采用红外光谱法定量测定了彩涂钢板氟碳涂料中PVDF的含量。用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱技术,得到了不同PVDF含量样品的红外光讲图,以朗伯-比尔定律为理论依据,分别选取PVDF和丙烯酸树脂的特征吸收峰为各自的定量参比峰,得出参比峰面积比与树脂质量比的线性回归方程。比较了不同的参比峰和吸光度的表征方法,得出分别以874cm^-1和1730cm^-1吸收峰作为PVDF和丙烯酸树脂的定量参比峰,以固定波数段积分法求取吸收峰面积时得出的线性回归方程结果最佳,其相关系数为0.999,测定方差为2.77×10^-4,最大相对误差为1.37%。该方法迅速简捷、稳定可靠。 相似文献

A series of polyurethane (PU)-urea-imide coatings were synthesized by a systematic three-step reaction process. Initially isocyanate terminated PU prepolymers were prepared by reacting soft segments such as polyester polyols (prepared from neopentyl glycol, adipic acid, isophathalic acid and trimethylol propane) or polyether polyols (polypropylene glycol-1000) with hard segments such as 2,4-toluene diisocyanate or isophorone diisocyanate with NCO/OH ratio of 2:1. Heterocyclic imide ring into the PU backbone was incorporated by co-polymerization with pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) from the excess NCO groups in the PU prepolymer with an NCO/anhydride ratio of 1:0.5 and the surplus NCO content after imidization was moisture cured. PU-urea-imide coatings were also obtained by partial chain extension of the excess NCO groups in the NCO terminated PU-imide copolymers, and the remaining excess NCO groups were completely reacted with atmospheric moisture. The obtained polymers were analyzed with Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) and angle resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (AR-XPS). The type and change in intermolecular H-bonding interaction in the PU-urea-imide films with structural variables was identified by deconvolution of the FT-IR spectra using Origin 6.0 software through Gaussian curve-fitting method. The FT-IR analyses of the PU-urea-imide coating films show dependence of phase separation on the nature of chain extender. Surface characterization data from AR-XPS suggests the dependence of phase segregation behaviour on the nature of the chain extender, which also supports the FT-IR observations. 相似文献

文中采用自制的“在线检测平台”与红外光谱方法相结合技术,进行了聚氨酯胶黏剂的热老化动力学研究,在125~150℃温度范围内聚氨酯胶黏剂的老化降解反应为二级反应,与固化反应有相同的反应级数。分析结果说明,在线FT—IR方法能直接反映高分子材料老化过程中的对应基团的变化,是老化机理研究的直接实验依据。该方法的建立为其他高分子材料老化机理和动力学的研究提供了有效的检测技术和试验装置。 相似文献

Pyrolysis bio-oil contains abundant O-containing structures. Carbonyls are particularly important not only because they are abundant and exist in many forms (e.g. as acids, esters, ketones and aldehydes) but also because they are reactive and are a key consideration of bio-oil upgrading. This study aims to investigate the distribution of carbonyl groups in a variety of bio-oil samples prepared from the pyrolysis of mallee wood, bark and leaves in a fluidised-bed reactor. Some bio-oil samples also underwent esterification reactions with methanol in the presence of solid Amberlyst acid catalyst. The bio-oil samples were diluted with isopropanol prior to the acquisition of FT-IR spectra using a CaF2 liquid cell. The FT-IR spectra of bio-oils in the range of 1490–1850 cm−1 were deconvoluted with 9 Gaussian bands. Our results reveal that the bio-oils from the pyrolysis of wood, bark and leaves of the same mallee tree species had very different concentrations and types of carbonyls, which are related to the contents of hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin and extractives in the wood, bark and leaves. Our study also reveals that the carbonyls in the light and heavy fractions of a bio-oil may react differently during the reactions of bio-oil with methanol in the presence of the Amberlyst solid acid catalyst. 相似文献
