对1,1′-二茂铁二羧酸二辛酯的合成方法开展了研究.通过二茂铁的Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应合成了1,1′-二乙酰基二茂铁,然后用次氯酸钠氧化1,1′-二乙酰基二茂铁得到1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸.研究了1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸直接酯化法制备1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸二甲酯,以其为原料通过酯交换的方法可以65%的收率和四步合计48%的总收率实现1,1′-二茂铁二甲酸二辛酯的合成,产物结构用1H-NMR、IR进行了表征. 相似文献

本文研究二茂铁衍生物——硬脂酸二茂铁酯(FcOCOC_(17)H_(35))L-B膜技术修饰SnO_2电极的循环伏安性能.实验结果用电极表面吸附(修饰)分子的表面活度理论进行计算机拟合和此较,实验数据与理论符合较好.进一步求得修饰分子的标准电极电势和修饰量。结果表明硬脂酸二茂铁酯L-B膜电化学性能稳定,可逆性较好,可以作为快速电荷转移的修饰电极材料。 相似文献

This study focuses on the effect of amino acid surfactant (sodium lauroyl glutamate [SLG]) on foam properties of a mixture of fluorocarbon (FS-50) and hydrocarbon (APG0810) surfactants. The molecular interactions, foamability, and foam stability of the surfactant solutions are systematically studied. The results show that SLG has stronger ability to lower surface tension of water compared to APG0810, but worse that than FS-50, and to adsorb onto gas/liquid interface in mixed solutions with FS-50 compared to APG0810. The addition of SLG increased foamability of APG0810/FS-50 mixed solution, and decelerated foam drainage and coarsening of individual APG0810, individual FS-50, and mixture of APG0810/FS-50 solutions. The mixture of SLG/FS-50 exhibited the higher foamability and foam stability than the frequently used critical component of the new developed AFFF, the mixture of APG0810/FS-50. This study can provide guidance for the scientific application of amino acid surfactants in the development of environmentally friendly firefighting foams. 相似文献

A comparison of the spectral distributions of sunlight, xenon arc (SAE J1885), FS-40 (Q-U-V), and UVA-340 (Q-U-V) indicates that, based on the short wave cut off of the source (1), the FS-40 lamp is inappropriate for testing many plastics, (2) the xenon are also emits short wave UV that may cause misleading results on some materials, and (3) the UVA-340 lamp is an excellent simulation of sunlight in the short wave region. Data from comparative testing between the UVA-340, Florida, and xenon are shows surprisingly good correlations for color shift direction and rank order. 相似文献

Foaming reduces the working volume and limits the biosynthesis of macrolide immunosuppressant ascomycin (FK520) in the batch fermentation process of Streptomyces hygroscopicus FS-35 in a 7.5 L bioreactor. To find the relation between FK520 production and foaming, effects of 10 fermentation parameters including organic acids and membrane permeability were investigated. The results suggest that acetate accumulation caused by short period oxygen deficiency and fast consumption of glucose is the reason for increased foaming and declined FK520 production. Therefore, a fed-batch fermentation strategy was developed to reduce the accumulation of ac-etate. After optimization, the maximum acetate concentration dropped from 320 mg·L?1 to 157 mg·L?1, de-creased by 50.8%, and the maximum foam height reduced from 5.32 cm to 3.74 cm, decreased by 29.7%, while the maximum FK520 production increased from 375 mg·L?1 to 421 mg·L?1, improved by 12%. 相似文献
