为了开发出适用性好、性价比高的建筑铝型材用FEVE(氟烯烃-乙烯基醚共聚物)型氟碳粉末涂料,重点分析了不同厂家的氟树脂、不同种类异氰酸酯及颜填料的含量对FEVE型氟碳涂层性能的影响。对比了不同类型耐候性粉末涂料的耐老化性,认为丙烯酸树脂和超耐候羟基树脂比较适合改性氟树脂;进一步对比了这2类树脂改性氟树脂后涂层的性能。结果表明:选用丙烯酸树脂改性氟树脂与自封闭异氰酸酯BF-1540制备FEVE氟碳粉末涂料,颜填料用量为22.5%时所得涂层性能优异,性价比高。 相似文献

The growth of the powder coating business is affected by the toxicological effects of the raw materials used in the coating formulation and the saturation of the present market for powder coatings, being limited to general metal applications only. This has a strong influence on the long-term research programmes at both raw materials suppliers and powder paint producers. In the last decade of the 20th century, we witness appearance of several new types of toxicologically-safe powder coating systems on the commercial scale. At the same time, there is strong evidence of efforts to penetrate new market fields where powder coatings are not typically used. This includes the markets for automotive clear top coatings, can and coil coatings, coatings for industrial wood, plastics and paper. The new developments in the chemistry of powder coatings are followed by changes and improvements in the production technology for powder coatings as well as developments of new application techniques. This paper summarises the research work on chemistry, production and application technology of powder coatings and tries to extrapolate the tendencies in the years to come in order to predict the achievements and the impacts on the paint industry. 相似文献

Two types of nanoclays, montmorillonite nanoflakes and halloysite nanotubes, at various concentrations were tested as nanofillers in epoxy powder coatings applied on an aluminum foil and a steel panel. The produced coatings were separated from the aluminum foil, enabling determination of peel strength, and mechanical properties and water permeability were determined for the obtained free films. In this study, the performance of different sol–gel layers produced from different mixtures of silicon alkoxides precursors (γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, GLYMO, and methyltriethoxysilane, MTES) applied on AA1050 aluminum alloy as a pretreatment prior to depositing an electrophoretic paint (polyether–polyamine polymeric blend) is investigated. The structure of the sol–gel coatings was characterized by means of ATR FTIR, while the corrosion protection properties were assessed by polarization curves. Accelerated laboratory tests, such as exposure in both neutral and acetic salt spray chambers and filiform corrosion tests, were employed to investigate the corrosion protection properties of the cataphoretic paint-coated samples. The failure mechanisms of the different coatings were investigated. The experiments revealed that the presence of GLYMO in the sol–gel coating seems not to be suitable for acting as a coupling agent between the paint and the aluminum substrate. On a positive note, this work shows that the filiform corrosion test seems to be the most appropriate test to evaluate the efficiency of sol–gel layers employed as pretreatment to enhance the corrosion protection provided by a paint on an aluminum substrate. 相似文献
