应用汽液双循环高压相平衡装置,测定了二氧化碳-乙醇和二氧化碳-异丙醇二元混合物分别在303.15K,310.15K和329.15K,压力范围为1.78~10.04MPa下的汽液相平衡数据。用DDLC-SRK方程关联两个二元体系的汽液相平衡数据,计算值与实验值吻合良好。 相似文献

本文建立了一种新型的单汽相循环法汽液平衡测定装置,仅用一只循环泵实现了汽相循环和汽、液相的采样分析。测定了313.2K、10MPa下,CO2-C2H5OH-H2O-夹带剂(乙二醇或丙三醇)体系折相平衡数据。实验结果表明:对于乙醇浓度高于0.35mol的乙醇水溶液,其中含有0.1mol的夹带剂的原料,比单用二氧化碳萃取(无夹带剂加入)具有更高的汽相溶解度和分离选择性,但仍然不能打破乙醇-水体系的常压 相似文献

Mass transfer data are presented for absorption of oxygen in a centrifugal film apparatus. The apparatus was designed to exclude the formation of foam by gas dispersion in liquid. Cells and micro-organisms are not subjected to high shear stress. Therefore, this equipment can be applied in fermentation processes. In the present work, experimental data and correlations were obtained on splitting of the liquid film and oxygen absorption into the film through a spiral ridge formed on the conical surface. The performance of the apparatus is found to be equivalent to those of other types of absorbers. 相似文献

apparatus. To facilitate easy equilibration, both vapor and liquid phases were circulated separately in the experimental apparatus
and the equilibrium composition was analyzed by an on-line gas chromatograph. The experimental data were compared with literature
results and correlated with the Peng-Robinson (PR) equations of state using the Wong-Sandler mixing rules. Calculated results

建立了一套常温高压下气体在液体中溶解度的测定装置,压力可达10 MPa。装置具有以下特点:采用逆流双循环流程;气、液二相都由电磁泵循环;平衡釜上装有两组圆形视镜便于控制液面;在流动的管路中取样;死体积小;采用液体为恒温介质,恒温槽温度控制良好;耐腐蚀等。从二个方面对装置的可靠性进行了检验。对产生误差的因素进行了全面的分析,表明实验结果的精度在1%以内。当文献上查不到所测体系的常压溶解度x_o时,可根据本文提出的方法从高压实验数据回归出 相似文献
