关于贫锰矿用高炉二步法生产高锰低磷锰铁的试验

前言 随着我国钢铁工业的发展,对锰质铁合金在数量、质量与品种上都提出了越来越高的要求。从我国锰矿资源和电力供应现状来看,目前锰质铁合金的生产工艺难以完全适应。在锰质铁合金产品中,电炉铁合金占据较大的比重,由于耗电量大,国家电力供应紧张,在较长时间内不可能为铁合金生产提供足够的电力。     

锰系铁合金中夹杂物的检测

通过采用金相法和大样电解法,结合扫描电镜分析对锰硅铁合金、中碳锰铁合金中夹杂物的成分、形貌、数量和尺寸分布规律等特性进行了研究.对比了不同工艺生产的锰硅铁合金中夹杂物的数量和尺寸分布,提出了减少锰铁合金的夹杂物和提高合金洁净度的建议及措施,并针对钢与锰系铁合金基体组织的不同,对大样电解所用的电解液成分进行了改进.     

铁合金炉渣的利用

在冶炼铁合金过程中,形成很大数量的炉渣。1975年苏联铁合金炉渣产量是285.3万吨。1975年苏联黑色冶金部所属各企业铁合金炉渣利用情况如下[分子——利用炉渣数量,千吨;分母——占总利用量的％]:

对２０００年一季度我国铁合金工业生产、经营情况进行了较为详细的统计、分析，并对近３年的锰矿、铬矿和铁合金进出口数量及其价格进行了比较和分析。     

2005年全国铁合金生产经营分析

2005年全国铁合金产销总体保持增长态势，但增幅有所回落，由于受国家宏观经济调控的影响，铁合金产量和进出口量，国内表观消费量及锰矿、铬矿进口的数量与单价都发生了明显变化，预期后市随着国家宏观调控政策进一步深入落实及首批符合《铁合金行业准入条件》的铁合金生产企业的公布等效应将进一步在铁合金产需上显现。

我国钢材产量远高于钢产量

<正>工业和信息化部8月18日发布第二批2014年工业行业淘汰落后和过剩产能企业名单,共涉及钢铁等十个产业132家企业。值得一提的是,此次遭淘汰的落后产能中,共涉及2家钢铁企业共计300万吨炼钢产能,以及3家铁合金企业共计2.8万吨铁合金产能。这与之前工信部公布的首批2014年淘汰落后和过剩产能企业名单中涉及的企业数量以及淘汰的产能数量相比大相径庭。在首批被淘汰的名单中涉及到44家炼铁企业、30家炼钢企业以及164家铁合金企业。     

2005年中国钼铁出口值居全国铁合金出口值之首

钼铁是我国钼品出口的主要商品之一,也是我国铁合金出口的重要商品,该商品占我国铁合金出口的数量虽小,但出口值在我国铁合金出口值中却占有很大的份量。2005年,我国钼铁出口值达11.50亿美元,占该年钼品出口总值的44.30%,为我国铁合金出口值之最,详见表1。从表1可见,2005年我国共出口铁合金的数量为173.58万吨,比2004年减少45.30万吨,同比下降20.70%;出口值为26.32亿美元,比2004年减少0.17亿美元,同比下降0.64%。其中钼铁出口量为2.51万吨,占该年全国铁合金出口总量的1.45%,比2004年减少1.73万吨,同比下降40.80%;出口值为11.50亿美元,占该年…

韩浦项招标购买锰铁合金据日本《贸易开拓》报道，据业界消息，韩国钢铁巨头浦项制铁最近招标大量购买锰铁合金，包括高碳锰铁５．４万吨、中低碳锰铁１２６００吨及锰硅合金７８００吨。这批招标购买的锰铁合金交货期为１年，从２００２年７月份开始交货。据认为浦项公司这次招标购买锰铁合金主要有两大特点：首先是本国铁合金生产厂家可参加投标竞销；其次是这次购买的高碳锰铁数量比去年增加５０％。但是有可能在韩国政府操纵下，浦项将优先从国内铁合金厂家购买。２００１年该公司招标购买的３．６万吨高碳锰铁中报价最低水平为CIF每…     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
