采用气相渗的方法对K7CuBW1 1 O39导电材料进行了稀土Eu的化学热扩渗 ,研究了扩渗前后材料的导电性能。根据材料的TG DTA测试结果确定了稀土扩渗的温度 ,经ICP分析测试表明 ,微量的Eu可渗入到试样中 ;利用四电极法和交流阻抗法对扩渗前后的材料分别进行了导电性能的测试 ,结果表明扩渗后试样的电导率比扩渗前的电导率提高了 4.0 7× 10 4 倍。分析电导率与温度的变化关系曲线 ,发现此材料在45 0K附近具有热敏特性 (PTC) ,为杂多化合物的应用增加了一个新方向。  相似文献

本文首次报道了用气相法对45钢表面渗锆。与以往不同的是,利用了稀土的活化催渗作用使渗锆过程在较低的温度和较短的时间内进行。通过扫描电镜、光电子能谱、X射线衍射分析证实了锆渗入金属表层并形成新相。对共渗后渗层组织和性能进行研究,结果表明:在稀土作用下锆渗入45钢表层后强化了钢的表面,洛氏硬度HRC高达67,显微硬度也明显提高  相似文献

Tungsten Alloy White Cast Iron(TAWCI) has great brittleness and narrow application scope. The influences of Rare earth element(Ce) and alkaline earth elements ( K, Na) on the microstructures and performances of TAWCI were researched, and the idea estimating spheroidizing effect of carbides using Circular Degree (C. D) were put forward. The result shows that eutectics carbide tums into sphericity from network after modification, and carbide is refined and uniformly distributed and the C. D of eutectic carbide increases. The mechanism of carbide spheroidizing was analyzed. The impact toughness and wear resistance of TAWCI obviously improve with the rise of C. D of carbides.The service life of modified TAWCI roll is 35 % higher than that of high chromium cast iron roll, and its production cost is reduced by 25 %.  相似文献

研究了 2 98K时Tm(ClO4 ) 3,Tm (CH3SO3) 3,Tm(NO3) 3,LaCl3,La(NO3) 3和La(ClO4 ) 36种稀土盐在二甲基亚砜中的导电性。其中 ,La(ClO4 ) 3,Tm(NO3) 3,Tm (ClO4 ) 3表现出强电解质的性质 ,并计算出了它们的极限摩尔电导率Λm∞ 分别为 :15 6.4,14 6.8和12 5 .5S·cm2 ·mol- 1 。在相同溶剂、相同质量摩尔浓度和相同的温度范围内 ,研究了 6种稀土盐电导率受温度变化的影响 ,得出稀土离子在二甲基亚砜中缔合程度的顺序为 :氯化物 >硝酸盐 >甲磺酸盐 >高氯酸盐  相似文献

测试了几种稀土钨电极的焊接性能,并对其组织结构进行了分析,深入探讨了稀土在不同电极中的作用机理。发现高温下稀土相形状将发生改变,毛细管现象只在电极开始工作时存在。由于传输速率和蒸发速率不同,铈钨电极头部出现贫稀土,侧面形成环状富集;1:2:1镧铈钇电极侧表面富稀土;1:1:3镧铈钇电极表面出现融熔;稀土通过融熔的钨传输到表面;从而保持电极的形状不变和电弧的稳定。  相似文献

A novel co-doped rare earth complex Gd0.5Eu0.5(TTA)3Dipy was synthesized and chosen as the emitter material in the organic electroluminescent device ITO/PVK:Gd0.5 Eu0.5 (TTA)3Dipy/PBD/A1. It was proved that there was Forster energy transfer from Gd^3+ to Eu^3+. The electroluminescent mechanism of the device was proposed by measuring and analyzing the emission and the excitation spectra of the emissive layer. Gd^3+ might play the role of promoting the en- ergy transfer from PVK to Eu^3+ and inhibiting an intrinsic luminescence of PVK. The device displayed red light with good monochromaticity. The possible energy transfer process of the device was preliminarily discussed.  相似文献

利用中止还原的方法,研究了稀土元素对掺杂钨粉还原过程及其性能的影响。结果表明,在同样的还原工艺条件下,稀土元素能使掺杂钨粉的还原速率减小,分裂时间更晚,但最终的钨粉粒度更细小,可获得几百纳米的超细钨粉。还原后,粉末的形貌由准球形转变为规则的立方体形。稀土元素还促进钨粉中钾含量的提高。  相似文献

合成了铈-草酸-丙烯酸三元固体配合物。利用元素分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外.可见光谱(UV-Vis)、热重分析(TGA)和荧光光谱等手段研究了配合物的结构和性质。结果表明配合物的组成为[Ce(OOC-COO)(CH2=CH-COO)]·3H2O,荧光光谱表明,配合物中的有机配体能够有效地把吸收的能量传递给中心Ce^3+离子,强烈敏化Ce^3+发光,且发射谱线很窄,主发射峰为Ce^3+的5d→^2F7/2跃迁,这对寻找新型稀土配合物发光材料和制备有机电致发光器件具有一定的价值。  相似文献

In order to lower the raw materials cost and develop a novel cathode materials for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell(ITSOFC), using mixed rare earth replacing the expensive pure La2O3 as the raw materials, the powders of Ln0.7Sr0.3-xCaxCo0.9Fe0.1O3-δ (Ln=the mixed rare earth, x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15) for the applications as the cathode materials were prepared by microwave sintering process. The crystal structure and the particles morphology of the obtained powders were characterized by XRD and SEM, the electrical conductivity of all samples sintered at 1200 ℃ for 3 h was also measured as the function of the temperature from 100 to 800 ℃ by DC four-probe method in air. The experimental results show that due to the influence of mixed rare earth the powders of Ln0.7Sr0.3-xCaxCo0.9Fe0.1O3-δ synthesized at 1200 ℃ for 0.5 h with the mean particle size of 1~20 μm was of perovskite and cubic fluorite phase as well a little SrO phase, the electrical conductivity of the samples decreases with the adding Ca2+ content, and are all higher than 100 S·cm-1 from 500 to 700 ℃ when x≤0.10. Ln0.7Sr0.3-xCaxCo0.9Fe0.1O3-δ. Can meet the demand of the electrical properties for the cathode materials in ITSOFC.  相似文献

参照文献合成了标题化合物. 对所合成化合物进行了高温气相多组分混合稀土化学热扩渗, 经ICP, XPS, IR, XRD和TG-DTA等测试分析证实, 微量稀土元素La和Ce等已渗入到杂多配合物的体相. 利用四电极法对扩渗后化合物的导电性能进行了研究, 其导电率δ为9.2×0-3 S·cm-1, 比扩渗前(δ=1.29×0-9 S·cm-1)提高了7.1×06倍.  相似文献

研究了采用稀土多元共渗方法提高AZ91镁合金表面耐腐蚀性能的作用。结果表明,该方法可以有效地改善镁合金表面耐全面腐蚀、点蚀的性能,提高镁合金表面在温热潮湿环境下的稳定性。经过稀土渗入处理后的镁合金,显微组织均匀、致密,有利于耐蚀性的提高。  相似文献

Rare earth and far-infrared mineral composite materials were added to ceramic glazes to prepare easy-cleaning ceramic. The morphology of easy-cleaning ceramic was observed by SEM. The influence of easy-cleaning ceramic on water surface tension and contact angles of water were investigated. Through calculation of ceramic surface free energy and observation of oil drop on ceramic surface in water, the easy-cleaning mechanism of rare earth composite ceramic was studied. It is found that the rare earth composite ceramic can make water surface tension decrease. The surface free energy and the polar component of rare earth composite ceramic are increased. The rare earth composite ceramics have the easy-cleaning property.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline rare earth mixed oxides DyFexCo1-xO3-δ were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTA) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that DyFexCo1-xO3-δ has the structure of perovskite type at 800℃ for 2 h calcination.The conductivity of the materials at different temperature was measured by four-probe instrumentation and two-pole method. The results show that the conductivity of mixed oxides DyFexCo1-xO3-δ is higher than those of un-mixed oxides DyFeO3 and DyCoO3 and the conductivity is the best at x = 0.8 in the matter of DyFexCo1-xO3-δ. The conduetivity of these materials always increases with the temperature rising and there is an apparent change between 600 and 800℃. However, the spinodals are different with different ration of Fe^3 and Co^3 . This kind of oxide is a conductive pottery material.  相似文献

利用液-固混合法制备的含稀土氧化物的钨基合金材料,经加工制成小功率金卤灯电极,并组装成70W的金卤灯整灯。对不同电极材质的金卤灯测定发光特性,并进行分析对比,钨镝和钨镝钇合金电极的金卤灯的启动、防溅性能和抗腐蚀性能可达到钨钍合金电极的水平。  相似文献

Rare earth mineral composite materials were prepared using rare earths and natural far-infrared mineral materials. The influences of rare earth additive content and heat treatment temperature on the far infrared radiance were studied. The results show that the far infrared radiance of rare earth mineral composite materials is 0.93 when the rare earth additive content is 6% and heat treatment temperature is 750 ℃.  相似文献
