An adaptive optimization algorithm using backpropogation neural network model for dynamic identification is developed. The algorithm is applied to maximize the cellular productivity of a continuous culture of baker's yeast. The robustness of the algorithm is demonstrated in determining and maintaining the optimal dilution rate of the continuous bioreactor in presence of disturbances in environmental conditions and microbial culture characteristics. The simulation results show that a significant reduction in time required to reach optimal operating levels can be achieved using neural network model compared with the traditional dynamic linear input-output model. The extension of the algorithm for multivariable adaptive optimization of continuous bioreactor is briefly discussed. 相似文献

采用膜生物反应器(MBR)和粉末活性炭-膜生物反应器(PAC-MBR)两种工艺处理微污染原水,考察了两阶段进水情况下的除污染效能及初始有机物和氨氮质量浓度对各工艺除污染特性的影响。结果表明,进水有机物含量对MBR和PAC-MBR除污染的效果有较大的影响,当CODMn由(3.67±0.11)mg/L增加至(4.11±0.23)mg/L时,两种工艺对CODMn的去除率分别由(23.1±9.8)%和(37.6±5.5)%增加至(35.4±12.6)%和(43.1±17.0)%。两个阶段各工艺出水的NH3-N质量浓度均小于0.4 mg/L,且系统连续运行过程中出水的NO2--N质量浓度分别低至(7.5±5.8)μg/L和(6.1±3.6)μg/L,显著低于原水中的平均值(76.9±7.6)μg/L。同时发现PAC-MBR工艺中PAC延长了微生物与有机物的接触时间,并为微生物生长提供了载体,可有效提高细菌的总耗氧速率(SOUR),并使生物处理系统中的有机物浓度的临界值降低,从而有效提高整个生物处理系统中有机物和氨氮的去除率。 相似文献

The activated sludge process is widely used to treat domestic and industrial wastewater. A significant drawback of this process is the production of “sludge”, the disposal of which can comprise a significant proportion of the total operating costs of a wastewater treatment plant. We analyze the steady-state operation of a membrane bioreactor system (MBR) incorporating a sludge disintegration unit (SDU) to reduce sludge production. We provide a qualitative understanding of the model by finding analytically the steady-state solutions of the model and determining its stability as a function of the residence time. In practice a target value of the mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) content within the membrane reactor is specified. Applying the mathematical technique of singularity theory we show that if the sludge disintegration factor is sufficiently high then the MLSS content is guaranteed to be below the target value. This model prediction, of key interest from a practical perspective, was not identified in the original investigation of this model, which relied upon numerical integration of the governing equations. 相似文献

本文初步研究了膜生物反应器在难降解的造纸废水中的处理效果,并与传统的活性污泥法和生物接触氧化法进行了对比,本文还进行了膜生物反应器曝气池中污泥浓度与CODCr去除率关系的研究。试验结果表明:在同样水质的条件下,膜生物反应器的处理效果明显好于普通的生物法。污泥浓度达6000mg/L以上时,膜生物反应器出水CODCr可降至100mg/L以下。而普通的生物法却无法达到这一数值。 相似文献

There are several well-known growth models (Monod, Moser, Tessier and Contois) often viewed as no difference except data fitting. With frequency response analysis, it is shown that periodic operation is suitable to differentiate these models. Estimation of system parameters by this method is also discussed.
