采用PCBN刀具进行高速硬车削AISI P20淬硬钢的切削试验,并通过方差分析研究切削速度、进给量、切削深度和刀尖圆弧半径对切削力的影响.基于获得的试验数据,应用人工神经网络方法建立高速硬车削P20淬硬钢时的切削力预测模型.试验与仿真分析显示,切削力随进给量、切削深度和刀尖圆弧半径的增加而增大,而不同切削速度下的切削力值几乎保持不变;同时,切削深度对切削力的影响最为显著,其次为进给量,再次为刀尖圆弧半径,而切削速度的影响则非常微弱.  相似文献

通过使用聚晶立方氮化硼(Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride,PCBN)刀具低中高速干式硬态车削高硬高强高耐磨淬硬钢Cr12Mo V(60±1HRC)的车削试验,揭示了切削速度对切削力、切削温度、表面粗糙度、已加工表面三维形貌、刀具崩刃形貌和切屑形态的影响规律。在进给量f=0.15 mm/r,切削深度ap=0.25 mm,切削速度v=50、250、450、650、850 m/min车削条件下的试验结果表明:径向力最大,主切削力次之,进给力最小;切削区最高温度在142~288℃范围内变化;切削速度v=250、650 m/min时的径向力发生突变;表面粗糙度随切削速度的增大而线性递减,v=850 m/min时已加工表面质量最好;v=250、650 m/min车削时,PCBN刀具最易发生崩刃现象;在切削速度增大的过程中,切屑宏观形态依次为:带状、松散螺旋状、粒状、细丝状、带状。  相似文献

利用SB—CNC超精密车床精密车削Cr12钢的切削试验。研究了切削速度、进给量和切削深度对切削力的影响变化规律,并分析了产生这些变化的原因。结果表明提高切削速度能减小切削力,而进给量越大。切削力也越大;但刀尖圆弧对径向切削分力和轴向切削分力的影响很大。在小切深时。径向切削分力大于轴向切削分力。随着切深的增加,径向分力越来越小。轴向分力越来越大,当切深大于圆弧半径时。径向切削力保持不变。  相似文献

为了研究高速切削Inconel 718的切削力经验公式和各切削参数对切削力的影响显著程度,应用涂层硬质合金刀具对Inconel 718进行了正交车削试验,得到了硬质合金刀具车削Inconel 718的切削力经验公式。分析结果表明:对切削力影响最大的因素是进给量,切削深度和切削速度对试验结果的影响依次减弱。用涂层硬质合金刀具KC5510精车Inconel 718时,采用小进给量、小切削深度、高切削速度可以得到小的切削力,取得良好的切削效果。  相似文献

采用有限元方法模拟三维精密切削过程,包括三维正交切削和三维斜角切削。切屑和刀具的摩擦应力采用修正库仑摩擦方程来计算,工件的流动应力是应力、应变、应变率和温度的函数,采用局部网格重划分技术。通过三维切削模拟可以获得在不同刃倾角精密切削过程的条件下切屑形状、切削力和切削温度场的分布情况。仿真结果表明:刃倾角对主切削力和切深抗力影响不大,但对切屑形状、进给抗力和切削温度场分布影响较大。  相似文献

基于有限元方法建立了H13钢硬态车削的仿真模型,应用Ti N、Ti C、Ti Al N、Al2O3涂层刀具对硬态切削H13钢在切削速度100-400m/min范围内的切削温度进行了模拟研究,重点分析了刀具前刀面上关键点的温度变化趋势及切削速度对该点温度的影响。仿真结果表明:涂层材料对切削温度产生一定影响,Ti C涂层刀具切削时温度最低;切削速度对切削温度有直接影响,切削速度越高,切削温度越高,越容易形成锯齿形切屑;刀具前刀面温度最高点出现在前刀面靠近刀尖的一点,即容易形成月牙洼磨损的位置。  相似文献

基于锯齿切屑相关理论,以单位切削力、切削力静态分量和动态分量为指标,对PCD/PCBN两种超硬刀具高速切削TC4钛合金的切削力进行对比研究。研究发现:两种超硬刀具高速切削TC4钛合金时,单位切削力大小基本相同,且均随切削速度增大而整体呈略微增加趋势,均随进给量、背吃刀量的增大而减小;单位切削力大小取决于锯齿形切屑基块内材料应变及应变率强化作用和温度弱化作用。两种超硬刀具切削力静态分量大小基本相同,且均随切削速度的增大整体呈略微增大趋势,均随进给量和背吃刀量的增大而增大。两种超硬刀具的切削力动态分量均随切削速度的增大而减小,均随进给量和背吃刀量的增大而增大。PCD刀具的切削力动态分量大于PCBN刀具;切削力动态分量大小与靠近刀尖处发生热塑剪切失稳切削层材料的体积和温度有关。  相似文献

对立方氮化硼(CBN)刀具干式硬车冷作模具钢Cr12MoV切削过程进行了有限元仿真研究。运用Johnson-Cook(J-C)模型和J-C切屑分离准则建立了物理仿真模型,利用Deform-3D软件模拟了切屑从局部剪切失稳到断裂的过程,得到了不同切削用量三要素组合下的切削力数值。分析了切削速度、进给量、切削深度对切削力的影响,建立了单一因素对切削力影响的经验公式。结果表明:切削深度对切削力的影响最大,其次是进给量,切削速度的影响最小。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
