As CMOS technology is scaled, the design of a robust electrostatic-discharge (ESD) protection circuit that is transparent to the main circuit is becoming more challenging. For high- frequency applications where minimum parasitic capacitance is required, diodes along with clamps are a popular ESD protection method. The main challenge in the clamp design is to keep the clamp in "on" mode for the whole ESD event while minimizing area and avoiding false triggering. In this paper, a new clamp that uses a flip-flop to turn on the clamp for the complete ESD event is presented. The trigger circuit is able to keep the clamp on for over 2 mus, and this clamp passes a 3-kV HBM ESD stress. Simulation results show that this clamp is immune to false triggering and power supply noise. Furthermore, the stability problem in clamps is addressed, and the new clamp is shown to be immune to oscillation. 相似文献

This paper deals with the transient analysis of the Self-Excited Induction Generator (SEIG) feeding an induction motor (IM) load. Here, transient performance of the SEIG-IM system has been investigated to assess suitability of the SEIG to sudden switchings, such as starting of the IM. To predict the response of the system, quasi-stationary d-q axes model of the polyphase induction machine has been used. Transient response of the system has been presented for different operating conditions, and sample experimental results are given to validate the predicted ones. Useful guidelines for the design and operation of an SEIG-IM system for an isolated application, such as an IM-driven irrigation pump, have been suggested. 相似文献

The stability of SrBi2Ta2O9 has been studied by means of ab-initio calculations. The main instability of the tetragonal configuration concerns a non-polar mode at the Brillouin zone border. It can be related through Brillouin zone folding to the well-known soft rigid-unit mode R25 in perovskites. This implies a complex scenario for the whole Aurivillius family with two competing order parameters, which can result in a sequence of two continuous phase transitions or a single discontinuous one. A third hard-mode is shown to play an essential role in the stabilization of the ferroelectric phase. 相似文献

泰勒(Taylor)级数法暂态稳定计算中阶数的选取对提高计算效率有重要意义。在对常微分方程组数值求解方法进行分析的基础上,提出了暂态稳定计算中动态多维阶数控制的概念。在计算暂态稳定轨迹的过程中,根据各个状态变量的不同动态特性和计算精度约束,对时间常数不同的环节采用不同的阶数。基于该概念,实现了采用动态多维阶数控制的高阶Taylor级数暂态稳定计算方法,并对其有效性和计算精度进行了证明。算例分析结果表明,该方法有效提高了高阶Taylor级数法暂态稳定计算的解算效率,具有实用价值。 相似文献

在对比分析电力系统已有暂态稳定评估方法的基础上,提出一种以支持向量机模型为基础的动态训练算法.该方法将特征提取、样本训练融合在一起,动态产生一系列支持向量机模型,同时可以从维数较大的初始特征集中选择多组有效特征.实验表明,它可用于解决输入空间的可分性问题.在3机9节点以及16机68节点系统中的应用表明了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

分析了广域测量系统(WAMS)实时动态轨迹应用扩展等面积法则(EEAC)方法时所遇到的一些问题;在选取合适观察断面的同时,提出了一种通过构造综合功角来进行分群的新方法。该方法计入了功角曲线的历史信息和未来走势信息,在一定程度上有助于快速准确分群。还根据 P-δ轨迹穿越动态鞍点(DSP)时的斜率和功角,提出了一种综合判据以判别当轨迹遇到DSP时是否会真正失稳。仿真结果验证了该判据的有效性,它可以在系统的失稳特征尚不明显时,就及时判别出系统的稳定性,以便于尽早采取解列等控制措施。 相似文献

随着我国电网向大机组、大电网、高电压和远距离输电发展,电力系统的稳定问题变得日益突出。为改善系统电压稳定和故障后系统的暂态稳定性,将两种动态补偿装置--静止无功补偿器(SVC)和静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)应用于电力系统中,以实时动态方式向系统提供无功补偿。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK平台建立了补偿系统仿真模型,验证了SVC、STATCOM对维持电力系统稳定性的作用,并对两者进行了比较,指出STATCOM具有更广阔的应用前景。 相似文献
