采用薄膜烘箱试验、低温吸氧试验、自然老化试验及反相气液色谱对国产典型的石油沥青及组分进行了老化和加速老化试验。根据沥青老化前后物化性质及其变化,如粘度比、吸氧量、凝胶渗析色谱峰扩展、族组成的变化、含氧基团的变化及老化综合指数等评价了国产沥青的抗老化性能。建立了沥青吸氧动力学模型。初步讨论了提高沥青耐久性的途径 相似文献

以催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分为原料,在酸性催化剂的作用下合成了沥青树脂。沥青树脂的流变性质是沥青树脂纤维研制和生产过程中的重要参数,采用粘度-温度曲线、粘度-转速曲线表示。通过非牛顿指数(n)、结构粘度指数(△η)和粘流活化能(△Eη)定量研究了沥青树脂的流变性。结果表明,三聚甲醛沥青树脂(RTPF)的n、△η和△Eη都明显优于对苯二甲醇沥青树脂(RPXG)相对应的参数,由此可预测RTPF的纺丝可行性优于RPXG。 相似文献

重油催化裂化外甩油浆中富含芳烃,可望在国产原油生产优质道路沥青上发挥作用。对大港环烷基渣油中掺兑一定比例的油浆后氧化改善道路沥青性质的可能性进行了研究,结果表明:渣油掺兑油浆氧化,不仅可以有效改善沥青延度,同时也为油浆的合理利用开辟了一条新途径。 相似文献

Chase和Alkandari提出了一种用于预测水力压裂垂直气井产能的无因次向井流动动态(IPR) 模型, 模型与Vogel方法类似, 改进后可以用来预测水平气井的产能。给定Xe/Xf值的方程可以通过Joshi以及Russel和Truitt提供的联合方程推导出来。用系统分析模型模拟了20口井, 相应的IPR曲线与那些利用改进的无因次IPR模型所得的曲线进行了对比。利用新模型产生的IPR曲线与利用模拟器产生的IPR曲线的平均误差为11 1%。当只对绝对无阻流量进行比较时, 两者的平均误差仅为3 34%。无因次IPR曲线模型为水平气井的产能预测提供了一种更为有效的方法。 相似文献

Fractionation of asphalt materials by using supercritical cyclohexane and pentane has been successfully conducted. Each of three asphalts was fractionated into ten fractions. These asphalts and their fractions were then characterized by a variety of analyses including Corbett chromatographic separation, infrared analysis, refractive index- and intrinsic viscosity-size exclusion chromatography (gel permeation chromatography), and elemental analysis by atomic absorption. The fractions were then reblended to produce materials of typical asphalt consistency. These blends were then subjected to oxidative aging in a pressure oxidation vessel and were found, in some cases, to have improved aging characteristics in the sense that they did not harden in response to a given carbonyl formation (oxidation) as much as normal asphalt materials. Hence, the supercritical fractionation technique is considered to have great potential for producing improved asphalt materials. 相似文献

以胜华100^#沥青为原料,采用溶剂脱青工艺和溶剂再循环吸附色谱分离技术将沥青分成三组分:富饱和烃组分(S)、富芳香烃组分(A)、富胶质组分(R)。根据微观形态结构的不同,考察了聚合物苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)在不同组分中的存在形式,研究了沥青组分与聚合物的相容性。结果发现:饱和分对SBS起溶胀作用;而芳香分和胶质对SBS部分溶解,整个体系呈两相结构。改性沥青要达到最佳性能,其饱和分、芳香分和胶质需达到一定配比。 相似文献

应用棒状薄层色谱,核磁共振,凝胶渗透色谱等手段,研究了石家庄炼油厂所产催化裂化油浆和兖州煤加氢共处理所得的重质产物的组成,结构和相对分子质量的变化规律。结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,重质产物的芳香度增大,芳环上取代基碳链减短,平均相对分子质量减小,分布变窄。共处理重质产物可以用来制备高等级道路沥青。 相似文献

High performance gel permeation chromatography (HP-GPC) studies using a multiple wavelength ultraviolet-visible detector have been carried out on a number of asphalts as well as on strong acids and neutrals fractions from some of them. Some findings are summarized in terms of three representative asphalts which differ in molecular size distribution, in presence of large size molecules and large assemblies of smaller molecules, in the absorption due to conjugated molecules or portions of molecules and in the size of the conjugated units responsible for that absorption. 通过组分分析、流变力学试验及常规试验,揭示了多聚磷酸可以改变沥青的胶体结构形态的改性机理;对多聚磷酸的适宜剂量进行了优化及论证;优化出的多聚磷酸改性C级石油沥青的感温性大幅度下降,抗车辙性能显著提高,可由PG52—22级提升至PG70—22级;多聚磷酸对沥青的低温及疲劳特性无不良影响,但是,经薄膜老化后,改性沥青的弹性分量显著增大,抗短期老化性能下降。研究结论可作为工程应用的基础。 相似文献
