Image fusion aims to integrate complementary information from multiple modalities into a single image with none distortion and loss of data. Image fusion is important in medical imaging, specifically for the purpose of detecting the tumor and identification of diseases. In this article, completely unique discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) based fusion method (DWT‐IFS) is proposed. For fusion, initially, all source images are fused using DWT with the average, maximum, and entropy fusion rules. Besides, on the fused image IFS is applied. In the IFS process images are converted into intuitionistic fuzzy images (IFIs) by selecting an optimum value for the parameter in membership, non‐membership, and hesitation degree function using entropy. Then, the resulting IFIs are decomposed into the blocks, and the corresponding blocks of the images are fused using the intersection and union operations of IFS. The efficiency of the proposed DWT‐IFS fusion method is recognized by examining it with other existing methods, such as Averaging (AVG), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Laplacian Pyramid Approach (LPA), Contrast Pyramid Approach (CPA), Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Morphological Pyramid Approach (MPA), Redundancy Discrete Wavelet Transform (RDWT), Contourlet Transform (CONTRA), and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IFS) using subjective and objective performance evaluation measures. The experimental results reveal that the proposed DWT‐IFS fusion method provides higher quality of information in terms of physical properties and contrast as compared to the existing methods.  相似文献

现有的许多小波变换域图像数字水印方法无法抵抗亮度调整攻击,为此,本丈提出了一个抗亮度调整攻击的小波变换域图像数字水印新方法.该方法在原始图像小波变换域的低频系数中嵌入水印,而在含水印图像小波变换域低频系数抗亮度调整修正后的值中提取水印.该方法简单、快速、有效,在提取水印时无需原始图像.实验结果表明:该方法具有很好的水印透明性,对亮度调整攻击非常稳健,并且对常见的其他图像处理攻击(如重采样、颜色抖动、平滑、加噪声和有损压缩等)具有很强的稳健性.  相似文献

For the last two decades, physicians and clinical experts have used a single imaging modality to identify the normal and abnormal structure of the human body. However, most of the time, medical experts are unable to accurately analyze and examine the information from a single imaging modality due to the limited information. To overcome this problem, a multimodal approach is adopted to increase the qualitative and quantitative medical information which helps the doctors to easily diagnose diseases in their early stages. In the proposed method, a Multi-resolution Rigid Registration (MRR) technique is used for multimodal image registration while Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) along with Principal Component Averaging (PCAv) is utilized for image fusion. The proposed MRR method provides more accurate results as compared with Single Rigid Registration (SRR), while the proposed DWT-PCAv fusion process adds-on more constructive information with less computational time. The proposed method is tested on CT and MRI brain imaging modalities of the HARVARD dataset. The fusion results of the proposed method are compared with the existing fusion techniques. The quality assessment metrics such as Mutual Information (MI), Normalize Cross-correlation (NCC) and Feature Mutual Information (FMI) are computed for statistical comparison of the proposed method. The proposed methodology provides more accurate results, better image quality and valuable information for medical diagnoses.  相似文献

Watermarking is a widely used solution to the problems of authentication and copyright protection of digital media especially for images, videos, and audio data. Chaos is one of the emerging techniques adopted in image watermarking schemes due to its intrinsic cryptographic properties. This paper proposes a new chaotic hybrid watermarking method combining Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Z-transform (ZT) and Bidiagonal Singular Value Decomposition (BSVD). The original image is decomposed into 3-level DWT, and then, ZT is applied on the HH3 and HL3 sub-bands. The watermark image is encrypted using Arnold Cat Map. BSVD for the watermark and transformed original image were computed, and the watermark was embedded by modifying singular values of the host image with the singular values of the watermark image. Robustness of the proposed scheme was examined using standard test images and assessed against common signal processing and geometric attacks. Experiments indicated that the proposed method is transparent and highly robust.  相似文献

Digital watermarking is proposed as a method to enhance medical data security. Medical image watermarking requires extreme care when embedding additional information within medical images, because the additional information should not degrade medical image quality. Doctors diagnose medical images by seeing Region of Interest (ROI). A ROI of a medical image is an area including important information and must be stored without any distortion. If a medical image is illegally obtained or if its content is changed, it may lead to wrong diagnosis. In our scheme a well-known technique least significant bit substitution (LSB) is adapted to fulfill the requirements of data hiding and authentication in medical images. The scheme divide Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) image into two parts ROI and non-ROI (non-region of interest). The DS (Digital Signature) which include patient data and SOP Instance UID are embedded randomly into the LSB border of the image. The DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) of ROI-MSB (most significant bit) embedded into the LSB middle of the image. The Result shows the ability to hide and retrieve DS in non-ROI, while ROI, the most important area for diagnosis, is retrieved exactly at the receiver side.  相似文献

水印对多种攻击的鲁棒性仍然没有得到很好的解决.针对单一水印在受到多种攻击时无法保证足够鲁棒性的问题,提出了一种DCT域的多重鲁棒水印算法.首先对原始图像进行采样,并把图像分成两组,采用两种不同的调制方式,即抖动调制和基于选择块的DCT系数调制嵌入有意义的二值图像水印.与已有算法相比,加水印图像可以获得更好的质量.在DCT的不同频率分量中嵌入水印,保证了水印图像在受到常见的各种攻击之后至少有一个清晰可见.实验结果表明了算法能有效地抵抗常见的信号处理攻击,并且当存在多种攻击的时候,至少有一个水印图像清晰可见,从而为版权保护提供证据.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Sign language is a medium of communication for people with hearing disabilities. Static and dynamic gestures are identified in a video-based sign language recognition and translated them into humanly understandable phrases to achieve the communication objective. However, videos contain redundant Key-frames which require additional processing. Number of such Key-frames can be reduced. The selection of particular Key-frames without losing the required information is a challenging task. The Key-frame extraction algorithm is used which helps to speed-up the sign language recognition process by extracting essential key-frames. The proposed framework eliminates the computation overhead by picking up the distinct Key-frames for the recognition process. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), and Histograms of Oriented Gradient (HOG) are used for unique features extraction. We used the bagged tree, boosted tree ensemble method, Fine KNN, and SVM for classification. We tested methodology on video-based datasets of Pakistani Sign Language. It achieved an overall 97.5% accuracy on 37 Urdu alphabets and 95.6% accuracy on 100 common words.  相似文献

Teleradiology plays a vital role in the medical field, which permits transmitting medical and imaging data over a communication network. It ensures data reliability and provides convenient communication for clinical interpretation and diagnostic purposes. The transmission of this medical data over a network raises the problems of legal, ethical issues, privacy, and copyright authenticity. The copyright protection of medical images is a significant issue in the medical field. Watermarking schemes are used to address these issues. A gray-level or binary image is used as a watermark frequently in color image watermarking schemes. In this paper, the authors propose a novel non-blind medical image watermarking scheme based on 2-D Lifting Wavelet Transform (LWT), Multiresolution Singular Value Decomposition (MSVD), and LU factorization to improve the robustness and authenticity of medical images. In this scheme, multiple color watermarks are embedded into the colored DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) images obtained from Color Doppler images (DICOM format), and the average results achieved by our proposed scheme is 46.84 db for Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), 37.46 db for Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), 0.99 for Quality of Image and 0.998 for Normalized Correlation for various image processing attacks. These results make our watermarking technique an ideal candidate for medical image watermarking.  相似文献

阐述了基于DCT变换域的数字水印理论和算法,并根据相关理论模型,提出了一种在离散傅里叶变换中实现的、可用于印刷品防伪的数字水印嵌入算法。研究表明与传统的LSB算法和Patchwork算法相比,该算法有较好的抗攻击能力。给出了系统的水印嵌入算法和水印提取流程设计的过程。实践证明,基于DCT变换域的数字水印算法能确保水印的不可见性,并保持较好的鲁棒性,实现了印刷图像载体数字版权的保护,并可检测出用此算法嵌入印刷图像中的不可见标记。最后通过实验验证了此算法的可行性、可靠性和有效性,为印刷品版权保护提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

针对现有离散余弦变换(DCT)域图像增强算法大多统一处理DCT系数,且不能有效抑制块状效应的问题,将Retinex思想引入DCT域,提出一种新增强算法:将DCT系数分为入射分量和反射分量,构造一种带强光抑制的函数,将入射分量映射到理想的动态范围;定义一种频带限制的对比度,实现反射分量的局部细节增强;使用子块分解方法抑制块状效应。实验结果表明,与现有Retinex及DCT域增强算法相比,该算法具有更好的细节增强及强光抑制效果,且能较好抑制块状效应。  相似文献

Parallel imaging is a technique to shorten the acquisition time by reducing the data size in phase encoding direction. Compressed Sensing is a technique to improve the performance of parallel imaging based reconstruction methods such as l1-regularized SPIRiT by adding the regularization term, which leads to frequent calculations of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with high time cost. However, clinical practice of MRI scan requires fast or real-time reconstruction with high image quality. In this paper, by taking advantage of the properties of parallel imaging and GPU computing, we develop a fast three-dimensional DWT for parallel imaging based reconstruction methods such as l1-regularized SPIRiT. Computational results show that fast DWT in l1-regularized SPIRiT MRI reconstruction is approximately three times faster than the conventional DWT. Computational results also show that fast DWT for reconstructing an 80?×?150?×?32?×?80 Cardiac MRI dataset by l1-regularized SPIRiT is approximately 20 per cent faster than l1-regularized SPIRiT of the conventional DWT.  相似文献

提出了一种基于数字菲涅耳全息和离散余弦变换的数字水印技术.利用全息技术得到原始水印图像的菲涅耳全息图,之后将其嵌入宿主图像离散余弦变换域的中频系数,将水印添加位置和光学系统的几何结构参数作为恢复水印信息的密钥,并且算法属"盲数字水印技术",从而该算法具有较好的安全性和实用性.对算法的测试结果也表明,该算法对噪声,滤波、剪切,旋转、有损压缩等常见的图像处理操作具有较高的稳健性.因此,该算法具有一定的实用价值.  相似文献

Watermarking of digital images is required in diversified applications ranging from medical imaging to commercial images used over the web. Usually, the copyright information is embossed over the image in the form of a logo at the corner or diagonal text in the background. However, this form of visible watermarking is not suitable for a large class of applications. In all such cases, a hidden watermark is embedded inside the original image as proof of ownership. A large number of techniques and algorithms are proposed by researchers for invisible watermarking. In this paper, we focus on issues that are critical for security aspects in the most common domains like digital photography copyrighting, online image stores, etc. The requirements of this class of application include robustness (resistance to attack), blindness (direct extraction without original image), high embedding capacity, high Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), and high Structural Similarity Matrix (SSIM). Most of these requirements are conflicting, which means that an attempt to maximize one requirement harms the other. In this paper, a blind type of image watermarking scheme is proposed using Lifting Wavelet Transform (LWT) as the baseline. Using this technique, custom binary watermarks in the form of a binary string can be embedded. Hu’s Invariant moments’ coefficients are used as a key to extract the watermark. A Stochastic variant of the Firefly algorithm (FA) is used for the optimization of the technique. Under a prespecified size of embedding data, high PSNR and SSIM are obtained using the Stochastic Gradient variant of the Firefly technique. The simulation is done using Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB) tool and it is shown that the proposed technique outperforms the benchmark techniques of watermarking considering PSNR and SSIM as quality metrics.  相似文献

The field of medical images has been rapidly evolving since the advent of the digital medical information era. However, medical data is susceptible to leaks and hacks during transmission. This paper proposed a robust multi-watermarking algorithm for medical images based on GoogLeNet transfer learning to protect the privacy of patient data during transmission and storage, as well as to increase the resistance to geometric attacks and the capacity of embedded watermarks of watermarking algorithms. First, a pre-trained GoogLeNet network is used in this paper, based on which the parameters of several previous layers of the network are fixed and the network is fine-tuned for the constructed medical dataset, so that the pre-trained network can further learn the deep convolutional features in the medical dataset, and then the trained network is used to extract the stable feature vectors of medical images. Then, a two-dimensional Henon chaos encryption technique, which is more sensitive to initial values, is used to encrypt multiple different types of watermarked private information. Finally, the feature vector of the image is logically operated with the encrypted multiple watermark information, and the obtained key is stored in a third party, thus achieving zero watermark embedding and blind extraction. The experimental results confirm the robustness of the algorithm from the perspective of multiple types of watermarks, while also demonstrating the successful embedding of multiple watermarks for medical images, and show that the algorithm is more resistant to geometric attacks than some conventional watermarking algorithms.  相似文献

The abrupt changes in brain cells due to the environmental effects or genetic disorders leads to form the abnormal lesions in brain. These abnormal lesions are combined as mass and known as tumor. The detection of these tumor cells in brain image is a complex task due to the similarities between normal cells and tumor cells. In this paper, an automated brain tumor detection and segmentation methodology is proposed. The proposed method consists of feature extraction, classification and segmentation. In this paper, Grey Level Co‐Occurrence Matrix (GLCM), Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Law's texture features are used as features. These features are fed to Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) classifier as input pattern, which classifies the brain image. Morphological operations are now applied on the classified abnormal brain image to segment the tumor regions. The proposed system achieves 95.07% of sensitivity, 99.84% of specificity and 99.80% of accuracy for tumor segmentation.  相似文献

目的为了改善哈希序列对篡改内容的正确识别率和鲁棒性,提出基于颜色矢量角度直方图耦合离散余弦变换压缩的鲁棒哈希算法。方法结合插值运算和Gaussian滤波器,对图像实施预处理,使其对于任意的认证目标均可产生一个固定长度的哈希序列;引入极坐标变换LPT(Log-polar transform),对规范尺寸图像完成坐标变换,输出二次图像;借助SVD(SingularValueDecompostion)方法来处理二次图像,输出全局鲁棒特征;提取规范尺寸图像中所有像素分量的颜色矢量角度,并计算其对应的直方图,形成色彩感知特征;将全局与色彩感知特征组合,将其视为1D哈希序列;基于离散余弦变换DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform),对1D哈希序列实施压缩,输出一组交流系数;引入Logistic映射,根据其输出的混沌序列来设计差异加密方法,对交流系数实施扩散,从而形成目标哈希序列。基于l2范数距离和优化的识别阈值,对待检测图像内容的真伪实施判别。结果试验结果显示,相对于已有的哈希机制而言,所提方案具备更强的鲁棒性,对各类几何攻击均有更高的检测准确度。结论所提哈希方法具有较高的鲁棒性与识别正确率,对商标检索、信息防伪等领域具有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

目的为了兼顾水印图像的不可感知性与鲁棒性,利用DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)变换域,设计载体视觉内容分析耦合遗传算法优化的鲁棒图像水印技术。方法首先,将载体图像分割为一系列的非重叠子块,并引入奇异值分解机制,定义视觉内容分析方法,获取每个子块的活性因子,活性因子值较大的子块为水印嵌入位置;利用DCT机制处理活性因子值较大的子块得到相应的直流系数;联合结构相似度SSIM、峰值信噪比PSNR以及归一化相关系数NC,并基于权重因子设计适应度函数,通过执行遗传算法寻找最优的嵌入强度;根据优化的嵌入强度构建水印嵌入方法,将二值水印隐藏到这些直流系数中,通过逆DCT变换输出水印图像;设计水印检测方法,从水印图像中提取二值水印。结果实验数据显示,与当前基于变换域的水印技术相比,所提算法具有更高的视觉不可感知性与抗几何攻击能力,面对多种几何攻击,所提算法的PSNR与NC值分别保持在45 dB,0.96以上。结论所提算法能够较好地将水印信息隐藏在载体中,具有较高的视觉不可感知性与抗几何攻击能力,在版权保护、信息防伪等领域具有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

基于H.Paek等人提出的自适应后处理方法DAPT(DCT-based Adaptive Post-processing Technique)和图像像素梯度的变化特性,提出了一种快速块效应后处理方法。通过对JPEG解码图像处理实验的结果表明:新方法在保持DAPT处理的图像质量条件下,减少DCT(Discrete Consine Transform)运算次数一半以上,大大地提高了解码图像块效应的处理速度。  相似文献
