A Multicomponent Force Transducer (MFT) was devised by INRiM for a specific request in railway industry, entailing measurement of two force components (transversal and axial force). Measurement of other components, while not strictly required, was deemed helpful for practical use. INRiM, basing on its experience, developed and calibrated a full six-component hexapod-design prototype of MFT. Best Subset Regression was applied to identify parsimonious models linking applied components to MFT outputs. Finally, the uncertainty associated to the values of transversal and axial force was evaluated.  相似文献

A weather measurements station is installed at the Italian Institute of Metrology (INRiM) and used to measure and save temperature, pressure and air humidity values. The aim of the Institute is to provide weather measurements that are traceable to the national standards. A dedicated software for interfacing the station, for acquiring the measurements and collecting them into a data base was realized at the INRiM. Moreover, the sensors of the station were calibrated within a climatic chamber by comparison with the INRiM standard instruments. For the first time in Italy, a project for ensuring traceability to weather measurements is being conducted. The aim is also to promote the evaluation of the associated uncertainties, which are not provided by any Italian Meteorological Service, at present. Further developments of the activity will consist in making available through the Internet the instant measured values of the weather parameters, as well as a complete data base of the recordings, stored in daily, monthly and annually collected data archives.  相似文献

采用同位素稀释电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ID-ICP-MS)测定了聚丙烯塑料中Hg元素的含量。样品处理采用高压密封焖罐酸溶样技术,将样品与202Hg稀释剂混合,通过所加稀释剂的量和测量混合样品中200Hg/202Hg的丰度比,准确计算出样品中Hg元素的含量,同时对测量结果的不确定度进行分析和评定。该方法与传统方法相比具有准确度高、不确定度小、受外界污染及样品损失影响小等优点,适用于国家计量单位对标准物质进行定值。  相似文献

Two spodumene samples for helium isotope standard were prepared. According to the preparation criterion on first grade national standard materials, homogeneity tests of helium contents and isotope compositions of two samples were carried out using the heat melt method. The homogeneity tests and certification analysis show that 4He contents and 3He/4He ratios of two reference material samples are homogeneous. Afterward two standard samples were distributed to four laboratories for cooperative fixed values. All data of various laboratories submit to normal distribution and not abnormity values. The average values of each laboratory are recommended as values of two spodumene samples for helium isotope standard.  相似文献

207Pb同位素稀释剂与样品混合,加入H2O2和HF对混合样品进行消解,采用同位素稀释质谱法对两种不同铅含量国际比对焊锡样品中的铅进行了测定。使用常规硝酸和盐酸消解Sn-Ag-Cu系焊锡时易生成氯化银和β-锡酸不溶物的H2O2-HF体系避免了此类问题,并加快了样品消解速度。研究了样品基体对208Pb/207Pb比值测定及最终结果的影响,在保证精密度的情况下,通过逐级稀释的方式可降低测定过程中大量锡基体的干扰。建立了Sn-Ag-Cu系焊锡中高、低含量铅的准确测定方法,并对测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。CCQM-P119和CCQM-K88“无铅焊锡”中铅的国际比对结果表明,同位素稀释质谱法与传统方法相比,准确度高、不确定度小,测定结果获得了很好的等效度,从而进一步验证了方法的准确性和可靠性。该方法同样适用于焊锡基体标准物质的定值。  相似文献

采用不同的标准溶液、不同的稀释介质配制钡标准系列和钡定值样品,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP—OES)测定定值样品中钡的浓度。结果表明由于配制的标准系列和定值样品存在体系间的差异,定值样品中钡的测定结果存在偏差用1%HNOs稀释测定的结果相对标准偏差为3.6%;用水稀释测定的结果相对标准偏差为13.3%。保持标准曲线和分析溶液基体匹配,可有效地消除“酸效应”和“盐效应”带来的测定误差。  相似文献

用于Φ1200 F/1.5主镜面形检验的补偿器,需要补偿0.087mm的非球面度,并实现0.033λ(RMS)面形检测要求。详细介绍了该补偿器的设计、误差分析、加工、标校及最终主镜检测的情况;用于主镜检测前用计算全息(CGH)对补偿器标校显示:补偿器产生的抛物面面形误差为0.012λ(RMS),二次曲面常数K的误差0.0064%;主镜最终的补偿检测结果为:面形0.027λ(RMS),二次曲面常数K的误差0.0306%,与分析的结果相符合。结果表明:补偿器设计合理,建立的误差分析原则和方法可行,加工质量可靠,这将为更大口径高陡度非球面主镜的补偿检验奠定坚实基础。  相似文献

纳米台阶高度标准物质可以传递准确、可溯源的纳米高度量值。 针对我国缺乏可控的高质量亚 50 nm 台阶高度标准物 质制备技术的问题,提出了基于原子层沉积结合湿法刻蚀的纳米台阶高度标准物质研制方法,通过工艺过程优化实现了台阶高 度亚纳米量级精确可控,制备出了最小公称高度仅为 5 nm 的亚 50 nm 台阶高度标准物质系列。 其定值结果可溯源到米定义波 长基准,扩展不确定度不超过 2. 0 nm,均匀性和稳定性较好,不同测试仪器一致性水平较高。 研究结果表明,所研制的纳米台 阶高度标准物质可以用于亚 50 nm 高度量值传递以及多种测量仪器之间量值的比对测量,其产业化批量生产的前景也将为半 导体产业提供完善的计量保障。  相似文献

An analysis of the applicability of metal-based certification methods to composite structures, as applied to materials and processes qualification, is presented. The major drawbacks of the above approach, such as the large amount of testing required and the impossibility of achieving the required weight efficiency of aircraft, are shown and the basic principles of a composite-friendly certification approach are formulated. The necessity to capture the impact of manufacturing factors on structural performance on all scales of the Building Block is stressed. A brief review of domestic studies on simulation of the influence of process parameters on the strength of structures as applied to processes currently used in the aviation industry is offered.  相似文献

The evaluation of surface roughness is of great importance for manufacturing industries as the roughness of a surface has a considerable influence on its quality and the function of products. For surface roughness evaluation, to find an appropriate reference line is of the utmost importance. A smooth grey reference line obtained by grey dynamic filtering is proposed to evaluate surface roughness. The primary sampling data of the measured surface need not obey the typical distributions and the surface profile with less data can also be evaluated without losing primary data. Through sample analysis, the grey reference line is well consistent with ISO Gaussian reference line and their evaluation results for surface roughness are in agreement. The grey reference line can be used as one of complements for Gaussian reference line.  相似文献
