在大规模定制生产环境下,传统的物料管理方法已经不能适应大规模定制生产的要求,所以基于通用产品平台的产品族设计是一种有效的产品管理方法。文章针对大规模定制生产的特点,提出了一种基于类物料清单的产品族结构模型,并详细分析了该模型的结构和配置管理方法。最后,给出了该模型和配置生成机制用于电话机产品族的结构和配置管理的实例。 相似文献

为解决车企在客户化定制的生产模式下面临车型配置与BOM管理的难题,提出基于GBOM(Generic Bill of Materials,类物料清单)和CSP(Constraints Satisfaction Problem,约束满足问题)的车型配置管理模型。构建基于GBOM的产品族模型及相关配置约束规则,结合客户的个性化需求,将产品族模型映射为约束满足问题,并使用回溯算法进行求解,最终得到车型实例及BOM数据。最后,给出了基于文中研究成果开发的车型配置管理系统在企业实施运用的具体实例。应用实例表明,基于GBOM和CSP的车型配置管理模型能够有效实现车型配置,生成准确的BOM数据,快速满足客户的需求。 相似文献

This paper presents a design reuse methodology to facilitate product family design. Three major processes are defined, namely, information modelling, information processing, and solution synthesis and evaluation. The information content assessment (ICA) method is proposed for solution evaluation. This method defines logical steps to compute the information content that is used as a uniform, dimensionless metric of product performances. In a case study, product families of the cellular phone were developed using the design reuse methodology. It is demonstrated that the design reuse method proposed in this paper can effectively manage the product family design processes, and the ICA method provides a useful way for performance evaluation. 相似文献

To cope with the intense global competition that is characterized by high product variety and short life cycles, manufacturers need to share manufacturing systems across products and product generations. Co-evolution of product families and assembly systems is proposed as a novel methodology for the joint design and reconfiguration of product families and assembly systems over several product generations. The co-evolution methodology capitalizes on the opportunities for design and assembly system reuse that are offered by modular product architectures and reconfigurable assembly systems. At the same time products are required to be environmentally conscious. Therefore it is important to achieve appropriate product reliability with minimum resource consumption. Modular design can address the need for a high number of product variants and further allow a higher degree of automation in the assembly line. A framework is developed for the simultaneous modular product design and the design of automated manufacturing system. Product designs are optimized for automation using Design Structure Matrix and Modular Function Deployment. Alternative production systems are designed and accessed based on the analysis of assembly steps hierarchically. Increasing competition for better product functionality, quality, features, customization, environmental friendliness, lower cost and shorter delivery time presents unprecedented challenges for product manufacturing enterprises. These challenges cannot be completely addressed by advanced manufacturing technologies alone as some of which are originated from product design. Advanced design technologies and tools for early product design processes are critically needed where most important decisions are made with respect to the product functionality, quality, manufacturability, cost and environmental performance. This paper discusses adaptable design (AD) as a design paradigm for both business success and environmental protection. Adaptable design aims at developing products that are adaptable in their design and/or their production. Adaptability is defined as the extension of the utility (service) of products. Two types of adaptabilities are proposed as product adaptability and design adaptability. Two types of design adaptations are also identified, which include foreseeable specific adaptations and unforeseeable general adaptations. The former can be described by specific adaptability and the latter by general adaptability. Three key elements of AD are presented including functions independence, a measure of adaptability and a function based design process model of the AD. Based on these concepts and design objectives, adaptable design methods and general design guidelines are proposed. Robust product design aims to develop a product that satisfies design requirements while ensuring minimal effects of environmental variability on product performance. Environmental variations may come from raw materials, manufacturing processes, and/or operational environments, which can cause deviations of product functions. This research can verify that the independence axiom can lead to a robust design, while robust designs do not necessarily require functional independence. Thus, designs can be divided into three categories - feasible designs, robust designs and ideal designs. In the first level of the design process, the designers should generate a feasible design, then seek to acquire robustness, and finally determine the possibility of independence. Axiomatic design aims to achieve the independent design; the traditional robust design is an experimental method that may not reach design independence. The proposed approach introduces the integration of the independent analysis that is based on axiomatic design, with the robust analysis that is based on the traditional robust technique. It can help the designer to seek an ideal design or a robust design in respect to the specific design conditions. 相似文献
