为实现矿山充填环管输送工艺的自动化运行,研制了一套自动化充填料浆环管试验系统。该系统主要由给配料系统、泵送系统、监测系统、管路系统和以PLC编程控制器为核心的自动控制系统等子系统组成,可完成充填料配比、料浆浓度、料浆流速、料浆流量、料浆温度等料浆流变参数及特性的测试工作,并自动绘制出各项测试参数之间的关联变化曲线。结果表明:该系统流速控制范围宽,管道布置方式多样,操作键盘化,集成度高,使用方便可靠,是进行矿业工程领域矿山充填研究与分析的重要基础设备,为科研与教学工作提供了自动化的试验与教学环境。  相似文献

摘要:钢包长水口吹氩采用最佳的流量控制策略,能有效避免中间包浇注过程中出现钢液二次氧化、卷渣和热量损失等负面影响,同时,能充分发挥气泡去除夹杂物的作用。为此,提出钢包长水口吹氩自动控制系统,通过S7-300PLC采集数据及软件编程,根据开浇、连浇等因素在线调节吹氩流量,在此基础上运用PID控制算法和闭环控制机制实时调整流量控制阀,保证流量实际值与设定值偏差最小。此系统在某特钢厂2021年第1季度生产数据表明,各钢种连铸坯酸溶铝(Als)损失百分比小于10%的炉数比例上升了5.52%,Als损失百分比大于60%的炉数比例由1%下降为0。实际应用结果表明,该系统提高了连铸坯表面质量及最终成品性能。  相似文献

Argon blowing at the ladle shroud requires the best flow control strategy to effectively avoid the secondary oxidation of molten steel, slag entrapment and heat loss during the casting of the tundish, and at the same time, give full play to the role of bubbles to remove inclusions. Therefore, an automatic control system for argon blowing at the ladle shroud was proposed. The data collected by S7-300PLC and software programming were used to adjust the argon blowing flow online in real time according to factors such as pouring and continuous pouring. On this basis, PID control algorithm and closed loop control mechanism were used for real time adjustment. The flow control valve ensures theminimum deviation between the actual value of the flow and the set value. The production data of this system in the first quarter of 2021 in a special steel plant show that the proportion of furnaces with an acid soluble aluminum (Als) loss percentage of less than 10% of each steel grade has increased by 5.52%, and the proportion of furnaces with an Als loss percentage of more than 60% has increased from 1% decrease to 0. The actual application results show that the use of the system improves the surface quality of the continuous casting slab and the performance of the final product.  相似文献

 焦炉是具有大时滞、强非线性、多变量耦合、变参数的复杂对象。直行温度受多种因素的影响,传统的控制方法难以满足焦炉加热控制的要求。提出了间歇加热控制与加热煤气流量调节相结合的控制原理,利用模糊控制、神经网络等智能控制方法建立了焦炉加热的智能控制策略和模型。该控制策略采用一前馈、二反馈和智能控制相结合。根据焦化机理建立焦炉供热量前馈模型,并提出结焦指数CI反馈模型控制焦炉的炼焦过程。基于线性回归和RBF神经网络构建火道软测量模型,为控制建立温度反馈环节。智能控制方法用于调节停止加热时间和加热煤气流量。最后研究开发了焦炉加热的复合智能控制系统。实际运行结果表明:该系统能够实现焦炉加热的智能控制,稳定了焦炉生产,有效地提高了焦炭质量和降低了能耗,具有很好的实用价值。  相似文献

This article concerns a metal spraying process for the manufacture of production tooling at reduced time and cost. Critical to the successful operation of this process is control of the sprayed steel shell temperature to eliminate thermal residual stresses and distortion. A computational model of the transient heat flow in steel shells during spray forming has been developed. The critical data for the distribution of convective heat-transfer coefficient distribution over the shell surface and average spray temperature has been obtained from experiments using embedded calorimeters and process monitoring respectively. Shell average temperature and temperature variance have been investigated using the model, and predictions compared well with experimental measurements obtained using infrared thermal imaging. The wire feed rate was identified as the most suitable control parameter for a closed loop control system to regulate shell surface temperature during manufacture.  相似文献

面对板型板厚控制这一复杂、多变量耦合的非线性系统,本文提出了一种两级串联结构的模糊神经网络解耦控制策略,前级为自调整模糊控制器,后级为基于动态耦合特性的自适应神经网络解耦控制器,并从理论上证明了学习算法的收敛性。实现了无模型板型板厚综合控制。仿真结果表明,该控制系统收敛性好、抗干扰性强,取得令人满意的板型板厚控制精度。  相似文献

针对当前铝电解槽焙烧过程中手动通断分流片及人工记录数据存在控制精度低、焙烧效果不理想的问题,设计了一套焙烧分流自动控制系统。对焙烧过程中分流器的分流量变化、温度变化、分流效果和分流片的散热性能以及分流开关装置中动、静触头打火情况进行大量试验并做出深入研究。结果显示,该焙烧分流系统能够满足350kA铝电解槽焙烧启动的要求。  相似文献

斯太尔摩线是基于钢在冷却时组织的转变规律而设计出的一种控制冷却工艺,是控制线材组织性能的关键工序,在线材生产中有着广泛的应用.宝钢高线主要生产钢帘线、钢绞线等高附加值产品,用户反映产品强度波动较大.通过对工艺流程进行一一排查,发现强度波动的主要原因是由于斯太尔摩线冷却工艺无法适应化学成分波动,尤其是环境温度波动造成的.为了解决这一质量难题,根据C曲线原理,通过整体设计、增加硬件、编制软件、建立模型、实现通信和设备安装等一系列研究工作,成功开发出斯太尔摩线冷却监控系统,实现了线材轧后冷却的动态闭环控制.现场应用结果表明系统有效改善了化学成分和环境温度波动对强度的不良影响,显著提高了线材强度的稳定性,取得了预期的效果.  相似文献

数字化加热炉采用脉冲燃烧控制技术进行控制,与传统的采用比例燃烧控制技术的加热炉相比具有诸多优势。脉冲燃烧控制取消了传统比例控制所需要的流量调节阀和流量孔板等,通过控制煤气和空气主管道的压力来确保各区烧嘴在开启后就能在所设计的额定功率下正常工作。但是,当煤气热值和环境温度等发生变化时,必然会使煤气和空气系统的设计压力在实际生产过程中发生偏离,导致烧嘴功率偏离额定功率。针对此问题笔者提出了修正算法,可对上述因素所造成的压力偏差进行修正和补偿。运行实测结果证明了该算法的正确性和可靠性,同时也为同类加热炉的控制提供了成功的案例。  相似文献

Leak Detection in Pipes by Frequency Response Method   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The frequency response method is used to determine the location and rate of leakage in open loop piping systems. A steady-oscillatory flow, produced by the periodic opening and closing of a valve, is analyzed in the frequency domain by using the transfer matrix method, and a frequency response diagram at the valve is developed. For a system with leaks, this diagram has additional resonant pressure amplitude peaks (herein referred to as the secondary pressure amplitude peaks) that are lower than the resonant pressure amplitude peaks (herein called primary amplitude peaks) for the system with no leaks. Several piping systems are successfully analyzed for all practical values of the friction factor to detect and locate individual leaks of up to 0.5% of the mean discharge. The method, requiring the measurement of pressure and discharge fluctuations at only one location, has the potential to detect leaks in real-life pipe systems conveying different types of fluids, such as water, petroleum, and so on.  相似文献

The application of transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography to asymptomatic prosthetic heart valve patients can result in detection of localized bursts of high intensity signals, similar to those caused by the passage of emboli. The origin of these signals is not known. In order to investigate this phenomenon in a simplified, more controllable environment, a TCD machine was used to record flow downstream from mechanical prosthetic heart valves in a mock circulatory loop. The model, which uses a saline solution seeded with silk particles (< 15 micrometers) as the circulatory fluid, recreates the principal hydrodynamic characteristics of the left heart and systemic circulation. Reproducibility of the system was established through repeated testing of a Monostrut valve. Three different mechanical valve types, (Monostrut, Medtronic Hall, St. Jude Medical) were tested over a range of simulated cardiac outputs, and the effect of valve size was investigated with four Omniscience tilting disc valves (21, 23, 25 and 29 mm). Average energy of the reflected Doppler signal was used to quantify the amount of high intensity Doppler signal, QTCD. TCD signals recorded in vitro were visually and aurally similar to those found in prosthetic heart valve patients. All valve types generated exponentially more QTCD with increasing simulated cardiac output. Differences amongst valve types were only significant at higher flow outputs, with the Monostrut valve producing the greatest QTCD. Larger valves consistently generated greater QTCD than smaller valves. In conclusion, TCD signals found in prosthetic heart valve patients can be reproduced, at least qualitatively, using a mock circulatory loop which does not incorporate the formed elements of blood.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
