建筑屋面(楼面)彻底隔热、保温问题是建筑行业面临的长期难题,近日,广东省廉江市星恒高效涂料研究所张炳强研制成功“星恒多功能保温隔热砖”,使这一难题得到解决。该产品采用张炳强发明的专利技术建筑外表面热反射隔热防水涂料和保温材料、隔音材料等合成,通过尖端工艺生产、高温处理制作而成的多功能保温隔热砖,填补了国内外建筑领域技术空白。经国家建筑材料测试中心等单位检测,该产品具有隔热、保温、隔音、防水、防火、无放射性功能。检测表明,在夏季,铺和没铺该隔热砖的屋面温度相差15~25℃左右,铺过该隔热砖的顶层屋面在相同条件下任何时候的顶层室内与顶下层室内温度保持一致。(本刊讯)一种新型隔热保温节能材料问世 相似文献

济钢第一炼钢厂以涂抹料中间包替代绝热板中间包,经合理设计涂抹工艺及烘烤制度,中间包的平均寿命达到19.98炉。与使用绝热板中间包相比,平均连浇炉数由47.64炉提高到51.16炉,钢水收得率提高0.35%,耐材消耗降低0.15元/t钢,并提高了钢水纯净度。 相似文献

Methods of calculating the heart losses and temperature are adapted for the air tuyeres of blast furnaces. Using Excel software, the influence of a sprayed coating and a heat-insulating insert on the thermal state of air tuyeres is investigated. The presence of the insert reduces the heat losses through the blast channel more effectively than the application of an aluminum coating. The creation of an air gap between the insert and the inner wall further reduces the heat losses. With increase in thickness of an insert introduced without a gap in the blast channel, the heat losses through the channel are reduced. In the presence of a gap, its thickness has practically no influence on the heat losses. 相似文献

采用铜和纳米SiO2,TiO2粉末的复合电化学沉积,在金属表面上分别获得了金属氧化物增强Cu基复合材料镀层。对复合电沉积镀层的微观组织形貌和性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:纳米级金属氧化物粒子在电场作用下能快速沉积,形成表面致密的复合镀层,随镀覆时间的增加,复合层中微粒的粒度增加,且优先以先沉积的粒子为核心而长大。工艺参数确定后,合理选择镀覆时间就能控制复合材料的组成及沉积粒子的尺寸大小。而且参与复合的纳米级金属氧化物粒子尺寸越细小,复合镀过程中粒子的长大趋向越小,复合镀层硬度越高。 相似文献

The latest progress and research status of laser cladding ceramic coating was summarized. Technique characteristics and influence factors of laser cladding technique were introduced. Laser cladding technique includes the mixing method and laser irradiation. The mixing method can be classified as pre-coating method and synchronization method. The technique parameters include size of facula, scanning speed, cladding sector and times, adding quantity of powder, thickness of coating and quantity of joint coating. The results show that proper technique parameters can be controlled in order to acquire high quality laser cladding coating. Strengthened effect mechanism of rare earth additive is concluded, and the main effects of rare earth additive are micro-alloying, purifying boundary, fining crystal grains, improving crystal boundary, restraining columnar crystal growing.
