本文分别利用溶胶-凝胶法和水性纳米粒子的表面改性技术配制了三种新型的纳米杂化防护液,研究了防护液干燥成膜的疏水性、铅笔硬度、透明性以及其对抛光砖的渗透粘接情况。经纳米杂化防护液处理后的瓷质抛光砖均具有良好的持久防污性和耐磨性能。 相似文献

以全氟辛基磺酰氟和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,合成了全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;然后加入羟基硅油、乙醇等,配成防污剂;并用于抛光砖的表面处理.用IR对全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的结构进行了表征;考察了防污剂的n(R)/n(Si)值和处理液浓度对其成膜性、抛光砖的吸水率、接触角、耐碱性及耐污染性的影响,用SEM观察了抛光砖的表面形貌.结果表明,当n(R)/n(Si)=1.4、防污剂乙醇溶液中全氟辛基磺酰氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量分数为6%时,防污剂具有最佳的防水防污性能,经其处理的抛光砖的接触角达到114.7°、吸水率为0.041%、耐碘酒和铁红试验膏污染剂污染性都达到五级,抛光砖表面状态显著改善,缺陷减少,且防污剂膜具有良好的耐碱性和附着力. 相似文献

A hyperbranched polyethoxysiloxane was synthesized via hydrolytic polycondensation between methyltriethoxysilane (MTES) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), with hydrochloride acid as catalyst. FTIR, 1H NMR, 29Si NMR, and GPC measurements confirmed that the polyethoxysiloxane synthesized was indeed a hyperbranched polymer with a degree of branching of 0.67. It was also found that there were no silanol groups in polymer matrix. This quality can effectively enhance its storage stability. Based on the hyperbranched polyethoxysiloxane, a novel antifouling coating with high curing speed at ambient temperature was developed. The recipe and other technique parameters of the coating were revealed and investigated. Experiments indicate that the coating performs well as an antifouling agent and can be applied to various ceramic products. By using scanning electron microscope (SEM) to inspect the surface of a polished tile applied with the coating, the antifouling mechanism was studied and the results were explained in accordance with the penetrating and crosslinking of the macromolecules of hyperbrached polyethoxysiloxane into the microdefects on the surface of tiles. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The aim of this investigation was the surface functionalization of industrial ceramic tiles by soluble salts addition to improve mechanical properties (resistance to scratch and wear) preserving the aesthetical aspect of the final product. This objective was pursued through the application of different solution of zirconium capable to be transformed in zirconia nanoparticles during the material sintering. The solutions, in different concentrations, were deposited (300 g/m2) on unglazed green tiles by air-brushing. The obtained products were polished and characterized in terms of microstructure, surface micromechanical and technological properties based on the UNI EN ISO reference rules. The final aesthetical aspect of the products and the obtained hue variation were evaluated by means of UV–vis spectroscopy and colorimetric analysis. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to improve stain resistance and cleanability of polished porcelain tiles by sealing the micro-pores on the tile surface with hybrid sol–gel solution. For this purpose, solutions of a hybrid system based on sol–gel technology were prepared. The obtained solution were applied to polished unglazed tiles and subsequently spread with soft tissue thereon. To achieve complete sealing, both organic and inorganic particles of different sizes were mixed with obtained sol–gel hybrid systems. Coated surfaces were investigated by means of a scanning electron microscope. The stain resistance and the cleanability of the tile surface were tested according to ISO-10545-2014 standard. It has been shown that prepared sealing material permanently prevents formation of stains such as olive oil, green staining paste, iodine solution on the surface of polished porcelain tiles. The remains of stains on the surface can easily be removed from it with a cleaning agent. 相似文献

In the present study, the use of granodiorite, as fluxing agent in a body mix for stoneware ceramic tiles production, was assessed. Four batches were formulated using clay from Khaboba, and natural granodiorite from Saint Katherine, Sinai, Egypt. The batches were tailored to completely replace both feldspatic and inert components of stoneware ceramic tiles. Densification was studied according to ISO rules, while sinterability was estimated by optical dilatometry. The dependence of microstructure and mechanical properties of stoneware ceramic tiles on granodiorite content was discussed. Strength measurements showed that increasing granodiorite content the bending strength of the bodies increased. In particular the studied batches can be used for the production of industrial fast firing tiles. The obtained ceramic tiles possess properties similar to commercial ceramic floor and/or wall tiles. 相似文献

摘要:通过X射线衍射分析、玻璃相含量测定、28d抗压强度比及火山灰活性等试验,研究了陶瓷玻化砖废料、瓷质废料、炻质废料和陶质花盆四种类型陶瓷废料的组成与火山灰活性,为开拓陶瓷废料的应用提供依据。研究结果表明:陶瓷抛光砖粉与废陶瓷玻化砖尽管主要成分相近,但前者氯含量较高,用于水泥混合材受到限制;几种类型的陶瓷废料均具有火山灰活性,其水泥胶砂28d抗压强度比均高于62%,废陶瓷玻化砖为82.1%,瓷质废料为80.8%,炻质废料为78.3%,陶质废料为77.3%。陶瓷玻化砖废料的玻璃相含量较高,瓷质废料其次,炻质和陶质废料的玻璃相含量较低。玻璃相含量较高的陶瓷废料其水泥胶砂28d抗压强度比.较高。 相似文献

This study aims to develop a new approach for the permanent sealing of surface pores on polished porcelain stoneware tiles, using ceramic frits for the filling pores, followed by laser-sealing to ensure the fixation of the applied material. The laser-sealing parameters compatible with the ceramic substrate were focus height (z) of 105 mm, scan speed (v) of 2640 mm.min−1, and power values of 750, 800, and 850 W. In order to define the working parameters, three ceramic frits with 30, 50, and 70 wt.% solid contents were tested by sealing at the mentioned powers. High stain resistant polished stoneware tiles were obtained using frit 1 and frit 3 with 50 and 70 wt.% solid contents, respectively, and the proposed procedure. High ease of cleaning is obtained related to the current treatment, demonstrating its suitability for improving the stain resistance for meeting the ISO 13006:2012 requirements. 相似文献
