Numerous different and sometimes discrepant interests can be affected, both positively and negatively, throughout the course of a major infrastructure and construction (MIC) project. Failing to address and meet the concerns and expectations of the stakeholders involved has resulted in many project failures. One way to address this issue is through a participatory approach to project decision making. Whether the participation mechanism is effective or not depends largely on the client/owner.This paper provides a means of systematically evaluating the effectiveness of the public participation exercise, or even the whole project, through the measurement of stakeholder satisfaction. Since the process of satisfaction measurement is complicated and uncertain, requiring approximate reasoning involving human intuition, a fuzzy approach is adopted. From this, a multi-factor hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to facilitate the evaluation of satisfaction in both single stakeholder group and overall MIC project stakeholders. 相似文献

The lack of school construction professionals in Taiwan typically leads to poor construction scheduling and quality. Professional construction management (PCM) is thus introduced to minimize defects in school construction projects. However, satisfaction with PCM services remains unknown because there is no evaluation for such services. This study presents a satisfaction evaluation model for PCM services based on client needs. Based on the five phases of a project life cycle (PLC), the proposed model was used to measure satisfaction with PCM services provided to 19 school construction projects in central Taiwan. It was found that the clients of school construction projects were seeking greater PCM assistance during the planning and construction phases than during any other PLC phase. Compared with other phases, the bid and tender phase received the least demand for PCM assistance. Furthermore, the PCM consultant failed to provide consistent service quality, especially for services during the planning and design phases. Applying PCM to school construction projects is believed to be a feasible approach for improving the quality of Taiwanese school construction. 相似文献

Construction project management (CPM) is a technical-oriented service for construction project clients. Evaluating the performance of service providers is beneficial both to purchasers, enabling them to appraise the services received, and to providers, helping them to improve their services. However, no appraisal system for such services exists. This study developed a novel customer satisfaction evaluation model for CPM services that was developed using a questionnaire-based survey and statistical analysis. Test results show that the developed model is a feasible system. Research using this model reveals that CPM services in Taiwan are satisfactory with acceptable performance for clients. The developed model is a good reference for evaluating and assessing CPM performance. 相似文献

This paper proposes a radical change in industry practice that will improve the quality of the construction process and the levels of customer satisfaction derived from it by evaluating the quality performance of the contractor. An alternative theory is developed of what constitutes quality, client satisfaction, performance, and their interrelationships in the context of the construction industry. It should be noted here that the term construction client includes both the owner (i.e. the agency or organization funding the project) and the end-user of the construction (i.e. the general public). A comprehensive view of construction quality is proposed that deals with both the service (as received by the owner) and product (as received by the end-user) aspects of the construction project as well as the corporate quality culture. Such a dissection of construction activity facilitates developing strategies to define, operationalize, measure and improve construction quality. A frame4 work for the assessment of a contractor's quality performance is established. This involves gathering a list of contractor quality performance (CQP) indicators that are derived from various quality-related practices of the contractor at the corporate and project level. Finally, a contractor quality performance (CQP) evaluation model is introduced that can be used in a contractor prequalification and/or selection system. 鉴于现行危险源评价中针对多项目并行施工危险源的评价方法较少。结合多项目的特点,运用模糊数学理论、马尔科夫理论和可靠性理论,建立了基于可靠性分析的模糊马尔科夫模型,为总项目部进行危险源控制提供了理论依据,减少了其对危险源进行盲目控制,从而也起到节约成本的作用。将此模型运用于某小区建设危险源评价中,计算结果表明,下一时段第一与第四项目部的深基坑护壁强度不够所产生危险的概率比较大,应对基坑进行加固,第二与第三项目部危险源所产生的危险等级概率在可接受范围内,与工程实施中的反馈信息基本一致。 相似文献

追求顾客满意是施工企业所关注的问题,当前建筑业顾客满意度的研究偏向于定性研究,而建立满意度评价模型可以有效地量化顾客满意度及其影响因素,从而帮助企业持续改进。针对建筑施工企业的具体情况,借鉴了现有顾客满意度理论中的ACSI 和CCSI 模型,基于结构方程和偏最小二乘PLS 路径建模技术构建了施工企业顾客满意度评价模型。该模型将纯反应型变量模型改进为构成型与反应型变量相结合的模型,运用比LISREL 更优越的PLS 进行参数估计,并通过实际调研所得的数据对模型进行了检验。 相似文献

随着建筑市场的不断发展和扩大,建设工程多项目管理逐渐成为一项新兴的管理模式。建设工程多项目管理不确定性高、影响关系复杂,现有的单项目管理理论未能将多项目间的复杂协同关系纳入管理过程中,难以为建设工程项目组合协同管理提供支撑。为解决此问题,提出了建设工程项目组合配置协同效果评价指标体系,采用数据包络分析模型(DEA)构建了建设工程项目组合配置协同效果评价模型。并通过案例分析证明了所构建评价模型能够有效量化项目组合配置协同效果,缩小项目组合选择范围,为协同视角下的建设工程项目组合管理提供理论依据。 相似文献
