氧化还原引发AA/AM/AMPS超浓反相乳液聚合及乳液稳定性的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)作为混合单体,Span-80和Tween-60作为复合乳化剂,采用氧化还原引发体系,在30℃下制备了稳定的超浓反相聚合物乳液。研究了油相体积分数和引发剂用量对乳液稳定性的影响,分别用离心、加热方式对超浓反相聚合物乳液进行了稳定性的表征。结果表明,在乳化剂浓度一定的条件下,一定量的水相形成稳定结构的乳液所需要的油相量是一定的。聚合物乳液的稳定性随着油相体积分数的减小而增大,随着引发剂用量的增加先增大后减小。 相似文献

表面活性剂是影响微乳液特性的关键因素之一。本文选取聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween 80)、烷基糖苷1214(APG 1214)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和95%纯度鼠李糖脂(R-95%)这6种表面活性剂,通过对其乳化性能和临界胶束浓度进行筛选,结合其形成微乳液的拟三元相图、粒径分布和界面张力分析其特性,并提出微乳液增溶油能力和增溶油成本。研究表明:APG 1214、SDBS、Tween 80乳化性能好、临界胶束浓度低具有更易形成微乳液的优势;5种表面活性剂(Tween 80、SDBS、APG 1214、SDS、AES)均可与正丁醇、水和3号白油自发形成单相微乳液,单相区面积大小为AES型>SDS型>APG 1214型>Tween 80型>SDBS型,最大增溶油能力大小为SDS型>AES型>APG 1214型>Tween 80型>SDBS型,最低增溶油成本大小为AES型相似文献

针对青海油田结蜡严重、产油含蜡率高的现状,对清蜡剂产品合成常用的有机溶剂、表面活性剂和各类助剂进行选择,研制出一种新型乳液型清蜡剂,而后确定了配方体系并进行优化。结果表明,当配方为w(复配有机溶剂)=50%,w(复配表面活性剂)=2%,w(乙二醇丁醚)=3.8%,w(氢氧化钠)=1%,其余为水;其中有机溶剂复配比例为m(石油醚)∶m(正庚烷)∶m(正辛烷)=2∶3∶1,表面活性剂复配比例为m(AEO-9)∶m(SDBS)∶m(吐温-80)=3∶3∶2时,该清蜡剂针对青海油田油蜡具有良好的溶解效果,溶蜡速率达0.028 3 g/min。且各项指标评价均达到相关标准,具有清蜡速率较快、安全稳定、低毒环保等优势,对青海油田乳液型清蜡剂的研制有一定参考意义。 相似文献

用 (NH4) 2 S2 O8-Na2 SO3氧化还原体系引发醋酸乙烯 (VAc) -丙烯酸丁酯 (BA) -丙烯酸 (AA)三元乳液共聚合 ,研究了引发剂、乳化剂、聚合反应条件对聚合转化率 ,乳液粘度和乳液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明体系动力学与经典 Smith-Ewart的乳液合理论不一致。反应速率 (Rp)随着乳化剂浓度的增加而增大 ,乳液的稳定性受乳化剂浓度的影响。聚合温度、引发剂浓度、丙烯酸的浓度对三元共聚乳液的稳定性也有影响 相似文献

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。 相似文献

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%. 相似文献

分析了以吡啶为溶剂的醋酸纤维素的13C-NMR核磁共振谱,得出了三种不同位置羟基的取代度。结合X—射线和DSC分析,初步说明具有相同取代度但未经水解和经过水解的醋酸纤维素(CA) 性质上的差异是由于三个羟基上的取代度分布不同及消晶程度差异所致。 相似文献
