在实验装置中分别采用2种不同结构的精馏塔,通过实验比较2种精馏过程对制冷机性能的影响。分别从驱动热源对制冷量的影响、塔内运行温度及温度稳定性、精馏塔运行工况稳定性(如改变冷却水流量)3个方面对2种精馏塔做出了对比和分析。研究结果表明:填料塔的塔内稳定工况时温度虽然高于筛板塔,但填料式精馏塔对于驱动热源波动,冷却水量波动有较大的操作弹性空间。  相似文献

Results of experimental study of the effect of initial maldistribution of structured packing irrigation on efficiency of binary mixture separation are presented in this article. The studies were carried out in the experimental distillation column with the diameter of 0.9 m using the R114 and R21 freon mixture. Experiments were performed on the structured Mellapak 350.Y packing of stainless steel 316L, containing 19 layers with the total height of 4.016 m at the ratio of mole liquid and vapor flow rates L/V = 1 and 1.7, respectively, and the pressure in the upper part of the column ptop = 3 bars. Nonuniformity at the packing inlet was generated via the blocking of some holes in the liquid distributor. Here, we present some results on efficiency of mixture separation, pressure drop on the packing, distribution of local liquid flow rate under the packing over the cross‐section and on the column wall within the range of vapor loading factor (0.69 < Fv < 1.61 Pa0.5), as well as experimental data on distribution of local concentration of the low‐boiling component over the cross‐section and along the height of the structured packing. It is found out that significant maldistribution of mixture concentration and liquid flow rate over the cross‐section slightly changes along the height in the lower part of the column at a change in the degree of packing irrigation nonuniformity at the inlet. It is shown that efficiency of mixture separation depends considerably on the value of parameter L/V, vapor flow factor Fv, and size of the zone underirrigated by liquid at the inlet. In the studied range of liquid and vapor flow rates, the relative pressure drop on the packing does not depend on the ratio of liquid and vapor flow rates L/V and degree of irrigation maldistribution. © 2013 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J 60: 690–705, 2014  相似文献

用CHEMCAD软件对乙醇、苯和水三元恒沸体系生产无水乙醇的工艺进行了模拟。根据模拟研究结果设计并建成了年产1 800 t无水乙醇的生产装置。主塔和回收塔中均采用共轭环塔填料。生产实践表明,共轭环塔填料具有传质效率高、单位填料层压降低和操作弹性大的特点;通过对生产工艺的优化,得到无水乙醇产品的苯质量浓度小于0.2 mg/mL,水质量浓度小于0.5 mg/mL。研究结果对设计无水乙醇生产装置有很好的参考价值。  相似文献

高压蒸馏与真空和常压操作相比,填料塔中的气液均匀分布变得更加困难,并导致气相返混增加,填料分离效率下降,但经过适当的设计,填料塔不但可以提高高压蒸馏的生产能力,而且效率也得到提高。文中介绍高压蒸馏填料塔的特点和近年来的研究进展,并总结了国内外高压蒸馏填料塔新塔设计和老塔改造的成功经验。  相似文献

采用6号溶剂油为原料,进行了分离过程的工艺模拟计算。根据工艺计算结果,进行了精馏塔的水力学核算,设计出同时生产异己烷油与己烷油的精馏装置,并确保精馏塔的分离效果达到了厂方的要求。该设计采用了高效规整填料与新型塔内件,使整塔压降控制在合理范围之内,并且保证了液体分布的均匀程度。实践证明,该设计不但保证了产品质量,同时也满足了对产品收率的要求。  相似文献

Pressure drops are of major importance for distillation/absorption columns. This paper mainly discusses how to correctly measure, interpret and use pressure drop data. The possible causes of incorrect pressure drop measurements are studied including the effects of pressure tap dimensions, locations, and vapor condensation etc. The effect of the static head of vapor on the pressure drop data and column pressures is evaluated. Variations of sec-tional pressure drops along the column are investigated based on the experimental data obtained from commercial size distillation columns at Fractionation Research, Inc. (FRI). For a packed column, it is found that the spacing between the liquid distributor and the top of the bed affects the overall pressure drop measurements, which is con-firmed by a fundamental fluid dynamics analysis.  相似文献

引 言最近十几年以来 ,规整填料已广泛应用于新建的蒸馏塔以及老塔的改造中 .在常、减压操作中 ,与板式塔相比 ,在相同的分离效率下填料塔具有压降更低和处理能力更大的优点 .但在高压蒸馏操作中 ,液体的喷淋密度非常大 ,其范围在 2 0~ 10 0m3·m- 2 ·h- 1,单位塔截面积上液体负荷的增加使得填料对液体的自分布能力减弱 ,液体易产生偏流、沟流等不均匀流动 .随着压力增大 ,充了气的液相、高的汽液相密度比值、高的汽液相黏度比值等因素都会使填料床层的持液量加大 ,空隙率降低 ,其结果使规整填料处理能力受到制约 .在高压条件下 ,规整…  相似文献

In this work, the influence of structured packing on gas holdup in gas-liquid-solid dispersions has been studied. The experiments were carried out in an empty column and in column containing structured packing operating under identical conditions. Glass beads and silicon carbide particles were used as the solid material and the volumetric fraction of solids was varied from 0% to around 10%. The liquid viscosity was strongly modified using water, CMC solution and glycerol. The experimental results obtained with both columns were compared with previous results obtained in two-phase bubble columns. The influence of structured packing on the total gas holdup for different superficial gas velocities was found to be similar with and without suspended solids. Therefore, the results obtained in this work were analysed on the basis of correlations derived earlier for gas-liquid dispersions. Excepting the results obtained with glycerol, these correlations can predict the gas holdup of three-phase bubble columns with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献
