自然界中许多生物大分子都可以通过小分子以分子自组装的方式有机地组织起来,分子自组装技术在制备纳米结构生物材料等方面具有独特的优势,尤其是以能自组装成各种纳米结构的两亲性肽分子自组装材料近来备受关注。文章就目前国内外两亲性肽自组装成纳米结构及其多种生物医学方面应用进行了综述,并对影响两亲性肽自组装的因素进行了探讨。 相似文献

In this article, amphiphilic starch nanocrystals were synthesized by graft copolymerization of starch nanocrystals with styrene in aqueous emulsion system. The starch nanocrystals of size around 50 nm were used, which were prepared by acid hydrolysis of corn starch. The structure of starch‐g‐polystyrene nanocrystals was characterized by Fourier transform infrared and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The crystalline structure as well as its particle morphology was studied by X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results indicated that the amphiphilic starch nanocrystals obtained exhibit the size around 80–100 nm. Its crystalline structure is basically not changed after grafting polystyrene suggested that the polystyrene was essentially grafted on the surface of starch nanocrystals. Wettability experiments indicated that the prepared starch‐g‐polystyrene nanocrystals can be uniformly dispersed both in water phase and oil phase revealing excellent amphiphilicity. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Magnetic amphiphilic polymer microspheres were prepared by copolymerization of styrene with poly(ethylene oxide) macromonomer (MPEO) in the presence of Fe3O4 magnetic fluid in ethanol/water medium. Magnetic microsphere size, size distribution, and surface morphology were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The structure of copolymer was determined by infrared spectroscopy. With increasing MPEO used in the polymerization, the resulting microsphere size decreased. Magnetic amphiphilic polymer microspheres containing 0.02–0.2 mmol/g hydroxyl groups could be prepared by using different MPEO concentration. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 以自蔓延高温合成法合成的氮化硅粉料为原料,用搅拌球磨的方法对其进行超细粉碎,测试不同球磨工艺条件下粉料的粒度、形貌和XRD谱图,探讨不同球磨工艺参数对粉料粒度、形貌及晶格类型的影响,最终确定合适的搅拌球磨工艺参数。优化工艺参数:粉料与溶剂的质量比为1∶1,粉料与磨介的质量比为1∶3,最佳研磨时间为8~10 h。在此条件下,可将中位径为5μm左右的氮化硅粉料用搅拌球磨的方法制备得到中位经为0.719μm的粉料。 相似文献

For application of phospholipids compounds in drug permeation field, a novel series of amphiphilic phospholipids compounds containing different aliphatic chains as the hydrophobic tail groups and phosphorylcholine as the hydrophilic head groups were synthesized in three steps: preparation of hydroxyalkyl methacrylate by the reaction of various aliphatic chain diols with α‐methacryloyl chloride; preparation of 2‐(2‐oxo‐1,3,2‐dioxaphospholoyloxy)alkyl methacrylate by the reaction of hydroxyalkyl methacrylate with 2‐chloro‐2‐oxo‐1,3,2‐dioxaphospholane; preparation of the amphiphilic phospholipids compounds by the ring‐opening reaction of 2‐(2‐oxo‐1,3,2‐dioxaphospholoyloxy)alkyl methacrylate in the presence of trimethylamine.
