根据《决策与信息》杂志1988年第7期报导,国家"七五"期间要求主要绝缘材料及支架材料全部采用以玻璃纤维为基本材料的绝缘制品,这样会使近两年市场一直不景气的玻璃纤维产品有新的发展.近两年,全国玻璃纤维产量逐年下降.据统计,1985年全国玻璃纤维产量是71045吨,1986年为66943吨,1987年只有63270吨.1987年除中碱玻璃纱比1986年上升19.8%外,无碱布下降13.8%,无碱玻璃纱下降23%,中碱玻璃布下降15.5%.据有关部门对全国玻璃纤维发展趋势预测,到1990年,我国玻璃纤维总产量将达到10万吨,无碱玻璃纤维及其制品平均年增长

Palm oil products in cooking fats

Palm oil and its products are used widely, either on their own or in combination with other oils and fats, to make products for cooking and other applications such as baking, icing, filling and topping. Palm oil and its products are not only cheaper to process but also impart into the product the functional properties demanded by some of these applications. Legislation governing production and marketing of these products in some of the important countries is reviewed. The physico-chemical characteristics of products marketed in different countries are also presented. Formulations based on palm oil and its products are suggested to make low or notrans acid fats and high PUFA fats.     

我国中微量元素肥料产业发展现状

根据国家化肥质量监督检验中心(北京)肥料登记信息,我国以中微量元素肥料为主要成分的登记产品已经达到1 352个,共有969家企业生产中微量元素肥料,产地主要在山东等地。目前产品类型以微量元素水溶肥为主,占中微量元素肥料产品总数的92%,并且呈现快速发展趋势。微量元素水溶肥产品98%是复合型,以Zn、Mn、B等组合为主。全国中微量元素肥料涉及到的作物已经达到59种之多,基本覆盖了我国主要作物种类。     

Practical and theoretical molecular weights in polyaddition reactions of ethylene and propylene oxide

The addition reactions of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide catalyzed by KOH and initiated with compounds containing free hydroxyls are followed by secondary reactions which vary the expected molecular weight. By using ethylene oxide, diols are formed and by using propylene oxide, both diols and unsaturated monofunctional compounds are formed. These products are usually characterized by their hydroxyl number. The average molecular weight is found by taking into consideration the starter functionality only. There are often some behavioral differences among similar products owing to the different quantity and chain length of the secondary products contained therein. The secondary products are analyzed and the quantity of the secondary products were determined from the hydroxyl number values and from the unsaturation of reagents and products. In the case of monofunctional adducts using the calculation method, the results have been experimentally confirmed.     

pH值对AlN粉末水解产物的影响

通过测定500nm的氮化铝粉末在不同pH值下的水解行为,利用XRD、SEM和TEM分析研究了氮化铝粉末的水解产物。结果表明,在pH=12环境下水解产物为纳米纤维状,在Ph=7环境下水解产物为短棒状,在pH=5环境下水解受到抑制。XDR表明,在80℃下水解时,AlN粉末的水解产物为AlOOH。SEM和TEM表明,在pH=5环境AlN形成了一个保护层,在pH=12环境下时,氨水会使水解产物形成团聚。     

聚合物包覆硫黄的制备及其在子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

分别以乙烯基树脂和改性聚氨酯为包覆壁材制备4种聚合物包覆硫黄产品,对其进行扫描电子显微镜分析,并研究其在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:硫黄表面有明显的包覆层;用于胎面胶配方时采用聚合物包覆硫黄的混炼胶的加工性能、硫化特性以及硫化胶的物理性能与采用不溶性硫黄IS-7020的胶料相当。     

Ozonation Reaction Patterns of Alcohols and Aliphatic Amines

Aqueous solution of alcohols and aliphatic amines are oxydized with ozonated oxygen. Formation of aldehydes, ketones, acids and peroxydic products is evidenced in the case of alcohols in concentrated solution. Hydroxylamine oxime and amide are also identified in the case of amines. The formation of condensation products from the amine or the intermediate amide is also seen. In diluted solution, the compounds disappear and certain ozonation products are formed but not the products of condensation.     

Economic considerations on the use of vegetable proteins in Danish meat products

Use of vegetable proteins in meat products in Denmark is discussed with special reference to economy. Aspects of price vs. quality also are discussed, and performance criteria in the evaluation of vegetable protein products are proposed. Examples are given of recipe optimization with soy protein products, and finally the market perspectives are outlined. It is emphasized that no conflict is seen between the use of vegetable proteins in meat products and agricultural or consumer interests.     

Trends in Processing Technologies for Dried Aquatic Products

Fresh aquatic products are rich in nutritional compounds and are an important source of good protein for humans. Dehydration processing technologies of aquatic products used in practice are a mix of old and new technologies. With the rapid development of drying technologies and steadily increasing living standards, drying processing techniques as well as types of products produced have changed fundamentally. Two broad types of dried aquatic products are commercially available on a large scale: traditional products and snack foods. In this article, the development of dried aquatic product processing technologies will be expounded along with an overview of the necessary quality attributes and control strategies to produce high-quality dried products of aquatic origin.
