日本新日铁公司制成了一种能耐海水腐蚀的新型不锈钢。其耐腐蚀能力与钛相等,但成本只有钛的一半,可以代替钛广泛用于海水淡化装置、发电厂用的冷凝器管及热交换器等方面。普通不锈钢在一般环境中使用不容易生锈,但是遇到海水时,由于海水中氯离子的作用,不锈钢表层受到破坏而产生腐蚀。新型不锈钢可以有效地抵抗海水的侵蚀,因而不易生锈。另外,在使用镍系材料焊接后,焊接部位也具有同样的耐腐蚀性能。这种不锈钢的成分,除了Fe基外,含有20%的铬、18%的镍、6%的错、0.2%的碳及其它一些特殊元素。耐海水腐蚀的新型不锈钢@李荣… 相似文献

针对在极地环境使用的特殊海水-海冰摩擦-腐蚀耦合作用环境,使用UMT-2型多功能摩擦磨损实验机分别测试了新型FH40级低温钢板、抗海水腐蚀性能优异的317L不锈钢以及两种钢板焊接部位在不同条件下的往复摩擦-腐蚀耦合行为;使用金相显微镜、白光干涉仪以及扫描电子显微镜表征了钢样的显微组织形貌和磨痕形貌。结果表明:随着环境温度从20℃降低到-20℃,FH40钢及焊缝处的摩擦系数和磨损量都明显增加,而317L不锈钢变化不大;值得关注的是,在海水环境中进行摩擦测试时,可见317L不锈钢的整体损失量远远低于FH40钢及焊缝处的,证明317L不锈钢可应用于极地破冰船船体外表面。另外,使用电化学阻抗、极化技术测试了钢材耐蚀性能,以期确定低温环境对复合钢板耐蚀性的影响。结果证明复合板焊缝处在常温及低温条件下,腐蚀速率皆低于FH40低温钢,两种钢板复合仍保持良好耐蚀性。 相似文献

Some critical issues when applying electrochemical noise (EN) in field corrosion detection of nuclear materials are solved. In this work, a portable EN measurement system for field test is established by using Compact RIO modular instrument and zero resistance ammeter (ZRA) module. The electrode system for EN measurement is built by using platinum wire or stainless steels coated with thermal sprayed ceramic coatings as counter electrode. Two EN sensors are developed based on the electrode system mentioned above, and field corrosion detection is successfully achieved. The corrosion of stainless steel pipeline surface in nuclear power plant and internal-surface corrosion of continuous blowdown piping are successfully evaluated by the established new EN measurement system. 相似文献

AbstractPitting Corrosion behaviour of similar and dissimilar metal welds of three classes of stainless steels, namely, austenitic stainless steel (AISI 304), ferritic stainless steel (AISI 430) and duplex stainless steel (AISI 2205), has been studied. Three regions of the weldment, i.e. fusion zone, heat affected zone and unaffected parent metal, were subjected to corrosion studies. Electron beam and friction welds have been compared. Optical, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis were carried out to determine the mechanism of corrosion behaviour. Dissimilar metal electron beam welds of austenitic–ferritic (A–F), ferritic–duplex (F–D) and austenitic–duplex stainless steel (A–D) welds contained coarse grains which are predominantly equiaxed on austenitic and duplex stainless steel side while they were columnar on the ferritic stainless steel side. Microstructural features in the central region of dissimilar stainless steel friction welds exhibit fine equiaxed grains due to dynamic recrystallisation as a result of thermomechanical working during welding and is confined to ferritic stainless steel side in the case of A–F, D–F welds and duplex stainless steel side in the case of D–A welds. Beside this region bent and elongated grains were observed on ferritic stainless steel side in the case of A–F, D–F welds and duplex stainless steel side in the case of D–A welds. Interdiffusion of elements was significant in electron beam welding and insignificant in friction welds. Pitting corrosion has been observed to be predominantly confined to heat affected zone (HAZ) close to fusion boundary of ferritic stainless steel interface of A–F electron beam and D–F electron beam and friction weldments. The pitting resistance of stainless steel electron beam weldments was found to be lower than that of parent metal as a result of segregation and partitioning of alloying elements. In general, friction weldments exhibited better pitting corrosion resistance due to lower incidence of carbides in the microstructure. 相似文献

针对核电站乏燃料不锈钢水池6 mm厚的304L不锈钢板材,采用高效双钨极氩弧焊工艺焊接试板,对双钨极氩弧焊接头进行拉伸性能、冲击性能、弯曲性能、硬度、金相组织、铁素体含量、抗晶间腐蚀性能及粗晶区晶粒度评级等试验研究. 结果表明,采用双钨极氩弧焊焊接核级304L不锈钢材料,焊接接头综合性能良好;双热源的工艺虽然增加了热量,但金相组织仍为奥氏体和少量铁素体的典型形貌,铁素体含量在5% ~ 12%范围内,同时焊接接头粗晶区未发现明显的粗化现象,具备一定的抗热裂性能且保持了良好的塑韧性;晶间腐蚀试验未发现接头有敏化现象,表明该焊接接头耐腐蚀性能优良. 综上试验说明核电站不锈钢水池双钨极氩弧焊接头综合性能可靠. 相似文献

目的 针对核电站管道焊缝中不明原因显色现象,设计了一种模拟工程现场引入异质污染的情形,研究异质污染对管道焊缝的影响.方法运用邻菲罗啉显色检测法,分别评价了以ER316L焊丝、掺杂了铁丝与铁粉的焊丝以及纯铁丝作为焊丝的316L不锈钢焊缝异质铁污染,结合能谱和动电位极化测试,分析了异质铁污染对焊缝组织和耐蚀性的影响.结果焊缝表面大面积持续显色主要为铁氧化物和焊缝中的富铁相,焊缝内部的点状持续显色为铁氧化物夹渣.在打磨条件下,无污染和富铁相作用下的焊缝,随空气放置时间的延长,显色程度a*逐渐降低,而点状显色没有明显改变,根据临界红色像素下临界色度(ac=5.3)时的积分面积百分比表明,点状显色的百分比低于1%,带状显色的积分面积百分比为20%~30%,ac=5.3时,显色开始显现.在3.5%NaCl溶液中,316L不锈钢焊缝的耐电化学腐蚀能力由大到小的顺序为ER316L+铁粉焊缝>ER316L焊缝>ER316L+铁丝焊缝>纯铁丝焊缝.结论铁污染的加入会导致显色现象更易产生,同时也会降低316L不锈钢焊缝的耐腐蚀性能. 相似文献

A new superaustenitic stainless steel is described in terms of chemical composition. mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Results obtained by using this highly alloyed stainless steel, EN 1.4652, in a number of hostile environments are reported. Applications include neutral and acid chloride containing environments such as those existing in e.g. – pulp bleach plants, – ventilation systems of pharmaceutical plants, – equipment for flue gas cleaning in power plants and municipal waste incineration plants, – equipment for recovery of chlorinated hydrocarbons, – sea water piping, – nuclear power plant condenser tubes. The paper also contains laboratory corrosion test results positioning this steel in relation to other highly alloyed stainless steels and nickel base alloys, mainly in terms of its resistance to chloride induced localised corrosion. 相似文献
