood Se concentration, erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPx1) activity, serum GPx3 activity and milk yield and component were also studied. RESULTS: Both Se forms, when compared to control group, increased Se concentrations of blood (P < 0.01) and milk (P < 0.01), erythrocyte GPx1 activity (P < 0.05) and milk percentages of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) (P < 0.05) and cis‐9,cis‐12 linoleic acid (P < 0.05). Cows supplemented with SY had higher Se levels in blood (P < 0.01) and milk (P < 0.01) and percentage of PUFA in milk (P < 0.05) when compared with those supplemented with SS. Milk yield, milk component and serum GPx3 activity were not significantly affected by Se form. CONCLUSION: Supplementation of diet with SY appears to be of more benefit than SS in producing favorable milk with high PUFA and Se concentrations. Changing the composition of milk proteins and AA affects the nutritional and physical properties of dairy products. Intravenous infusions of glucagon decreases milk protein production and concentration by promoting the use of gluconeogenic blood AA for hepatic glucose synthesis. Little is known about how the diversion of AA to gluconeogenesis affects the composition of milk proteins and AA. The objective was to quantify changes in composition of milk protein and AA in response to i.v. glucagon infusions. Three separate experiments were used: 1) 8 Holstein cows were fed ad libitum and infused with glucagon at 10 mg/d for 14 d, 2) 7 Holstein cows were feed restricted and infused with glucagon at 10 mg/d for 14 d, and 3) 4 Brown Swiss cows were infused with glucagon at 5 and 10 mg/d for 2 d each. Milk and milk component yields and milk protein and amino acid composition of samples, collected with blood samples at the first and last day of the glucagon infusion period, were compared with those collected 1 d before and after the glucagon infusion period. Glucagon infusions decreased milk protein production and concentration in each experiment by at least 0.2 ± 0.05 kg/d and 4 ± 0.4 g/L, respectively. The decrease was accompanied by changes in milk protein composition, the most consistent being an increase in κ-casein (1.68 ± 0.27%). Overall, glucagon infusions resulted in higher proportions of κ-casein and αS2-casein (1.34 ± 0.51%) and smaller proportions of αS1-casein (−3.83 ± 1.75%) and α-lactalbumin (−0.91 ± 0.32%). Glucagon had little impact on milk AA composition except an increase in glycine (0.26 ± 0.11%). The results suggest that milk protein synthesis is regulated by many factors including AA and glucose availability.  相似文献

Four lactating Holstein cows fitted with ruminal and duodenal cannulas were used in a 4 x 4 Latin square design to determine the effects of feeding micronized and extruded flaxseed on milk composition and blood profile in late lactation. Four diets were formulated: a control (C) diet with no flaxseed, a raw flaxseed (RF) diet, a micronized flaxseed (MF) diet, and an extruded flaxseed (EF) diet. Flaxseed diets contained 12.6% flax-seed (dry matter basis). Experimental periods consisted of 21 d of diet adaptation and 7 d of data collection. Feeding flaxseed reduced milk yield and energy-corrected milk by 1.8 and 1.4 kg/d, respectively. Yields of milk protein and casein were also lower for cows fed flaxseed diets than for those fed the C diet. Milk yield (1.6 kg/d) and milk fat percentage (0.4 percentage unit) were lower for cows fed EF than those fed MF. Plasma cholesterol and nonesterified fatty acid concentrations were higher for cows fed flaxseed diets relative to those fed the C diet. Flaxseed supplementation decreased plasma concentrations of medium-chain (MCFA) and saturated (SFA) fatty acids and increased concentrations of long-chain (LCFA) and monounsaturated fatty acids. Feeding flaxseed reduced the concentrations of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA), MCFA, and SFA in milk fat. Consequently, concentrations of LCFA and unsaturated fatty acids were higher for cows fed flaxseed diets than for those fed the C diet. Flaxseed supplementation increased average concentrations of C(18:3) and conjugated linoleic acid by 152 and 68%, respectively. Micronization increased C(18:3) level, and extrusion reduced concentrations of SCFA and SFA in milk. It was concluded that feeding raw or heated flaxseed to dairy cows alters blood and milk fatty acid composition. Feeding extruded flaxseed relative to raw or micronized flaxseed had negative effects on milk yield and milk composition.  相似文献

Sixteen Holsteins cows were used in a Latin square design experiment to determine the effects of extruded flaxseed (EF) supplementation and grain source (i.e., corn vs. barley) on performance of dairy cows. Extruded flaxseed diets contained 10% [dry matter (DM) basis] of an EF product that consisted of 75% flaxseed and 25% ground alfalfa meal. Four lactating Holsteins cows fitted with rumen fistulas were used to determine the effects of dietary treatments on ruminal fermentation. Intakes of DM (23.2 vs. 22.2 kg/d), crude protein (4.2 vs. 4.0 kg/d), and neutral detergent fiber (8.3 vs. 7.9 kg/d) were greater for cows fed EF diets than for cows fed diets without EF. Milk yield and composition were not affected by dietary treatments. However, 4% fat-corrected milk (30.5% vs. 29.6 kg/d) and solids-corrected milk (30.7 vs. 29.9 kg/d) were increased by EF supplementation. Ruminal pH and total volatile fatty acid concentration were not influenced by EF supplementation. However, feeding barley relative to corn increased molar proportions of acetate and butyrate and decreased that of propionate. Ruminal NH3-N was lower for cows fed barley than for cows fed corn. Milk fatty acid composition was altered by both grain source and EF supplementation. Cows fed EF produced milk with higher polyunsaturated and lower saturated fatty acid concentrations than cows fed diets without EF. Feeding EF or corn increased the milk concentration of C18:0, whereas that of C16:0 was decreased by EF supplementation only. Extruded flaxseed supplementation increased milk fat α-linolenic acid content by 60% and conjugated linoleic acid content by 29%. Feeding corn relative to barley increased milk conjugated linoleic acid by 29% but had no effect on milk α-linolenic concentration. Differences in animal performance and milk fatty acid composition were mainly due to EF supplementation, whereas differences in ruminal fermentation were mostly due to grain source.  相似文献

Total mixed rations containing corn silage (CS) or forage sorghum silage (SS) were fed to mid-lactation Holstein cows to determine the effects on feed intake, lactation performance, milk composition and fatty acid profile, nutrient digestibility, blood metabolites, rumen microbial N synthesis, and antioxidant status. The experiment was designed as a 2-period change-over (two 28-d periods) trial with 2 diets including CS diet or SS diet and 12 cows. Total replacement of CS with SS had no significant influence on dry matter intake. Substituting CS with SS had no effect on milk production, feed efficiency, and milk concentrations of fat, protein, lactose, and solids-not-fat, whereas yields of milk fat, protein, and lactose were greater for cows fed the CS diet. Blood parameters including glucose, albumin, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, urea N, and fatty acids were not affected by the dietary treatments. Apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, ether extract, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber were not significantly influenced by the diets. Replacing CS with SS had no effect on total saturated fatty acids and total monounsaturated fatty acids, whereas total polyunsaturated fatty acid percentage was greater with the SS diet. Proportions of C20:0, C18:3n-3, and C18:3n-6 were affected by feeding SS. Cows fed CS had a greater amount of urinary purine derivatives. Feeding SS had a positive effect on total antioxidant capacity of blood and milk. In conclusion, SS can be fed to lactating Holstein cows as a total replacement for CS without undesirable effects on animal performance, but with positive effects on antioxidant capacity and polyunsaturated fatty acids of milk. This forage can be an excellent choice for dairy farms in areas where cultivation of corn is difficult due to water shortage.  相似文献

Several experiments were conducted over the past few years to evaluate the feeding value of flax seed and oil in dairy cow diets. The current meta-analysis and meta-regression was undertaken to assess the overall effect of different forms of flax, as a source of trienoic (cis-9,cis-12,cis-15 18:3) fatty acids (FA), on lactation performance and on transfer efficiency of its constituent n-3 FA from diet to milk fat. Comparisons were first conducted with nonsupplemented controls or with diets containing either saturated (mainly 16:0 or 18:0 or both), monoenoic (mainly cis-9 18:1), or dienoic (mainly cis-9,cis-12 18:2) FA. Results indicate that supplementing flax seed and oil decreased dry matter intake, as well as actual and energy-corrected milk yield without affecting the efficiency of utilization of dietary dry matter or energy as compared with nonsupplemented iso-energetic controls. When compared with the other 3 types of dietary fat evaluated, flax rich in trienoic FA supported a yield of energy-corrected milk similar to supplements rich in saturated, monoenoic, or dienoic FA. Greater milk fat concentration and feed efficiency were observed with saturated supplements. However, milk fat concentration and yield were lower with dienoic FA than with flax supplements. Further analyses were conducted to compare the effect of different forms of flax oil, seed, or fractions of seed. Among the 6 categories evaluated, mechanically processed whole seed (rolled or ground) allowed the greatest yield of energy-corrected milk and the best feed efficiency when compared with free oil, intact or extruded whole seed, protected flax, and flax hulls. Feeding protected flax and flax hulls allowed the greatest milk fat concentration of cis-9,cis-12,cis-15 18:3. Moreover, the greatest transfer efficiencies of this fatty acid from diet to milk were recorded with the same 2 treatments, plus the mechanically processed whole seed. These results make this last category the most suitable treatment, among the 6 flax forms evaluated, to combine optimum lactation performance and protection of flax constituent cis-9,cis-12,cis-15 18:3.  相似文献

Feed management is one of the principal levers by which the production and composition of milk by dairy cows can be modulated in the short term. The response of milk yield and milk composition to variations in either energy or protein supplies is well known. However, in practice, dietary supplies of energy and protein vary simultaneously, and their interaction is still not well understood. The objective of this trial was to determine whether energy and protein interacted in their effects on milk production and milk composition and whether the response to changes in the diets depended on the parity and potential production of cows. From the results, a model was built to predict the response of milk yield and milk composition to simultaneous variations in energy and protein supplies relative to requirements of cows. Nine treatments, defined by their energy and protein supplies, were applied to 48 cows divided into 4 homogeneous groups (primiparous or multiparous × high or low milk potential) over three 4-wk periods. The control treatment was calculated to cover the predicted requirements of the group of cows in the middle of the trial and was applied to each cow. The other 8 treatments corresponded to fixed supplies of energy and protein, higher or lower than those of the control treatment. The results highlighted a significant energy × protein interaction not only on milk yield but also on protein content and yield. The response of milk yield to energy supply was zero with a negative protein balance and increased with protein supply equal to or higher than requirements. The response of milk yield to changes in the diet was greater for cows with high production potential than for those with low production potential, and the response of milk protein content was higher for primiparous cows than for multiparous cows. The model for the response of milk yield, protein yield, and protein content obtained in this trial made it possible to predict more accurately the variations in production and composition of milk relative to the potential of the cow because of changes in diet composition. In addition, the interaction obtained was in line with a response corresponding to the more limiting of 2 factors: energy or protein.  相似文献

Delayed milk ejection, manifested most often as bimodal milk flow, occurs when the cisternal milk fraction is removed before the alveolar milk reaches the gland cistern. It is thought to be a consequence of not meeting cows' physiological needs, due to insufficient premilking teat stimulation, inadequate timing of milking unit attachment, or both. It has been associated with decreased milking efficiency, reduced milk yield, and impaired teat and udder health. Traditionally, portable electronic milk meters have been used to assess the presence of delayed milk ejection in dairy cows. By contrast, incremental milk flow rates from on-farm milk meters and their suitability as a measure to assess delayed milk ejection have not been studied by rigorous methods. The objectives were (1) to describe a protocol for identification of cows with chronically delayed milk ejection (CDME) and (2) to investigate risk factors for CDME using incremental milk flow rates obtained from automated on-farm milk meters. In a retrospective case control study, milk flow data from a 4,300-cow dairy with a thrice-daily milking schedule were obtained over a 1-wk period. Incremental milk flow rates (0–15 s, 15–30 s, 30–60 s, and 60–120 s) were used to identify cows with delayed milk ejection. Cases of CDME were defined as presence of delayed milk ejection at all 21 milking observations. Cows that had no delayed milk ejection at any of the same 21 milking observations were included as controls. A total of 171 cases and 393 controls were included in the study based on these criteria. A logistic regression model was used to evaluate associations of the following risk factors with CDME: parity (1, 2, ≥3), stage of lactation (<100, 101–200, >200 DIM), presence of a nonlactating quarter, milk somatic cell count, average daily milk production, and health and management events. Parity and CDME were associated such that compared with cows in their third or greater lactation, the odds (95% confidence intervals, 95% CI) of CDME were 1.27 (0.71–2.25) for cows in their first and 4.77 (2.47–9.22) for animals in their second lactation. The odds of CDME increased with increasing stage of lactation, with an odds ratio of 0.20 (0.11–0.36) for early and 0.28 (0.15–0.52) for mid-lactation animals, respectively, compared with late lactation cows. A 1-kg increase in average daily milk production was associated with decreased odds of CDME [odds ratio (95% CI): 0.89 (0.87–0.92)]. A lameness event during the study period increased the odds of CDME [odds ratio (95% CI): 8.04 (1.20–53.83)], as did a vaccination event 1 wk before the study period [odds ratio (95% CI): 4.07 (0.99–16.71)]. This study confirmed associations between CDME and previously reported risk factors and identified several previously less rigorously investigated health and management events that could be associated with CDME. Incremental milk flow rates from individual cows serve as an automated tool to evaluate milk flow dynamics. This information could be used to improve individual premilking udder preparation to meet the animal's physiological requirements, improve teat and udder health, and enhance parlor efficiency.  相似文献

Control (CL) and select line (SL) dairy cows (n = 22) managed identically but differing in milk yield (>4100 kg/305 d) were used to determine differences in milk fatty acid profile as lactation progressed. Milk yield was recorded daily and milk samples were collected during wk 1, 4, 8, 12, and 16 postpartum for milk composition analysis. Milk samples from wk 1, 8, and 16 were also analyzed for fatty acid composition. Select-line cows produced more milk (44.4 vs. 31.2 kg/d) and milk components than CL cows during the 16-wk period. There was no difference in rate of milk yield increase, but peak milk yield for SL cows was greater and occurred later in lactation. There were no differences in milk SCC or milk fat, protein, or lactose content. Selection for milk yield did not affect the content of most individual milk fatty acids; however, compared with CL, SL cows had a reduced Delta(9)-desaturase system and tended to produce milk with lower monounsaturated fatty acid content. Selection for milk yield did not affect milk fatty acid origin but the percentage of de novo fatty acids increased and preformed fatty acids decreased as lactation progressed. Milk fat trans-11 18:1 and cis-9,trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid increased with progressing lactation (10.7 vs. 14.1 and 3.1 vs. 5.4 mg/g, or 31 and 76%, respectively) and were correlated strongly among wk 1, 8, and 16 of lactation. Temporal changes in the Delta(9)-desaturase system occurred during lactation but these changes were not correlated with milk fat cis-9,trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid content. Results indicate prolonged genetic selection for milk yield had little effect on milk fatty acid composition, but milk fatty acid profiles varied markedly by week of lactation.  相似文献

The relationship of the estrous cycle to milk composition and milk physical properties was assessed on Holstein (n = 10,696), Brown Swiss (n = 20,501), Simmental (n = 17,837), and Alpine Grey (n = 8,595) cows reared in northeastern Italy. The first insemination after calving for each cow was chosen to be the day of estrus and insemination. Test days surrounding the insemination date (from 10 d before to 10 d after the day of the estrus) were selected and categorized in phases relative to estrus as diestrus high-progesterone, proestrus, estrus, metestrus, and diestrus increasing-progesterone phases. Milk components and physical properties were predicted on the basis of Fourier-transform infrared spectra of milk samples and were analyzed using a linear mixed model, which included the random effects of herd, the fixed classification effects of year-month, parity number, breed, estrous cycle phase, day nested within the estrous cycle phase, conception, partial regressions on linear and quadratic effects of days in milk nested within parity number, as well as the interactions between conception outcome with estrous cycle phase and breed with estrous cycle phase. Milk composition, particularly fat, protein, and lactose, showed clear differences among the estrous cycle phases. Fat increased by 0.14% from diestrus high-progesterone to estrous phase, whereas protein concomitantly decreased by 0.03%. Lactose appeared to remain relatively constant over diestrus high-progesterone, rising 1 d before the day of estrus followed by a gradual reduction over the subsequent phases. Specific fatty acids were also affected across the estrous cycle phases: C14:0 and C16:0 decreased (?0.34 and ?0.48%) from proestrus to estrus with a concomitant increase in C18:0 and C18:1 cis-9 (0.40 and 0.73%). More general categories of fatty acids showed a similar behavior; that is, unsaturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, trans fatty acids, and long-chain fatty acids increased, whereas the saturated fatty acids, medium-chain fatty acids, and short-chain fatty acids decreased during the estrous phase. Finally, urea, somatic cell score, freezing point, pH, and homogenization index were also affected indicating variation associated with the hormonal and behavioral changes of cows in standing estrus. Hence, the variation in milk profiles of cows showing estrus should potentially be taken into account for precision dairy farming management.  相似文献

研究发酵黄芪粉对奶牛产奶量及乳品质的影响.对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组奶牛分别饲喂10、20和30 g/(头·d)的发酵黄芪粉基础日粮.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组奶牛产奶量增加了0.95、1.45和1.58 kg/(头·d),但试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组组间差异不显著;可显著提高奶牛乳蛋白率,但对奶牛乳脂率、乳糖及非脂固型物均无显著影响;可降低奶牛乳体细胞数,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组奶牛乳体细胞数显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组,但试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组组间差异不显著;可提高奶牛经济效益,各试验组奶牛经济效益分别高于对照组2.6、3.4和2.72元/(头·d).该试验条件下,发酵黄芪粉以20 g/(头·d)的添加量较好.  相似文献

Ruminal biohydrogenation of fatty acids (FA) was studied in vivo in relation with the fermentation pattern in the rumen and milk secretion. Calcium salts (Ca salts) of palm oil (diet 1) or rapeseed oil (diet 2) were given to dairy cows (about 650 g day?1) in a diet based on maize silage. Significant variation in propionate concentration was observed among diets. Rumen pH and total volatile fatty acids (VFA) did not change. Duodenal FA pattern was analysed throughout the day. With diets 1 and 2, linoleic acid was to a large extent biohydrogenated: calculations of ruminal biohydrogenation were equal to 63.6 and 74.0% for diets 1 and 2, respectively. No difference between diets was observed in milk production, fat and protein percentages. The percentages of stearic and octadecenoic FA in milk were higher and the percentage of palmitic acid was lower with Ca salts of rapeseed oil FA than with Ca salts of palm oil FA.  相似文献

The effects of varying amounts of linseed oil (LSO) in grazing dairy cows’ diet on milk conjugated linoleic acid (cis-9, trans-11 CLA) were investigated in this study. Twelve Holstein cows in midlactation (150 ± 19 DIM) were placed on alfalfa-based pasture and assigned to 4 treatments using a 4 × 4 Latin square design with 3-wk periods. Treatments were: 1) control grain supplement; 2) control grain supplement containing 170 g of LSO (LSO1); 3) control grain supplement containing 340 g of LSO (LSO2); and 4) control grain supplement containing 510 g of LSO (LSO3). Grain supplements were offered at 7 kg/d. Additional 100 g/d of algae, divided evenly between the 2 feeding times, were added to every treatment diet. Milk samples were collected during the last 3 d of each period and analyzed for chemical and fatty acid composition. Treatments had no effect on milk production (18.9, 18.5, 19.6, and 19.1 kg/d for treatments 1 to 4, respectively). Linseed oil supplementation caused a quadratic increase in milk fat (3.23, 3.44, 3.35, and 3.27% for treatments 1 to 4, respectively) and protein (3.03, 3.19, 3.12, and 3.08%) contents. Concentrations (g/100 g of fatty acids) of milk cis-9, trans-11 CLA (1.12, 1.18, 1.39, and 1.65 for treatments 1 to 4, respectively) and VA (3.39, 3.62, 4.25, and 4.89) linearly increased with LSO supplementations. Results from this trial suggest that the increase in milk cis-9, trans-11 CLA was proportional to the amounts of LSO fed. In conclusion, adding LSO to grazing dairy cow diets can improve the nutritional value of milk without compromising milk composition or cow performance.  相似文献

Oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor (OLR1) is the major protein that binds, internalizes, and degrades oxidized low-density lipoprotein. The role of OLR1 in lipid metabolism and the results of previous whole-genome scan studies prompted the investigation of OLR1 as a candidate gene affecting milk composition traits. Direct cDNA and genomic sequencing of OLR1 revealed 2 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in exon 4, 5 SNP in intron 4, and 1 in the 3′ untranslated region (UTR). Four intragenic haplotypes comprising SNP positions 7,160, 7,161, 7,278, 7,381, 7,409, 7,438, 7,512, and 8,232 were inferred. Haplotype analysis showed that one of the haplotypes was associated with a significant increase in fat yield and fat percentage. Single SNP analysis showed that allele C of SNP 8,232 (in the 3′-UTR) had significant effects on fat yield and fat percentage, whereas SNP 7,160 and 7,161 (in exon 4) had no significant effects. Both single SNP and haplotype analyses indicate that SNP 8,232 in the 3′-UTR is associated with milk fat yield and percentage and it may be in linkage disequilibrium with the functional polymorphism. To provide support for the hypothesis that SNP 8,232 is responsible for OLR1 expression, OLR1 expression levels in individuals bearing different genotypes were assessed. It was found that OLR1 expression was reduced in genotype AA individuals compared with CC and AC individuals, suggesting that A at position 8,232 may be the nucleotide causing decreased OLR1 expression. The 3′-UTR polymorphism found in this study might control translation or stability of OLR1 mRNA.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to quantify the effects on production performance and milk fatty acid (FA) profile of feeding dairy cows extruded linseed (EL), a feed rich in α-linolenic acid, and to assess the variability of the responses related to the dose of EL and the basal diet composition. This meta-analysis was carried out using only data from trials including a control diet without fat supplementation. The dependent variables were defined by the mean differences between values from EL-supplemented groups and values from control groups. The data were processed by regression testing the dose effect, multivariable regression testing the effect of each potential interfering factor associated with the dose effect, and then stepwise regression with backward elimination procedure with all potential interfering factors retained in previous steps. This entire strategy was also applied to a restricted data set, including only trials conducted inside a practical range of fat feeding (only supplemented diets with <60 g of fat/kg of dry matter and supplemented with <600 g of fat from EL). The whole data set consisted of 17 publications, representing 21 control diets and 29 EL-supplemented diets. The daily intake of fat from EL supplementation ranged from 87 to 1,194 g/cow per day. The dry matter intake was numerically reduced in high-fat diets. Extruded linseed supplementation increased milk yield (0.72 kg/d in the restricted data set) and decreased milk protein content by a dilutive effect (?0.58 g/kg in the restricted data set). No effect of dose or diet was identified on dry matter intake, milk yield, or milk protein content. Milk fat content decreased when EL was supplemented to diets with high proportion of corn silage in the forage (?2.8 g/kg between low and high corn silage-based diets in the restricted data set) but did not decrease when the diet contained alfalfa hay. Milk trans-10 18:1 proportion increased when EL was supplemented to high corn silage-based diets. A shift in ruminal biohydrogenation pathways, from trans-11 18:1 to trans-10 18:1, probably occurred when supplementing EL with high corn silage-based diets related to a change in the activity or composition of the microbial equilibrium in the rumen. The sum of pairs 4:0 to 14:0 (FA synthesized de novo by the udder), palmitic acid, and the sum of saturated FA decreased linearly, whereas oleic acid, vaccenic acid, rumenic acid, α-linolenic acid, and the sums of mono- and polyunsaturated FA increased linearly when the daily intake of fat from EL was increased. In experimental conditions, EL supplementation increased linearly proportions of potentially human health-beneficial FA in milk (i.e., oleic acid, vaccenic acid, rumenic acid, α-linolenic acid, total polyunsaturated FA), but should be used cautiously in corn silage-based diets.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of monensin (MN) and dietary soybean oil (SBO) on milk fat percentage and milk fatty acid (FA) profile. The study was conducted as a randomized complete block design with a 2 × 3 factorial treatment arrangement using 72 lactating multiparous Holstein dairy cows (138 ± 24 d in milk). Treatments were [dry matter (DM) basis] as follows: 1) control total mixed ration (TMR, no MN) with no supplemental SBO; 2) MN-treated TMR (22 g of MN/kg of DM) with no supplemental SBO; 3) control TMR including 1.7% SBO; 4) MN-treated TMR including 1.7% SBO; 5) control TMR including 3.4% SBO; and 6) MN-treated TMR including 3.4% SBO. The TMR (% of DM; corn silage, 31.6%; haylage, 21.2%; hay, 4.2%; high-moisture corn, 18.8%; soy hulls, 3.3%; and protein supplement, 20.9%) was offered ad libitum. The experiment consisted of a 2-wk baseline, a 3-wk adaptation, and a 2-wk collection period. Monensin, SBO, and their interaction linearly reduced milk fat percentage. Cows receiving SBO with no added MN (treatments 3 and 5) had 4.5 and 14.2% decreases in milk fat percentage, respectively. Cows receiving SBO with added MN (treatments 4 and 6) had 16.5 and 35.1% decreases in milk fat percentage, respectively. However, the interaction effect of MN and SBO on fat yield was not significant. Monensin reduced milk fat yield by 6.6%. Soybean oil linearly reduced milk fat yield and protein percentage and linearly increased milk yield and milk protein yield. Monensin and SBO reduced 4% fat-corrected milk and had no effect on DM intake. Monensin interacted with SBO to linearly increase milk fat concentration (g/100 g of FA) of total trans-18:1 in milk fat including trans-6 to 8, trans-9, trans-10, trans-11, trans-12 18:1 and the concentration of total conjugated linoleic acid isomers including cis-9, trans-11 18:2; trans-9, cis-11 18:2; and trans-10, cis-12 18:2. Also, the interaction increased milk concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Monensin and SBO linearly reduced, with no significant interaction, milk concentration (g/100 g of FA) of short- and medium-chain fatty acids (<C16). Soybean oil reduced total saturated FA and increased total monounsaturated FA. These results suggest that monensin reduces milk fat percentage and this effect is accentuated when SBO is added to the ration.  相似文献
