本文设计一个集传感器技术和数据采集技术于一体的计算机辅助水泵测控实验系统,利用虚拟仪器技术,快速、准确地进行水泵的多参数测量、电动机的电参数测量及其他实验。本文简要叙述了系统的硬件组成原理和用LabVIEW开发的软件的主要功能和特点。系统的人机界面较好,结构简单紧凑,可操作性强,可以实现信号的实时采集、数据的自动测量、记录和分析处理等功能。实验内容实用丰富,测试的精度和效率较高,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。 相似文献

The technology of the rolling of sections has made great progress in Japan in the last 7 decades, and in the 15-year period since the introduction of universal mills development of the technology has been quite striking. Starting with the changes in mill layout, this progress is briefly discussed, and the technology that has brought about the development is described at length. Reference is made to the extension of universal rolling to the rolling of general sections, to the realization of computer control of the rolling of wide-flange beams and of full continuous rolling, to the automation of finishing operations, and, further, to energy-saving measures, which are the subject of major current interest.Lastly, the outlook for section rolling in the years ahead is considered on the basis of manufacturing facilities, manufacturing processes and demand trends, thus clearly indicating the direction in which the technology of section rolling is likely to proceed. 相似文献
