金堆城精矿提取铼金属方法探讨

通过对金堆城钼精矿氧化焙烧过程分析，提出了采用反射炉对电除尘含铼烟尘进行焙烧，使烟尘中的低价铼的化合物氧化并挥发进入烟气，然后采用烟气淋洗一离子交换工艺提取金属铼的提取工艺。烟尘经反射炉焙烧过程可直接焙烧成用于钼酸铵生产的可溶焙烧钼精矿产品出售，有较好的经济效益。淋洗后沉降出烟尘可进入反射炉继续焙烧处理。     

自热式回转窑钼精矿焙烧系统中铼走向研究

在钼精矿焙烧过程中,伴生的铼易挥发进入到烟气中,采用不同设备进行钼精矿焙烧,对应的铼挥发率也不尽相同。对自热式回转窑钼精矿焙烧系统产生物料中的铼含量进行了检测,包括焙砂、烟尘和废酸等,并对影响铼挥发率的关键性影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,焙烧过程铼平均挥发率为27.3%,布袋尘中铼含量142.4g/t,占总铼量的10.2%,废酸中铼含量7.7mg/L,占总铼量的5.0%。焙砂的氧化程度是影响铼挥发率的关键因素,较低的布袋收尘温度是铼无法大量进入废酸的原因。     

钼精矿焙烧烟尘中回收铼的研究进展

铼在自然界多以微量元素伴生于钼、铜、铅等矿物中。在钼精矿焙烧过程中,铼主要以氧化物形式挥发进入烟尘,钼精矿焙烧副产物烟灰是回收铼的二次资源原料。评述了钼精矿焙烧烟尘中铼的回收研究进展,重点介绍了烟灰中的铼浸出工艺和含铼溶液中铼的富集方法。     

从钼精矿中综合提取铼钼

从钼精矿冶炼过程中综合回收铼,目前国内普遍采用多膛炉、反射炉或回转窑焙烧钼精矿,从烟气淋洗液或烟尘浸出液中萃取铼的流程,铼的实收率只有60%左右,而且排出的二氧化硫气体和废酸液,污染环境,造成公害。近年来,国内外对湿法分解钼精矿的研究已引起广泛的重视,并取得了一

黄龙铺钼矿是我省最新发现的又一大型钼矿。该矿除含钼外,还含有铼、铅、希土等元素,尤其是铼在所得钼精矿中品位较高,储量丰富,因此,它已成为我国较大的铼矿床。 目前国内处理钼精矿多采用多膛炉、反射炉或回转窑焙烧法,从焙烧烟气淋洗液或烟尘中回收铼。由于铼的实际逸出率最多只有70％,严重影响金属收率的提高。有些单位虽做过沸腾焙烧试验,但尚未用于钼的生产实践。     

钼精矿多膛炉焙烧系统中铼走向分布的研究

以多膛炉钼精矿焙烧系统为研究对象,研究了铼在焙砂、烟尘和淋洗液中的分布,并对铼挥发率和进入淋洗液比例高低的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,多膛炉焙烧系统生产钼铁用氧化钼时,铼挥发率为62.4%,35.3%的铼进入淋洗液;多膛炉焙烧系统生产高溶性氧化钼时,铼挥发率为83.6%。分析表明,焙砂的氧化程度是影响铼挥发率的重要因素,相比于回转窑焙烧系统,较高的布袋收尘温度是更多的铼能够进入淋洗液的重要原因。     

石灰焙烧法从钼精矿中提取钼铼

一、前言钼精矿是提取钼、铼的主要工业原料。国内外从钼精矿生产氧化钼块、钼铁、钼酸铵并由淋洗液提取铼的方法是传统的氧化焙烧法。该法焙烧的物理化学过程有如下缺点:产生 SO_2;在焙烧温度下,MoO_3已部分挥发;有 MoS_2与 MoO_3生成 MoO_2和 ReS_2与 Re_2O_7同 MoO_3与 MoS_2生成ReO_3和 ReO_2的付反应;含铜、铅、铋等低熔点金属多的钼精矿易结块等,由此     

氧压煮法从辉钼矿中提取钼铼的工业生产实践

本文简要介绍了氧压煮法从辉钼矿中提取钼铼的工艺和结果。着重对比了用硝酸钠和硝酸作催化剂氧压煮辉钼矿钼的分解率,以及氧压煮法与反射炉焙烧法处理辉钼矿的经济效益。硝酸钠比硝酸作催化剂氧压煮辉钼矿,钼的平均分解率提高6.32％,氧压煮法比反射炉焙烧法处理辉钼矿,从钼精矿到仲钼酸铵,钼的回收率提高9％,单位成本降低7％。     

钼精矿中铼回收工艺研究

针对含铼钼精矿研究了焙烧石灰添加量、焙烧温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间对钼、铼浸出率的影响,并对铼浸出液进行萃取分离钼铼研究。结果表明:含铼钼精矿在焙烧过程石灰添加量为精矿量1.8倍、焙烧温度700℃、硫酸浓度60 g/L、液固比5:1、浸出温度为70℃、浸出时间2 h的优化条件下,钼、铼浸出率分别为0.79%、90.50%,可基本实现钼铼分离。铼浸出液采用5%N235作为萃取剂,在硫酸浓度为150 g/L、相比O/A=1/6、萃取时间4 min条件下,铼萃取率达96%以上,铼钼分离系数达到815。     

辉钼精矿焙烧工艺评述

对辉钼精矿的反射炉焙烧、多膛炉焙烧、沸腾炉焙烧、闪速炉焙烧、回转窑焙烧及焙烧所添加的助剂等进行评述,提出了辉钼精矿焙烧工艺的发展建议。
