It was proved that MgO and MicroSilica can react at room temperature, giving a hardened product primarily comprised of Mg ( OH )2 and Magnesium Silicate Hydrate ( M- S- H ). The reaction ratio and process and the chemical composion of M- S- H were studied and analyzed by QXRD and DTA- TG. The experimental results indicate that much Mg( OH)2 and less M-S-H were formed at early period. After 7 days there is no change in the quantity of Mg( OH)2, while M-S-H was increased slowly. The chemical composion of M-S-H would vary with the mix proportion in the hydrution process , but M1.32 SH2.37 is finally the approximute form.  相似文献

为提高Al18 B4O33 w/Al复合材料的室温阻尼性能,通过原位反应向复合材料的界面引入了低熔点金 属Bi.研究了涂层质量分数对涂覆后复合材料室温力学性能和阻尼性能的影响.结果表明,复合材料的力学 性能随着涂层质量分数的增加而降低;复合材料的阻尼性能则随涂覆量的增加而增加.涂覆复合材料的室温 阻尼值不仅强烈依赖于晶须表面涂覆物的质量分数而且依赖于应变振幅.涂覆复合材料在较低应变条件 (4×10-4)下出现一个由位错机制产生的阻尼峰.当应变振幅超过6x10-4,界面滑移成为主要的阻尼机制  相似文献

以乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、改性二氧化硅粉为原料,液状石蜡为流变助剂,在铂催化剂的作用下,制备了硅橡胶;研究了原料和流变助剂用量对硅橡胶性能的影响,并对硅橡胶的性能进行了表征。结果表明,当含氢硅油为4.5%、乙烯基硅油为30%、改性二氧化硅粉36%、液状石蜡为8%、催化剂为0.03%时,制备的硅橡胶强度高(0.46kN/m),热稳定性好,室温固化时间短,可用作印模材料。  相似文献

为了推动厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)在城市污水处理中的工程化应用,在常温条件下,采用生物滤池反应器,分别考察了硝酸盐、磷酸盐、氨盐和亚硝酸盐对ANAMMOX运行效能的影响.试验结果表明:当进水NO3--N质量浓度提高至约500mg/L时,不会对总氮去除负荷产生明显的影响;而当进水总磷质量浓度大于10mg/L时,总氮去除负荷下降明显,停止投加磷酸盐后,总氮去除负荷可以得到恢复;适当提高NH4+-N和NO2--N的浓度,有利于总氮去除负荷的提高.可见常温条件下,硝酸盐对于低氨氮城市污水ANAMMOX生物滤池的脱氮活性基本不存在影响.而正磷酸盐浓度负荷对于ANAMMOX反应具有一定的影响,且进水磷酸盐浓度的提高对常温低氨氮城市污水ANAMMOX反应存在可逆性抑制作用.  相似文献

为了防止模具钢表面产生热熔损失效,对渗铝后的8407钢表面进行常温硬质阳极氧化实验,使试样表面形成了氧化膜.着重研究了电流密度和氧化时间对氧化膜厚度和硬度的影响.实验结果确定适宜的氧化条件是:电流密度为2.5A/dm^2左右,氧化时间在60min左右,氧化温度在25℃左右.  相似文献

Electrodeposition of aluminum from benzene-tetrahydrofuran-Al Cl3-Li Al H4 was studied at room temperature. Galvanostatic electrolysis was used to investigate the effect of various parameters on deposit morphology and crystal size, including current density, temperature, molar ratio of benzene/tetrahydrofuran and stirring speed. The deposit microstructure was adjusted by changing the parameters, and the optimum operating conditions were determined. Dense, bright and adherent aluminum coatings were obtained over a wide range of current densities(10-25 m A/cm2), molar ratio of benzene and tetrahydrofuran(4:1 to 7:8) and stirring speeds(200-500 r/min). Smaller grain sizes and well-adhered deposits were obtained at lower temperatures. Aluminum-magnesium alloys could potentially be used as hydrogen storage materials. A novel method for Al-Mg deposition was proposed by using pure Mg anodes in the organic solvents system benzene-tetrahydrofuran-Al Cl3-Li Al H4. XRD shows that the aluminum-magnesium alloys are mainly Al3Mg2 and Al12Mg17.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of Fe-doped CuAlO2 semiconductor were reported. The samples were synthesized by a simple and cost effective spin-on technique from solid state reaction of Cu2O and Al2O3 on sapphire (001) substrate. Appropriate ethyl-cellulose (EC) and terpineol are useful for the formation of Fe-doped CuAlO2 films. X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed the growth of pure delafossite CuAlO2 phase ruled out elemental metallic Fe clusters in all the Fe incorporated CuAlO2 films. The existence of ferromagnetism at room temperature is evidenced by well-defined hysteresis loops. Specially, the saturation magnetization (M s) values at room temperature have been monotonously enhanced with the increase of Fe composition from 1% to 5%.  相似文献

为解决可渗透反应墙固定化硫酸盐还原菌原位治理酸性矿井水的碳源问题,以玉米芯为材料,通过模拟废水条件下单因素实验,分析温度、质量浓度、pH值、时间等参数对玉米芯水解液中还原糖含量的影响.根据玉米芯水解实验数据建立了玉米芯水解动力学模型,产糖率CG =k1·(e-k1t-e-k2t)/(k2-k1),mg/g;确定了不同温度下还原糖生成速率以及降解速率常数;玉米芯水解活化能Ea为33 342.213 kJ/mol;指前因子为3.068×105.说明玉米芯作为缓释碳源在中低温条件下易水解,为以玉米芯固定SRB方法治理酸性矿山废水提供了理论依据.  相似文献
