电液驱动Stewart平台是一个多输入多输出复杂并联机构,各通道间存在严重负载交联耦合。在确定平台各通道性能参数时,按照简单的阀控缸系统进行理论计算或系统辨识,结果和实际情况相差极大,这严重影响平台控制系统的设计和系统性能的提高。为了解决上述问题,设计一种基于Levenberg-Marquardt寻优算法的六维互不相关信号激励的Stewart平台闭环辨识算法,并应用于电液驱动Stewart平台试验样机。试验结果表明该辨识算法准确地辨识出平台通道性能参数,取得较满意的辨识结果。 相似文献

建立了一个电动Stewart平台的统一动力学模型,并基于它设计了一种新型的自适应模糊控制算法。这个统一的动力学模型在任务空间中使用了Newton-Euler方法建立,同时结合了平台动力学和执行器动力学模型。自适应模糊控制算法使用计算力矩方法设计运动平台标称模型的逆动力学控制器,然后使用基于模糊干扰观测器的自适应模糊控制器对模型的不确定性和外部扰动进行补偿。通过数值仿真分析表明,在不引入高增益控制器的情况下,成功地消除了平台参数的不确定性和外部干扰的影响,保证了平台的跟踪性能。 相似文献

Combining with the characteristic of the fuzzy control and the neural network control(NNC), a new kind of the fuzzy neural network controller is proposed, and the synthesis design method of the control law and fast speed learning algorithm of the parameters of networks are put forward. The output of the controller is composed of two parts, part one is derived on basis of the principle of sliding control, the lower order model and the estimated parameters of the plant are only required, part two is derived on basis FNN, it is used to compensate the uncertainties of the systems. Because new type of FNN controller extracts from the advantages of the intelligent control and model based sliding mode control, the numbers of adjusting parameters and the structure of FNN are simplified at large, and the practical significance and variation range are attached to each layer of the network and its connected weights, the control performance and learning speed are increased at large. 针对电液伺服系统的非线性特性、系统参数及外部负载的非匹配不确定性,在电液伺服系统的位置跟踪控制中,提出了基于Backstepping逆向递推技术的多级自适应滑模控制方法,应用Backstepping的逆向递推方法有效地解决了高阶系统的控制问题,并结合了自适应方法和滑模控制方法各自优良的抗干扰特点。仿真结果显示,该控制方法具有较强的鲁棒性及良好的跟踪性能。 相似文献

基于解析模型而建立的状态观测法是一种得到了广泛应用的故障诊断和容错控制方法,而该方法在非线性不确定系统中的实际应用却由于未知输入扰动的影响受到一定的局限.针对机电系统中常见的严格反馈型不确定非线性系统,并考虑含有未知输入扰动,提出一种集成故障诊断与容错控制的设计方案,使系统在对不确定模型具有鲁棒性的同时,对执行器故障具有较强的跟踪性.该方案给出一种基于滑模变结构的容错控制器设计方法,并利用滑模变结构中的等值控制方法设计状态观测器,利用自适应方法实现对不同形式故障的重构.将所提方法以电液伺服系统为例进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明,系统对不确定模型具有鲁棒性,对突变、缓变和间歇变化等3种常见形式的故障以及带噪声的缓变故障均可进行较好的重构. 相似文献

In this study, a new sliding mode control with varying boundary layers is proposed to improve the tracking performance of a nonlinear electro-hydraulic position servo system, which can be found in many manufacturing devices. The key feature of the proposed control scheme is the use of varying boundary layers instead of fixed boundary layers, which are usually employed in conventional sliding mode control. The validity of the proposed control scheme is verified through practical testing on an experimental electro-hydraulic positioning device. In the cases of step and sinusoidal command inputs, the experimental results strongly suggest that the proposed control scheme is capable of improving the tracking precision without causing any chattering. Partial pressure, system vibration and asymmetric system dynamic performance exit in asymmetric cylinder controller by symmetric valve hydraulic system. To solve this problem in the force control system, model reference adaptive controller is designed using equilibrium point stability theory and output error equation polynomial. The reference model is selected in such a way that it meets the system dynamic performance. Hardware configuration of asymmetric cylinder controlled by asymmetric valve hydraulic system is replaced by intelligent control algorithm, thus the cost is lowered and easy to application. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed adaptive control sheme has good adaptive ability and well solves asymmetric dynamic performance problem. This paper proposes the application of a new algorithm for the position control of a Stewart platform. The conventional integral sliding mode controller is a combination of nominal control and discontinuous feedback control hence the overall control is discontinuous in nature. The discontinuity in the feedback control is undesirable for practical applications due to chattering which causes the wear and tear of the mechanical actuators. In this paper the existing integral sliding mode control law for systems with matched disturbances is modified by replacing the discontinuous part by a continuous modified twisting control. This proposed controller is continuous in nature due to the combinations of two continuous controls. The desired position of the platform has been achieved using the proposed controller even in the presence of matched disturbances. The effectiveness of the proposed controller has been proved with the simulation results. 相似文献
