以振动理论为基础,提出一种考虑齿轮拍击振动的齿轮动载荷的数值计算方法。建立计算动载荷的齿轮冲击模型,在模型中考虑了齿轮正、反冲击时实际的啮合刚度,并给出啮合柔度的计算方法。分析在考虑静态传递误差、啮合刚度、侧隙、摩擦力及外部扭矩变化等多种激励时,作用在轮齿上的动态载荷以及整个齿轮上的综合动态载荷的计算公式。最后通过实例分析作用在轮齿上的动态载荷、综合动态载荷变化规律以及相关激励参数对动态载荷的影响。 相似文献

人字齿轮传动由于加工安装误差、轴承支撑布置无法对称等条件,不可避免会产生轴线的微量不平行。因人字齿轮齿宽较大、啮合刚度高、标准渐开线齿面线接触等特点,微量的轴线不平行度就会导致严重的齿面偏载,影响齿轮传动的平稳性和可靠性。因此,采用了小轮较大轴向浮动的轴承支撑结构,并研究了小轮轴向浮动的人字齿轮齿面承载接触仿真(LTCA)方法,通过大、小轮轴向固定和小轮轴向浮动两种不同轴承支撑结构的仿真比较,说明小轮轴向自位浮动可以有效改善齿面偏载,为人字齿轮传动系统的设计提供了参考。 相似文献

为提高内啮合斜齿轮有限元接触分析的建模速度和模型精度,提出了一种齿轮高精度三维有限元模型的自动建模方法。基于齿轮插刀齿廓方程,利用齿廓法线法,得到包括齿根过渡曲线的内、外斜齿轮端面齿廓,建立了内、外齿轮参数化粗网格有限元模型。开发了表层六面体网格剖分方法,自动识别齿面接触带单元,进行分级剖分细化,保证了有限元模型的建模精度和网格密度。进行了齿面接触分析,得到了内啮合斜齿轮的弯曲应力、接触应力、接触印痕、传动误差、时变啮合刚度和载荷分配率。粗细网格有限元模型计算结果对比分析表明,该方法提高了内啮合斜齿轮有限元建模效率和计算精度,缩短了计算时间,为快速准确的齿轮接触分析奠定了基础。 相似文献

The majority of gear tribological studies are made on spur gears. However, helical gears are generally used in industry, and their contact behavior deserves more attention to establish a realistic base for detailed friction, wear and life studies. This study focuses on the modeling of helical gear contact with tooth deflection. A calculation model for helical gear contact analysis is introduced. Helical gear surface profiles are constructed from gear tool geometry by simulating the hobbing process. The model uses three-dimensional finite elements for the calculation of tooth deflection including tooth bending, shearing and tooth foundation flexibility. The model combines contact analysis with structural analysis to avoid large meshes. Tooth foundation flexibility was found to have an essential role in contact load sharing between the meshing teeth, whereas contact flexibility plays only a minor role. This paper presents the basis of loaded tooth contact analysis and predicts the influence of assembly errors on localised contact stress distribution in single enveloping (cylindrical) worm gearing during a meshing cycle. A method for loaded tooth contact analysis, geometry and kinematics of such gear pairs is developed. The method accounts for the effects of tooth composite deflection caused by bending, shearing, foundation, tooth contact deformation and initial profile separation due to assembly errors. The method includes the determination of contact lines, load and stress distribution due to assembly errors. Because of the complex geometry of worm gear teeth, the tooth bending stiffness is calculated using the slicing technique developed earlier by the authors. Classical Hertz theory is used for calculating contact stress and deformation. A computer program based on the presented method has been developed and used to study the influence of errors on mating teeth contact. It is shown that the governing factors in loaded gears with assembly error are the mesh stiffness and the amount of error which is linked to load sharing between adjacent tooth pairs. A new method for tooth contact analysis in mismatched hypoid gears is applied for the investigation of the influence of misalignments of the mating members on mesh performances. By using the corresponding computer program, the influence of running offset error, pinion’s axial adjustment error, and angular position errors of the pinion axis on the shape and position of path of contact and of potential contact lines under load, on separations along these contact lines, on angular displacements of the gear member, and on the variation of the angular velocity ratio through a mesh cycle, have been determined. The results obtained have shown that the position errors of the mating members cause edge contact on the tip of the pinion or gear tooth, worsen the conjugation of the contacting tooth surfaces, and considerably increase the angular displacements of the gear member and the angular velocity ratio variation through the whole mesh cycle, that considerably worsens the mesh performances. 相似文献

传动效率是电驱动桥重要性能指标之一,实际使用条件下,由于齿轮、轴、轴承以及壳体等部件的负载变形,齿轮副之间存在啮合错位。为了准确预测电驱动桥传动系的啮合效率,提出了一种考虑系统变形的电驱动桥齿轮啮合效率计算方法。首先基于传动系等效啮合模型,计算不同载荷工况下传动系每个齿轮副之间的啮合错位量,采用考虑摩擦的齿轮加载接触分析方法(FLTCA)和混合润滑摩擦系数模型对齿轮副的齿面接触力和齿面摩擦系数分布进行计算,得到系统功率损失及啮合效率。然后,与商用有限元软件计算结果进行对比,验证了计算方法的准确性。最后,针对不同载荷工况和不同转速分析了考虑和不考虑系统变形的系统啮合效率,结果表明:随着转矩的增加,系统变形增大,齿轮副之间的错位量增加,导致齿轮副之间发生偏载,齿面摩擦系数增加,系统啮合效率呈下降趋势。 相似文献

弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触特性受到传动系统中许多随机因素的影响,概率分析可对齿面接触中的随机特性进行量化描述。本文针对某航空发动机弧齿锥齿轮传动系统,将传递功率、转速、转子不平衡量及支承刚度等作为基本随机变量,通过对系统进行动态概率计算,获得了齿轮安装基点变形的统计规律。将概率分析引入齿面接触分析技术中,研究了在齿轮安装基点随机变化过程中齿面接触域和传动误差的概率特性,计算了齿面稳定接触的可靠性。 相似文献

This study investigates the interaction between the dynamic contact load and the tooth profile wear of POM and Nylon 66 plastic gear pairs. A dynamic model of a plastic gear pair is presented. This model incorporates the effects of position-varying tooth mesh stiffness, damping ratio, load sharing, tooth profile wear and temperature on the dynamic contact load. The tooth wear equation developed by Flodin and Andersson [Simulation of mild wear in spur gears. Wear 1997;207:16–23] is utilized to simulate tooth wear and tooth profile variation. The variation of the contact load generated by the cumulative tooth profile wear is simulated and examined. A computational algorithm is developed to simulate the interaction between a dynamic contact load and tooth profile wear. Numerical results demonstrate that the dynamic load histogram of an engaged plastic gear pair can change markedly due to tooth wear. 相似文献

A non-linear lumped kineto-elastodynamic model for the prediction of the dynamic behaviour of external gear pumps is presented. It takes into account the most important phenomena involved in the operation of this kind of machines. Two main sources of noise and vibration can be considered: pressure and gear meshing. Fluid pressure distribution on gears, which is time-varying, is computed and included as a resultant external force and torque acting on the gears. Parametric excitations due to time-varying meshing stiffness, the tooth profile errors (obtained by a metrological analysis), the backlash effects between meshing teeth, the lubricant squeeze and the possibility of tooth contact on both lines of action were also included. Finally, the torsional stiffness and damping of the driving shaft and the non-linear behaviour of the hydrodynamic journal bearings were also taken into account. Model validation was carried out on the basis of experimental data concerning case accelerations and force reactions. The model can be used in order to analyse the pump dynamic behaviour and to identify the effects of modifications in design and operation parameters, in terms of vibration and dynamic forces.Part I is devoted to the calculation of the gear eccentricity in the steady-state condition as a result of the balancing between mean pressure loads, mean meshing force and bearing reactions, while in Part II the meshing phenomena are fully explained and the main simulation results are presented. 相似文献

运用最小二乘支持向量机(Sparse least squares support vector machines,SLS-SVM)机器学习方法建立风场随机风速模型,根据随机风速模型和空气动力学理论得到随机风引起的系统外部载荷激励,建立考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度和滚动轴承时变刚度的风力发电机行星齿轮传动系统齿轮—轴承耦合动力学模型,并对动力学模型进行仿真计算,分别得到各齿轮副的动态啮合力和滚动轴承动态接触力。以此为基础,将载荷作用过程视为随机过程,推导出随机载荷作用下的等效载荷累计分布函数。根据应力—强度干涉理论建立风力发电机齿轮传动系统各齿轮和轴承的动态可靠性模型,利用二阶矩和摄动方法求出各齿轮、轴承的动态可靠性指标,并计算出动态可靠度,研究各齿轮、轴承和传动系统的动态可靠度随时间的变化规律,为风力发电机齿轮传动系统动态可靠性设计奠定了基础。 相似文献
