The solubility of cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine (HMX) in four ionic liquids (ILs): 1,3‐dimethylimidazolium dimethylphosphate ([Memim]DMP), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim]Cl), 1‐hexyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide ([Hmim]Br), and 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Emim]BF4) was investigated. Nano‐HMX were produced particles by spraying [Hmim]Br solution into purified ice water. Finally, the particle size, morphology, crystal phase, impact sensitivity, and thermal decomposition properties of nano‐HMX particles were tested and analyzed. All four ILs could dissolve HMX to a greater or lesser extent in the temperature range from 20 °C to 80 °C. The solubility of HMX in [Hmim]Br at 80 °C is up to 0.7 g mL−1. Recrystallized HMX particles are of polyhedral or spherical shape and 40 to 130 nm in size. X‐ray diffraction indicated that nano‐HMX has a similar crystal structure as raw HMX (β‐form). Compared with raw HMX, the nano‐HMX particles have much lower impact sensitivity. However, they are easier to explode than raw HMX under thermal stimulus due to the lower peak temperature and activation energy.  相似文献

A series of systems of 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate ([Bmim][Ac]), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Bmim][BF4]), and 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([Bmim][Tf2N]) with a small amount of water were simulated. Viscosities of systems were obtained by nonequilibrium molecule dynamics simulation and the results show that the viscosities change in different ways: for [Bmim][BF4] and [Bmim][Tf2N], viscosities decrease rapidly in the first stage, and then decrease slowly with the increase of water content. But for [Bmim][Ac], the viscosities increase first and then decrease. The unique phenomenon of [Bmim][Ac] can be attributed to the formation of chain‐like structure of anion???water???anion???. Hydrogen bond (HB) interaction between ion pairs is weakened, but the number of HB between water and anions increases with increase of water content. Besides, the microstructures of water in ionic liquids‐water systems were compared and found that the distribution of water is more concentrated in [Bmim][Tf2N]‐H2O system, while it is isotropy in [Bmim][Ac]‐H2O system. © 2016 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 63: 2248–2256, 2017  相似文献

In this study, 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium imidazolide ([Bmim]Im) was found effective to catalyze the glycerolysis of triacylglycerols (TAG) for selective production of diacylglycerols (DAG). About 60 % content of DAG and 80 % conversion of TAG were achieved with [Bmim]Im at 15 % (wt% based on TAG), without requirement of any other catalyst and reaction medium. In addition, the weight ratio of DAG to monoacylglycerols (MAG) was at 0.9 when the glycerol/TAG mole ratio was 5:1, indicating [Bmim]Im was selective for DAG generation.  相似文献

Antibiotics mycelium, byproduct of pharmaceutical industry, contains high percentage of proteins, polysaccharides and lipids, while, the low solubility in traditional solvents limits its utilization. The dissolution process of penicillin mycelium was investigated using ionic liquids(ILs) as solvent. Quantitative correlation of solubility and ILs structure and dissolution mechanism were determined. About 91.45% of penicillin mycelium was dissolved in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([Bmim]Ac) under the condition of 120.0 ℃ and [Bmim]Ac/mycelium(m/m) ratio of 3.90:1. Synergistic effect of ILs and DMSO was confirmed with the DMSO/[Bmim]Ac(v/m) ratio in the range of 0.0-1.0. At 25.0 ℃, the dissolution of penicillin mycelium increased from 69.74% to94.50%, with the ratio of DMSO to [Bmim]Ac(v/m) as 1:1. The room temperature dissolution of mycelium provides a novel and energy-saving process for its high-valued utilization. The NMR and FT-IR spectra showed that hydrogen bonds are the dominant driving force for the dissolution in ILs. Quantitative study on the effects of anions and cations of ILs on dissolution using Kamlet-Taft model showed that there was a linearly positive correlation between solubility of penicillin mycelium and(3 parameter of the ILs. The solubility of mycelium increased with increasing hydrogen bond accepting ability of anions and donating ability of cations.  相似文献

The study of CO2 absorption in ionic liquids (ILs): [Emim] [Ac], [Bmim] [Ac] in a packed column is presented. The influence of mass transfer resistances, initial CO2 concentration, absorption temperature and 2, 5, 10% wt. water addition on CO2 removal efficiency was investigated. The resistance in series model and estimated values of enhancement factor were used to predict with good accuracy mass fluxes of absorbed carbon dioxide for both ILs. The CO2 absorption efficiency in packed column depends on temperature and initial CO2 concentration. The addition of small amounts of water to [Emim][Ac] is of minor effect on CO2 absorption.  相似文献

On the basis of reported experimental vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of NH3-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate (NH3-[Emim]Ac), NH3-1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (NH3-[Bmim][BF4]), NH3-1,3-dimethylimidazolium dimethyl phosphate (NH3-[Mmim]DMP) and NH3-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethylsulfate (NH3-[Emim]EtOSO3) binary systems, the interaction parameters of 14 new groups have been regressed by means of the UNIFAC model. To validate the reliability of the method, these parameters have been used to calculate the VLE data with the average relative deviation of pressures of less than 9.35%. The infinite dilution activity coefficient ( γ1∞ ) and the absorption potential ( φ1 ) are important evaluation criterions of the affinity between working pair species of the absorption cycle. The UNIFAC model is implemented to predict the values of and φ1 of t6 sets of NH3-ionic liquid (1L) systems. The work found that the φ1 gradually increases following the impact order: φ1([Cnmim][BF4])〈φ1([Cnmim]EtOSO3)〈φ1([Cnmim]DMP)〈φ1([Cnmim]Ac) (n= 1, 2, 3, … ) at a given cation of IL species and constant temperature, and φ1([Mmim]X)〈φ1([Emim]X)〈φ1([Pmim]X)〈 φ1([Bmim]X)(X= Ac, [BF4], DMP or EtOSO3) at a given anion of IL species and constant temperature. Furthermore, the φ1 gradually increases with increasing temperature. Then, it could be concluded that the working pair NH3-[BmimlAc has the best potential research value relatively.  相似文献

Collagen, a prominent biopolymer, which is famous for its excellent biological activity, has been used extensively for tissue engineering applications. In this study, a novel solvent system for collagen was developed with an ionic liquid, 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate ([EMIM][Ac]), solvent system. A series of sodium salts were introduced into this solvent system to enhance collagen's dissolution procedure. The results show that the solubility of collagen was significantly influenced by the temperature and sodium salts. The solubility reached up to approximately 11% in the [EMIM][Ac]/Na2HPO4 system at 45°C. However, the structure of the regenerated collagen (Col‐regenerated) may have been damaged. Hence, we focused on the structural integrity of the collagen regenerated from the [EMIM][Ac] solvent system by the methods of sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultrasensitive differential scanning calorimetry, atomic force microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and circular dichroism because its signature biological and physicochemical properties were based on its structural integrity. Meanwhile, a possible dissolution mechanism was proposed. The results show that the triple‐helical structure of collagen regenerated from the [EMIM][Ac] solvent system below 35°C was retained to a large extent. The biocompatibility of Col‐regenerated was first characterized with a fibroblast adhesion and proliferation model. It showed that the Col‐regenerated had almost the same good biological activity as nature collagen, and this indicated the potential application of [EMIM][Ac] in tissue engineering. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CO2 sorption capacities of the neat and silica‐supported 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium‐based ionic liquids (ILs) were measured under atmospheric pressure. The silica‐supported ILs were synthesized by the impregnation‐vaporization method and charactrized by N2 adsorption/desorption and thermogravimeteric analysis (TGA). Evaluation of the effects of influential factors on sorption capacity demonstrated that by increase of the temperature, flow rate, and the weight percentage of ILs in sorbents, the sorption capacity decreases. Among the sorbents, [Bmim][TfO] and SiO2‐[Bmim][BF4](50) had the highest capacity. By increasing the IL portion in SiO2‐[Bmim][BF4], the selectivity for CO2 to CH4 could be improved. The CO2‐rich sorbents could be easily recycled.  相似文献

The focus of this article of a three part series is the effects of preparation and composition on the shear rheology of cellulose in the ionic liquid 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim]Cl). Included are the effects of three different degrees of polymerization, (i.e., average molecular weight), manual versus high shear mixing, a range of cellulose concentrations, and the effects of controlled amounts of lignin and a hemicellulose. The rheology implies that a gel phase develops at higher degrees of polymerization, higher concentration, and at lower temperatures. The first article focused primarily on shear rheology of cellulose in [Bmim]Cl with a high shear preparation technique, one degree of polymerization, a narrow range of cellulose concentrations, and temperature. Alkylation of anthracene with 2-chloropropane to 2-isopropylanthracene catalyzed by various Lewis acidic ionic liquids (ILs), such as [Emim]Cl-AlCl3, [Emim]Cl-FeCl3, [Emim]Cl-ZnCl2, [Bmim]Cl-AlCl3, and [Omim]Cl-AlCl3 ([Emim]+=1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium cation, [Bmim]+=1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation, [Omim]+=1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium cation,), was investigated. [Emim]C1-A1C13 ionic liquid was found to be the most active catalyst in the alkylation. The yield of 2-isopropylanthracene was up to 74.5% and the selectivity of 2-isopropylanthracene was up to 82.9%. The [Emim]C1-A1C13 ionic liquid catalyst showed good catalytic activity after running for 6 times. Ease of product separation and the recycling performance of the ionic liquid catalyst is expected to contribute to the development of clean and environmentally friendly strategy for the synthesis of 2-isopropylanthracene.  相似文献

The solubility of insensitive explosive 2,6‐diamino‐3,5‐dinitropyrazine‐1‐oxide (LLM‐105) in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO), N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF), N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N‐diethylformamide (DEF), 1,4‐dioxane, 1,4‐butyrolactone, ethyl acetate and 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate ([Bmim]CF3SO3), were measured by a polythermal method in the temperature range of 293.15 K to 375.15 K at the atmospheric pressure. The solubility of LLM‐105 decreased in the order of DMSO, NMP, DMF, DEF, 1,4‐butyrolactone, [Bmim]CF3SO3, 1,4‐dioxane, ethyl acetate. With higher temperature, the solubility of LLM‐105 increased in all solvents. The solubility data was correlated against temperature with the modified Apelblat equation and Ideal solution model. In addition, the dissolution enthalpy, entropy, and mole Gibbs free energy of LLM‐105 in each solvent were also calculated from the experimental solubility data by using van′t Hoff equation with the temperature dependence. The results show that the dissolution process of LLM‐105 in these solvents is endothermic and the mechanism is the entropy‐driving. DMSO is suggested as the appropriate solvent for the cooling crystallization or drowning‐out crystallization of LLM‐105.  相似文献

以鸡蛋清溶菌酶为模型蛋白,采用冷却结晶法结晶以及浊度法测定酶活性,研究了分别添加4种亲水性离子液体(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C4mim]BF4)、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([C4mim]Cl)、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([C4mim]Br)和1,3-二甲基咪唑碘化物([dmim]I))条件下溶菌酶晶体形态和晶体活性的变化。利用光学显微镜对溶菌酶结晶过程的晶体形态进行分析,结果表明添加离子液体会影响溶菌酶的晶体形态和尺寸。离子液体[C4mim]BF4介导的溶菌酶形成棒状晶体。与未添加离子液体相比,[C4mim]Cl和[C4mim]Br均未改变溶菌酶晶体形态,均呈块状晶体,但[C4mim]Cl和[C4mim]Br促进溶菌酶晶体生长,晶体尺度均增加。而添加[dmim]I,溶菌酶呈现针状晶体。采用浊度法测定溶菌酶晶体活性,结果表明不同的离子液体对溶菌酶晶体的活性...  相似文献

The separation of methanol(MeOH) and dimethyl carbonate(DMC) is important but difficult due to the formation of an azeotropic mixture. In this work, isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for the ternary systems containing different imidazolium–based ionic liquids(ILs), i.e. MeOH + DMC + 1-butyl-3-methy-limidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide([Bmim][Tf_2N]), MeOH + DMC + 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide([Emim][Tf_2N]), and MeOH + DMC + 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([Emim][PF6])) were measured at 101.3 kPa. The mole fraction of IL was varied from0.05 to 0.20. The experimental data were correlated with the NRTL and Wilson equations, respectively. The results show that imidazolium-based ILs were beneficial to improve the relative volatility of MeOH to DMC,and [Bmim][Tf_2 N] showed a much more excellent performance on the activity coefficient of MeOH. The interaction energies of system components were calculated using Gaussian program, and the effects of cation and anion on the separation coefficient of the azeotropic system were discussed.  相似文献

Amine‐impregnated adsorbents are promising alternatives to aqueous amines for CO2 capture. However, the diffusion‐controlled CO2 adsorption process is a significant issue associated with them, resulting in the insufficient utilization of amine groups. Herein, we propose the use of functionalized ionic liquids 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate ([emim][Ac]) with chemical reactivity to CO2 and low viscosity as the additive to amine‐impregnated adsorbents. The key is that [emim][Ac] does not show drastic increase in viscosity after reacting with CO2. Taking the polyethyleneimine (PEI)‐impregnated SBA‐15 as a model system, it is found that the CO2 capacities of PEI/SBA‐15 composites are improved by 86%, and the active site efficiencies are improved by 270%, after the addition of [emim][Ac]. The addition of [emim][Ac] to PEI/SBA‐15 composites also helps improve the CO2 adsorption rate and recycling stability of composites. Therefore, [emim][Ac] offers the opportunity to fabricate amine‐impregnated adsorbents with simultaneously improved CO2 capacities, adsorption kinetics, and recycling stability. © 2018 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 64: 3671–3680, 2018  相似文献

开发易制备、价格便宜、面向SO2气体高效分离的离子液体(ILs),是当前ILs从实验探索迈向工业应用的难点与重大挑战。合成了不同摩尔比(3∶1、2∶1、1∶1、1∶2和1∶3)的1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Emim][Cl])和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐([Emim][OAc])的离子液体混合物[Emim][Cl]x[OAc]1-x,在测定其密度、黏度、热稳定性等基本物性数据的基础上,研究了[Emim][Cl]x[OAc]1-x混合物在不同温度和SO2分压下的SO2吸收能力。结果表明,[Emim][Cl]x[OAc]1-x能够有效地捕获SO2。[Emim][Cl]与[Emim][OAc]之间存在协同促进作用,有利于实现SO2高效吸收。[Emim][Cl]0.33[OAc]0.66混合液在1.0和0.2 atm(1 atm=101325 Pa)下捕获SO2量分别为(1.34±0.08)和(0.74±0.05) g/g,与现有结果相比,混合物在SO  相似文献

The capture of sulfur dioxide (SO2) with readily available and cost-effective ionic liquids (ILs) is one of the challenges for the application of ILs. Here, we synthesized the ILs mixtures with different molar ratios (3∶1, 2∶1, 1∶1, 1∶2, and 3∶1) of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Emim][Cl]) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([Emim][OAc]) to study their SO2 absorption capacities. The SO2 solubilities in these mixtures were investigated under different conditions. The SO2 absorption capacities of [Emim][Cl]x[OAc]1-x at different temperatures and SO2 partial pressure were measured. The results show that ILs can effectively capture SO2. There exists a synergistic promotion effect between [Emim][Cl] and [Emim][OAc], resulting in quite high SO2 absorption capacity. The [Emim][Cl]0.33[OAc]0.66 mixture can capture SO2 (1.34±0.08) and (0.74±0.05) g/g at 1.0 and 0.2 atm(1 atm=101325 Pa), respectively. Comparing with the reported data, [Emim][Cl]x[OAc]1-x mixtures show obvious advantage for SO2 capture. In addition, these ionic liquid mixtures have good reversibility for the absorption and desorption of sulfur dioxide.  相似文献

In this article, a new class of “green” solvent—ionic liquid (IL) was employed to improve the dyeability of wool. The physical and chemical properties of the IL‐treated wool, such as surface morphology, wettability, and tensile strength were first analyzed, and then the dyeing properties of IL‐treated wool were investigated in terms of dyeing rate, dyeing exhaustion at equilibrium, color depth, and color fastnesses. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images showed eroded marks on IL‐treated wool fiber surfaces. The water contact angle of the fabric treated with IL at 100°C decreased from 118.6° to 106.4°. The tensile strength of IL‐treated wool fibers was slightly decreased when the treating temperature was less than 100°C. Dyeing kinetics experiments revealed that the IL treatments greatly increased initial dyeing rate, shortened half‐dyeing time, and time to reach dyeing equilibrium. The final exhaustion and color depth of IL‐treated wool were also increased accompanying with slightly decreased color fastness. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2010  相似文献

合成了一系列常规离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Bmim][BF4])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Bmim][PF6])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([Bmim][NTf2])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双氰胺盐([Bmim][DCA])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫氰酸盐([Bmim][SCN])、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑硫氰酸盐([Emim][SCN])和N-丁基吡啶硫氰酸盐([BPy][SCN]),用智能重量分析仪(IGA)测定不同温度和分压下离子液体吸收二氯甲烷(DCM)的容量。结果表明,[Bmim][SCN]具有最高的二氯甲烷吸收容量(1.46 g/g, 303.15 K, 60 kPa),5次循环后吸收能力无明显下降,[Bmim][SCN]基本可完全再生,能循环使用。量化计算结果表明[SCN]?可与二氯甲烷形成氢键,增强其对二氯甲烷的吸收能力。  相似文献

为了考察离子液体在由木质纤维原料制备可发酵糖中的残留对后续酒精发酵过程的影响,对离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([Emim]Ac)对酿酒酵母AY93161的毒性及其酒精发酵过程的影响进行研究。通过亚甲基蓝染色,利用OLYMPUS CX41显微镜观察不同[Emim]Ac浓度下对数生长期酵母细胞的形态结构,出芽情况及代谢活性,发现在[Emim]Ac浓度高于5 g·L-1时,酵母细胞的形态结构会发生变化,在[Emim]Ac浓度高于0.1 g·L-1时,随着[Emim]Ac浓度的增加,酵母的出芽速率及代谢活性降低。通过平板培养和液体悬浮培养测得[Emim]Ac对酵母的半有效浓度EC50和半抑制浓度IC50分别为4.45、7.70 g·L-1。通过测定不同[Emim]Ac浓度下酵母酒精发酵的过程数据,发现在[Emim]Ac浓度低于0.1 g·L-1时,对酵母酒精发酵过程几乎无影响,在[Emim]Ac浓度高于0.1 g·L-1时,对酵母酒精发酵有抑制作用,[Emim]Ac对酵母酒精发酵的抑制作用主要是由其对菌体生长的抑制所致。  相似文献

以2-溴乙胺氢溴酸和N-甲基咪唑盐为原料合成了氨基功能化离子液体1-(2-胺乙基)-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([NH2-emim]Br),用1H NMR和IR对所制备的离子液体进行了表征,测得25℃下[NH2-emim]Br的黏度26.691 Pa·s、电导率0.1130 mS·cm-1,CO2的溶解饱和度82%(摩尔分数),将不同含量的[NH2-emim]Br与[Emim]BF4、[Bmim]BF4、[Bmim]PF6组成二元复合离子液体,并用于CO2电化学还原研究,循环伏安研究表明,CO2在[NH2-emim]Br(0.5%)-[Bmim]BF4复合离子液体中的还原峰电位较[Bmim]BF4正移0.4 V,还原峰电流增大9倍,黏度降低为0.08227 Pa·s,电导率增大至1.317 mS·cm-1,是一种较好的CO2电化学还原离子液体体系。  相似文献
