This paper proposes the new design method of error‐prediction control systems combining the ZPET control and the robust feedback control. The error‐prediction control system based on ZPET control can reduce the tracking error caused by periodic disturbances more efficiently than the conventional repetitive control technique. However, the proposed tracking servo system does not reduce the residual tracking error caused by the low‐pass filter of the feedforward compensation and by the long sampling time. In order to overcome this problem, this paper proposes the new structure of the feedforward tracking control system. The modified ZPET control tracking servo system for optical disk recording system does not include the low‐pass filter and its sampling time becomes faster. On the other hand, the sudden disturbance observer reduces the influence of nonperiodic disturbances. The experimental results point out that the proposed tracking servo system has a precise tracking response against both the periodic disturbances and the nonperiodic disturbances. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper proposes a new force sensorless robust tracking servo system, which detects and suppresses both the periodic disturbance and the sudden disturbance without force sensor. The proposed system estimates both the periodic disturbance and the sudden disturbance and the sudden disturbance by using a new sudden disturbance observer and the memory of tracking error. In the proposed system, the influence of sudden disturbance is suppressed by the proposed sudden disturbance observer. On the other hand, the influence of periodic disturbance is suppressed by means of ZPET feed‐forward servo system. The experimental results point out that the proposed tracking servo system has a precise tracking response against both the periodic disturbance and the sudden disturbance. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为了提高轮廓加工精度,本文针对高精度直线伺服系统,提出了一种将零相位误差跟踪控制器(ZPETC)和干扰观测器(DOB)相结合的鲁棒跟踪控制策略.ZPETC作为前馈跟踪控制器,保证了快速性,使系统实现准确跟踪;基于DOB的鲁棒反馈控制器补偿了外部扰动、未建模动态、系统参数变化和机械非线性等,保证了系统的强鲁棒性能.仿真结果表明了所提出的控制方案是有效的,既能实现完好跟踪,又有较强的鲁棒性能.从而有效地减小了轮廓误差,提高了轮廓加工精度.  相似文献

针对控制输入饱和受限且带有未知扰动的电机伺服系统,提出一种实现曲线轨迹准确跟踪的鲁棒复合控制方案。该方案引入一个参考信号生成器和一个扩展状态观测器,其中参考信号生成器可根据目标轨迹信号构造出对应的状态量,扩展状态观测器用于对系统的状态量和扰动进行估计,采用反馈与前馈相结合构成最终的控制律。利用Lyapunov理论对闭环系统的稳定性进行了严格分析。在MATLAB中进行了仿真研究,随后在一个DSP控制的永磁直线电机二维伺服平台进行了试验验证。结果表明:所提的控制方案能在轨迹跟踪任务中取得优越的瞬态性能和稳态准确性,而且对目标轨迹和扰动的幅值差异具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对高精度永磁直线同步电机直接驱动伺服系统,提出了一种将零相位误差跟踪控制器(ZPETC)和干扰观测器(DOB)相结合的鲁棒跟踪控制策略,以提高系统的跟踪性能和鲁棒性能。ZPETC作为前馈跟踪控制器,保证了快速性,使系统实现准确跟踪;基于DOB的鲁棒反馈控制器补偿了外部扰动、未建模动态、系统参数变化和机械非线性等,保证了系统的强鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制方案在保证系统实现完好跟踪的同时,又具有较强的鲁棒性,从而改善了数控机床进给系统的定位精度,进而提高了轮廓加工精度。  相似文献

针对以音圈电机作为伺服机构的硬盘磁头定位伺服系统的性能要求,设计了一个参数化的控制器并进行仿真和实验研究。在控制设计中,采用一种复合非线性反馈(CNF)控制技术,以提高控制系统的瞬态性能,达到快速的响应和低超调;通过设计一个降阶观测器对伺服系统中的未知扰动进行估计及补偿,消除扰动可能带来的稳态跟踪误差。仿真和实验结果表明硬盘磁头可以实现对目标磁道快速准确的定位。参数化设计的伺服控制器具有通用性,可推广应用到其他伺服系统。  相似文献

传统伺服系统的位置控制器只采用纯比例控制,不能兼顾系统的响应速度和稳定裕度,且对斜坡等输入信号不能实现无差跟踪。通过分析位置伺服系统的传递函数,设计了一种新型前馈反馈复合控制器。该复合控制器重构了系统的误差传递函数,使系统能够准确跟踪给定信号,提高了伺服系统的跟踪性能和稳定性。为了进一步提升电流环动态性能,在电流环添加反电动势前馈势补偿,用于减小反电动势对电流响应的影响。仿真和试验表明,该控制方法提高了位置伺服系统的动态性能和跟踪精度,验证了前馈反馈复合控制的有效性。  相似文献

We introduce advanced servo techniques for optical disk drives. High speed and precise optcal beam-positioning and following controls are required archival memories such as high density and high data transfer rate optical disk drives for recording many data and high quality moving pictures toward next generation systems. The zero phase error tracking-feed-forward (ZPET-FF) control method is effective for the next generation systems, which have high disk rotation speed beyond the limit of 10,000 rpm of optical disk drives such as current CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs. 针对电机轨迹跟踪过程的非线性非高斯噪声,提出采用基于粒子滤波的前馈控制器。同时对电机伺服系统提出一种二自由度控制结构,基于闭环系统的鲁棒最优性能指标,设计给定值状态目标跟踪控制器,根据系统稳态运行时的抗扰动要求,在过程输入和控制对象输入之间设计前馈控制器、在对象输入和输出端之间设计负载干扰抑制闭环,利用粒子滤波的方法消除非高斯噪声对控制系统的干扰。仿真实例验证了该控制系统的可行性和优越性,可以有效提高电机轨迹跟踪精度。  相似文献

为实现更快捷和精确的硬盘磁头定位,在硬盘固有的音圈电机上附加一个压电微激励器,从而构成了硬盘两级伺服磁头定位系统。在控制系统的设计中,利用了压电微激励器的频率特性来估计其位移输出,进而估计音圈电机的输出位移;对音圈电机的控制设计采用了一种积分增强的鲁棒完美跟踪(RPT)控制技术,实现快速、平稳和无静差的定点跟踪;微激励器环路的控制采用定值比例及滤波器,使得合并的位移输出能更快地跟踪目标磁道。仿真和实验结果验证了设计的有效性。  相似文献

在中凸变椭圆活塞车削过程中,系统的快速跟踪性能和抗扰性能是两个关键问题.由于系统的参考信号和干扰信号都具有按椭圆规律周期变化的特点,针对直线伺服驱动系统研究了对参考信号的跟踪和对变化负载扰动的抑制,提出零相位误差跟踪控制(ZPETC)和改进型重复控制相结合的二自由度鲁棒跟踪控制策略,以解决跟踪控制性能和抗扰性能之间的矛盾.从而既提高快速跟踪能力,又减小负载扰动对刀具定位的影响,仿真结果验证了此方案的有效性.  相似文献

跟踪性能是伺服系统的本质性能,前馈控制是提高交流伺服系统跟踪性能的一种有效手段。在速度前馈的基础上,研究了在转矩闭环的给定信号上增加转矩前馈的新型前馈控制结构,以提高伺服系统的位置跟踪性能。实验结果显示该控制结构大幅度地减小了交流伺服系统梯形响应或S曲线响应中的加减速段的位置跟踪误差。  相似文献

针对转台伺服系统中周期性波动力矩扰动抑制问题,利用重复控制算法能以十分简单的控制器形式高精确度地完成跟踪或抑制周期性参考信号或扰动信号的优点,提出了一种基于扰动观测器的鲁棒学习控制算法.给出了基于扰动观测器的转台伺服系统结构图,并将重复控算法引入到基于扰动观测器的扰动补偿策略中.L2稳定性定理证明该方法保证了闭环系统的稳定性和对期望信号的渐近跟踪;仿真结果也表明,该方法较传统方法既有效地抑制了系统周期性波动力矩,又提高了系统运动曲线的跟踪性能.  相似文献

This paper considers a genetic algorithm application to feedforward controllers of speed servo and positioning systems. The system consists of a conventional feedback controller and a feedforward controller. The parameters of the feedforward controller are regarded as the chromosome on a gene. The genetic algorithm is used to tune the parameters of the feedforward controller, the objective of which is to make the feedforward controller a dynamic inverse of the plant. The tracking error between the desired output and the actual output at every sampling period is used to calculate the fitness of one gene. The range of mutation is dependent on the magnitude of the tracking error, which ensures parameter convergence. The effect of fitness function and the width of mutation on tracking performances is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed genetic algorithm in improving tracking performances.  相似文献

针对驱动多轴联动数控机床的高精度永磁同步电动机交流伺服系统,在分析系统轮廓误差的基础上,提出了将零相位误差跟踪控制器(zero phase error tracking controller,ZPETC)、自适应鲁棒控制器(adaptive robust controller,ARC)和交叉耦合控制器(cross coupling controller,CCC)相结合的控制策略。ZPETC提高了系统动态响应的快速性,消除系统的滞后现象,实现准确跟踪;ARC克服系统参数变化、负载扰动等不确定性因素的影响,增强系统的品质鲁棒性和稳定性;CCC用以消除各轴之间的增益参数和动态参数不匹配的影响。仿真分析表明所提出的控制方案有效,可提高零件的轮廓加工精度。  相似文献

Both dynamic state feedback as well as output feedback tracking control designs are presented in this paper for constrained robot systems under parametric uncertainties and external disturbances. The previous studies on tracking control design, not considering the velocity measurements, address only the unconstrained robot design. In contrast, a dynamic output feedback controller based on a linear and reduced-order observer that uses only position measurements is proposed here for the first time to treat the trajectory tracking control problem of constrained robot systems. Both adaptive state feedback control schemes and adaptive output feedback control schemes with a guaranteed H performance are constructed. It is shown that all the variables of the closed-loop system are bounded and a pre-assigned H tracking performance is achieved, in the sense that the influence of external disturbance on the tracking motion error can be attenuated to any specified level. Moreover, it is also shown that the motion and force trajectories asymptotically converge to the desired ones as the dynamic model of robot systems is well-known and the external disturbance is neglected. Finally, simulation examples are presented to illustrate the tracking performance of a two-link robotic manipulator with a circular path constraint by the proposed control algorithms. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

An adaptive enhanced sliding mode control (AESMC) scheme for the position tracking control of permanent magnet synchronous motor drives is proposed in this paper. The AESMC system is composed of three controllers: the adaptive model compensation controller, which is used to compensate for the parameter perturbations to achieve perfect tracking; the hitting controller, which is considered to attenuate the effect of external load disturbance and the compensation error; and the robust feedback controller, which is used to enhance the stability of the closed‐loop system and to improve the transient performance while the AESMC is in the learning process. Moreover, the bound of the lumped disturbance is assumed to be unknown, and an adaptive mechanism is investigated to estimate this bound. 摩擦力矩和电机波动力矩是影响高精确度伺服转台控制系统位置跟踪精确度的主要因素。针对系统中摩擦力矩和电机波动力矩等扰动力矩补偿问题,提出一种综合的扰动力矩补偿控制策略。基于摩擦观测器提出一种PD前馈控制方法,对系统中的动态摩擦力矩进行了补偿,并利用Lyapunov稳定性理论对所提出的方法进行了系统稳定性分析。结合基于重复控制器的扰动观测器进一步提出一种综合的扰动力矩补偿控制策略。一方面,摩擦补偿方法可以对系统中的摩擦力矩进行补偿;另一方面,插入的重复控制器可以很好地抑制系统中的周期性波动力矩,而扰动观测器则用来补偿重复控制及摩擦补偿时给系统带来的不确定性。仿真结果证明了所提出的方法的有效性。  相似文献

在高精度伺服跟踪控制系统中,为使输出响应能完整地跟踪输入指令,不仅要求输出与输入之间的相位差为零,而且要求幅值一致,通常采用零相位误差跟踪控制器(ZPETC)作为前馈控制器,补偿相位误差,但同时也产生一定的增益误差.为改善ZPETC的跟踪性能,提出一种基于L2-范数优化的前馈控制器设计方案,通过选取适当的目标函数,设计出最优的数字前置滤波器(DPF),将此滤波器与ZPETC串联构造成最优ZPETC.仿真结果表明,该优化设计方案,既补偿了相位误差,又改善了系统的增益性能,从而提高了系统的跟踪精度.  相似文献

针对中凸变椭圆活塞直线伺服驱动系统,提出了变增益零相位误差跟踪-滑模控制这一新型控制策略,以提高系统的跟踪性能和抗扰性能.它结合了变增益零相位误差跟踪控制器的理想跟踪特性与滑模控制器的抗扰动能力的优点,并采用扰动观测器对负载扰动进行估计和补偿,从而保证了中凸变椭圆活塞直线伺服驱动系统的快速稳定性.仿真结果表明,采用这种控制策略可以十分有效地减小中凸变椭圆活塞直线伺服驱动系统的跟踪误差.  相似文献
