Al2O3/Al2O3 joints were brazed with a new kind of filler materials,which were formed by adding Al2O3 particulates into Ag-Cu-Ti active filler metal.The results showed that the material parameters (the Ti content,Al2O3 particulate volume fraction) of the composite filler materials affected the shear strength of brazed joints.When the Ti content was 2 wt pct in the filler metal, the shear strength of brazing joints decreased with the increasing the volume ratio of Al2O3 particulate .When the Ti content was 3 wt pct in the filler metal, the shear strength of joints increased from 93.75 MPa(Al2O3 pOvol pct) to 135.32 MPa(Al2O3 p15 vol.pct).  相似文献

Combustion reaction welding, one promising method to weld ceramies and metals, was used to weld TiB2 and Mo. The results showed that the reacted products through combustion reaction were TiB2 and MoB when the Mo contents in reactants were 20 wt pct and 40 wt pct while there was Mo besides MoB and TiB2 when there were 60 wt pct and 80 wt pct Mo in reactants. Diffusion of elements occurred at the interfaces of the two substrates. The interfaces between the reacted and the two substrates were indistinct after being welded. The welding temperature strongly affected properties of the samples. The value of bending strength of the sample with 80 wt pct Mo in reactant welded at 1500℃ was the highest, 368.52 MPa. The highest value of shear strength among all the samples was that of the one with 40 wt pct Mo in reactant vvelded at 1500℃, 50.97 MPa.  相似文献

Effect of 0.1 wt pct Dy addition on microstructure and compressive behavior of NiAl-28Cr-5.8Mo-0.2 Hf eutectic alloy was investigated. The results showed that remarkable lamellar refinement can be achieved with the addition of 0.1 wt pct Dy. The Dy addition results in the decrease in Young's modulus of alloy and the.enhancement of the compressive strength and ductility of alloy at all testing temperatures. The lamellar refinement, the increased dislocation networks located at the interfaces of NiAl/Cr(Mo) and the strengthening of cell boundary are benefical to the improvement of compressive properties of the alloy.  相似文献

In order to improve the wear resistance of Ti-6Al-4V, different amounts of Si3N4 powder were added into the alloy powder and sintered at 1250℃. Porous titanium alloy with higher wear resistance was successfully fabricated. At sintering temperature, reaction took place and a new hard phase of Ti5Si3 formed. The mechanical properties of the fabricated alloys with different amounts of Si3N4 addition were investigated. The hardness of Ti-6Al-4V, which is the index of wear resistance, was increased by the addition of Si3N4. Amounts of Si3N4 addition have very significant influences on hardness and compressive strength. In present study,titanium alloy with 5 wt pct Si3N4 addition has 62% microhardness and 45% overall bulk hardness increase,respectively. In contrast, it has a 16.4% strength reduction. Wear resistance was evaluated by the weight loss during wear test. A new phase of Ti5Si3 was detected by electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The original Si3N4 decomposed during sintering and transformed into titanium silicide. Porous structure was achieved due to the sintering reaction.  相似文献

In-situ composites based on dispersed poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) or polyamide (PA),and continuous Polyethylene (PE) were prepared through a single screw extruder of Haake rheometer system with a rod-die relatively small in diameter.The extrudate was drawn at a drawing ratio of 3.1,and then quickly cooled in cold water.The specimens were obtained by injection molding at processing temperatures less than 190℃,far below the melting temperature of PET (265℃) and PA (230℃),which can maintain the solid state of PET and PA microfiber phase in the composites.Morphological observation with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated that PET and PA can more or less form in-situ microfibers at compositions studied (0-20 wt pct PET or PA),and especially,PET and PA were almost deformed into fibers at the concentration of 15wt pct.Eensile strength and especially.PET and PA were almost deformed into fibers at the concentration of 15wt pct.Tensile strength and modulus of the blends reinforced by PET or PA microfibers showed to be increased from the tensile test results.The most noticeable improvement of the tensile properties occurred at 15wt pct of PET in PET/PE system,corresponding to the highest microfiber content,where the tensile strength reached 32.5 MPa,whereas only 19.5 MPa for the pure PE.  相似文献

The effect of Sn addition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-5Al-2Si alloys was investigated with variations of Sn contents (3 and 6 wt pct). The microstructure of the alloy was characterized by the presence of Mg2Sn particles within matrix and at grain boundaries. As the Sn contents increased, yield and ultimate tensile strength were increased at room temperatures and 150℃. Creep properties were improved with the increasing amount of Sn due to the fine precipitation of Mg2Sn phases within grain during creep.  相似文献

The sliding wear behaviors of a single layer AI2O3-30 wt pct ZrO2, a double layer AI2O3-30 wt pct ZrO2/Ni-Cr and a single layer AI2O3-13 wt pct TiO2 coating deposited on low carbon steel by plasma spraying were investigated under lubricated conditions with various normal loads. The plastic deformation, detachment and pull out of splats were involved in the wear process of the studied coatings under test conditions. Crack propagation was found in AI2O3-13 wt pct TiO2 under loads of 70 and 100 N and in AI2O3-30 wt pct ZrO2/Ni-Cr under a load of 130 N. While increasing the normal load, the wear rates of AI2O3-30 wt pct ZrO2 and AI2O3-30 wt pct ZrO2/Ni-Cr slightly increased, the wear rate of AI2O3-13 wt pct TiO2 increased rapidly. The results showed that the Ni-Cr bonding layer improved the wear resistance of the coating system even it is relatively thin compared with the outer coating layer. The influence of this bonding layer on wear behavior of the coating increased as increasing the normal load.  相似文献

In the present work, the dispersive stability of nano-SiO2 with coupling agent A-174 has been investigated, then in situ nano-SiO2-MMA/BA/MAA copolymerization has been polymerized. Furthermore, the effects of nano-SiO2 on performance of poly(MMA/BA/MAA)/EP have been studied, too. The results show that the nano-SiO2 is soft agglomerate, which diameter is about 2.08 μm. But when it was oscillated by ultrasonic wave with adapt separating agent in low molecule solution, nanometer grade nano-SiO2 particle could be attained, the average particle diameter is about 45 nm. In addition, the dispersive stability of nano-SiO2 as treated by A-174 in polymerization system increase. As 3% of nano-SiO2 treated by 4% of A-174 is added, the shear strength of the thermosetting acrylic-epoxy resin increase about 68%, up to 20.07 MPa, and its heat decomposition temperature increase from 332 °C to 386 °C, furthermore, the excellent water resistance and transparency have been obtained.  相似文献

合成了一种新型的喹啉衍生物单体-2-苯基喹啉-4-羧酸-丙烯酸-乙二醇二酯(PQFAED),并通过乳液聚合的方法制备了PQFAED和丙烯酸酯单体(MMA/MAA/BA)的共聚物-P(PQFAED/MMA/MAA/BA)。用IR、UV、GPC、TGA、PGC-MS及荧光光谱表征了单体及共聚物的结构,分析了硝基爆炸物(TNT、RDX及PETN)对该共聚物膜的荧光猝灭作用。结果表明,共聚物薄膜的最大发射波长为436nm,相对于单体的最大发射峰发生了36nm的红移;荧光"结构自猝灭效应",使PQFAED在相同生色团浓度下的荧光强度远低于其相应共聚物的荧光强度;共聚物薄膜对多硝基爆炸物有较好的荧光响应,可作为爆炸物检测的传感材料。  相似文献

用“熔融挤出-热拉伸-淬冷”法制备环氧树脂改性聚乳酸(ePLA)/低熔点尼龙6(LMPA6)复合材料,使用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、流变仪和电子拉伸机等手段研究了具有不同LMPA6含量的ePLA/LMPA6复合材料的结晶行为、热性能、流变性能以及力学性能。DSC结果表明,LMPA6的加入改变了PLA的晶体结构,显著改变了复合材料体系的冷结晶温度、冷结晶熔融温度。热重分析(TGA)结果表明,LMPA6的加入提高了ePLA/LMPA6复合材料的热稳定性。动态力学性能结果表明,LMPA6的加入提高了ePLA/LMPA6复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。流变学测试结果表明,应变(γ)超过临界应变(γC)后储能模量(G')呈非线性下降,出现“Payne”效应。这种复合材料表现出非牛顿流体的特性—“剪切变稀”行为,而且随着LMPA6含量的提高体系的“剪切变稀”行为更加明显。根据扫描电镜照片,在LMPA6含量为7%的体系中出现微纤结构,使其相容性最好。LMPA6的加入在一定程度上提高了复合材料的强度和韧性,特别是LMPA6含量为7%的复合材料其拉伸强度(72.8MPa)和冲击强度(5.0 kJ/m2)达到极值,比改性聚乳酸(65.7 MPa,2.8 kJ/m2)分别提高了10.8%和78.6%。  相似文献

Carbon fibre reinforced carbon and SiC dual matrices composites (C/C-SiC) show superior tribological properties, high thermal shock resistance and good abrasive resistance, and they are promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch systems. The microstructure, mechanical properties, friction and wear properties, and application of the C/C-SiC composites fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reaction were introduced. The results indicated that the composites were composed of 50-60 wt pct carbon, 2-10 wt pct residual silicon and 30-40 wt pct silicon carbide. The C/C-SiC brake composites exhibited good mechanical properties. The value of flexural strength and compressive strength could reach 160 and 112 MPa, respectively. The impact strength was about 2.5 kJ·m-2. The C/C-SiC brake composites showed excellent tribological performance, including high coefficient of friction (0.38), good abrasive resistance (1.10 μm/cycle) and brake steadily on dry condition. The tribological properties on wet condition could be mostly maintained. The silicon carbide matrix in C/C-SiC brake composites improved the wear resistance, and the graphite played the lubrication function, and right volume content of graphite was helpful to forming friction film to reduce the wear rate. These results showed that C/C-SiC composites fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reaction had excellent properties for use as brake materials.  相似文献

A novel hyperbranched poly(amide-ester)s (HBP) has been synthesized through the AB2 approach in one-step polycondensation without solvents. The synthesized HBP has been characterized and used as filler for epoxy resin with the aim obtain materials which exhibit improved toughness. Composites containing 6% and 12% wt/wt of HBP in diglycidylether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) were produced and characterized. Results obtained from DMA tests showed that HBP has good compatibility with the epoxy resin. Impact tests proved that composites containing 12% HBP showed an improvement of about 25% on impact strength with respect to neat DGEBA. Moreover, adhesive properties were evaluated in terms of the lap-shear strength value of composite joints bonded using the investigated blend. Results showed an improvement of shear strength value of DGEBA added with 12% HBP with respect to neat DGEBA. The water uptake behavior was also evaluated.  相似文献

通过在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/甲基丙烯酸(MAA)体系中,引入功能性单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEMA),合成具备能在室温下发生自交联的反应性乳液,然后加入r-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)交联剂,制得室温自交联杂化硅丙乳液.考察了不同KH550的引入量对漆膜性能的影响,并采用粒径测定、TEM、DSC、TGA、FTIR分析对其进行表征.发现制备的乳胶粒径约100nm并具有在窄分布的特点.经室温自交联杂化后,硅丙乳胶膜的耐水性、耐老化性、硬度、拉伸强度及耐热性能都得到了提高.  相似文献
