对三相感应电动机Smith接法单相运行时的瞬态过程进行仿真分析.为了得到瞬态特性,推导出电动机定子绕组端电压约束条件,建立起单相Smith电动机在αβ坐标系下的瞬态数学模型.编写计算机仿真程序,通过实例对三相感应电动机Smith接法单相运行时的瞬态过程进行仿真计算,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了该模型的正确性;用对称分量法分析三相感应电动机Smith接法时的电路系统,确定电容的数值.对仿真结果进行分析,单相Smith电动机在负载一定、转速一定的情况下通过选择恰当的电容可以实现完全平衡对称运行.单相Smith电动机在由三相电机额定相电压的单相电源供电时带负载能力较弱,起动转矩较小,适合于对起动要求不高的风机泵类负载,当要求起动转矩较大时,可采用双值电容来实现.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the symmetrical voltage sag consequences on the induction motor behavior when single- and double-cage models are considered, namely current and torque peaks, and speed loss. These effects depend on several variables like sag type, duration and depth. Voltage sag effects are studied by using single- and double-cage models for three motors of different rated power. The double-cage model always predicts torque and current peaks higher than those of the single-cage model. The single-cage model predicts that voltage sags can produce motor instability, whereas the double-cage model is always stable. Therefore, the double-cage model must be used for the simulation of the squirrel-cage induction motor, because the single-cage model can give erroneous results in some situations.  相似文献

Capacitor braking relies on the self-excitation process and represents a well-established technique of braking of single-cage induction machines. However, there appear to be no papers on the capacitor braking of double-cage induction motors. Since the self-excitation process constitutes the basis of capacitor braking, a correct representation must include the effects of main flux saturation in the induction machine model used. The paper first summarises the mathematical model of a saturated double-cage induction machine and then presents experimental results together with results of a comprehensive simulation study. Both symmetrical three-phase and asymmetrical single-phase capacitor braking techniques are considered. The results are shown for two different double-cage induction machines. The experimental and simulation results are found to be in good agreement.  相似文献

The paper proposes an induction motor model for the study of harmonic load flow in balanced and unbalanced conditions. The parameters of this model are obtained from motor manufacturer data and the positive- and negative-sequence equivalent circuits of the single- and double-cage models. An approximate harmonic model based on motor manufacturer data only is also proposed. In addition, the paper includes manufacturer data and the calculated parameters of 36 induction motors of different rated powers. This database is used to analyze the proposed models.  相似文献

为克服基于铭牌数据辨识电动机模型参数时人工增加近似约束条件的不足,提出新的辨识电动机单笼和双笼模型参数的优化数学模型。该模型以计算效率偏差最小为目标,以电动机定子电流、输入无功、最大电磁转矩和起动参数等重要性能指标等于铭牌值为约束条件,并采用序列二次规划算法进行求解。算例验证了所提模型和算法的科学性。与其他方法的比较表明,采用所提模型与算法计算得到的模型参数能够更好地反映电动机的工作特性。  相似文献

Three-phase short-circuits of the induction machine yields to high levels of stress in an induction traction drive. To study these operations, the authors propose to model the machine by a multiple cage equivalent circuit. This enables us to take into account the deep bar effect with accuracy. The identification of the equivalent circuit and its validation are carried out experimentally for a 30-kW double-cage induction motor.  相似文献

In this paper, an inaccuracy of the method for induction motor parameter determination used in EMTP type simulation programs (ATP, EMTP96, EMTDC) is discussed. The paper presents a numerical method for the estimation of induction motor double-cage model parameters from standard manufacturer data, i.e., full load mechanical power (rated power), full load power factor, maximum torque, starting torque, starting current and full load efficiency. The nonlinear equations to obtain the motor parameters have been solved with a modified Newton method that always converges if the problem is well defined (that is, a solution exists). The method has been tested with 608 motors from different manufacturers. The manufacturer parameters that have a greater influence on convergence are the maximum torque and the starting current. The cases where the method does not converge have been studied and the range of variation of the maximum torque or starting current which determines where the data are well defined (that is, a solution exists) has been calculated.   相似文献
