To think ecologically is to think complexly, recognising that reality is rarely singular, and that there is usually more than just one thing going on at the same time. Additionally, the world is lumpy, in that some few aspects of a phenomenon usually matter much more than others, and so the world is not actually infinitely variable. Besides, the physically tangible world that we care most about is usually shaped by apparently intangible sets of processes and functions. What we see is rarely all that we get. 不同门类的工业区的控制性详细规划编制存在较大的特殊性,必须针对具体门类工业企业的特征,提出与之相适应的规划,关键在于对产业不确定因素进行控制,因此产业选择是工业区控制性详细规划的基础性研究,具有关键性作用。产业选择研究成果对规划的影响体现在:产业模式决定园区空间布局模式;具体产业工艺特征和生产配套需求直接影响园区土地利用性质和街区大小的划分;产业交通模式是园区交通规划的内在决定因素,原料、产品的运输和人员结构决定了园区的综合交通规划;产业发展模式决定了园区人员构成,从而根据不同类型人员服务需求进行公共服务设施规划;产业需求决定了市政设施的布局。  相似文献

The construction sector plays a major role in the development of society. It wields enormous influence over economic activity, employment and growth rates. However, it also has a substantial impact on the natural environment, the effects of which are evident across the world. Over recent decades, pioneering initiatives have proposed environmentally friendly buildings and sustainable construction has centred on residential and office buildings. Nevertheless, further consideration still needs to be given to sustainability in many areas of industrial construction. Accordingly, an Integrated Value Model for Sustainable Assessment (MIVES) is presented in this article that applies a set of six study scopes to define the sustainability criteria of industrial buildings. The system uses a requirements tree to quantify sustainability at various hierarchical levels, in order to assess the behaviour of industrial buildings and compliance with the criteria. Assignment of value functions to the sustainability criteria is then described in the context of a case study of a printing works, which demonstrates the effectiveness of this model at unifying both qualitative and quantitative indicators, in order to arrive at a specific “environmental sustainability index” for the industrial building.  相似文献

The literature on the development of industrial parks has often been neglected by the role of sustainability criteria for long-term prediction. The current study aimed to evaluate the relationship between industrial park development and sustainability levels in Iran and Turkey from 1980 to 2019. Although many researchers have investigated the link between them in different geographical locations, there is no clear picture of the relationship as the results overall are contradictory. An autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model bounds testing panel data method with structural fractures was used to analyze the annual selected data to determine whether the development of industrial parks in Iran and Turkey has been successful. The ARDL model is special in that it incorporates sustainability criteria by role of industrial “parks”. The reasoning behind including this explanatory variable is to determine whether countries with industrial parks are more sustainable and to identify future development challenges. Theory suggests that developing industrial parks will eventually strengthen sustainability regulations and policy implementations based on environmental and economic issues.  相似文献

With the rapid development of eco-industrial park projects in China, evaluating their overall eco-efficiency is becoming an important need and a big challenge academically. Developing ecologically conscious industrial park management requires analysis of both industrial and ecological systems. Traditional evaluation methods based on neoclassical economics and embodied energy and exergy analyses have certain limitations due to their focus with environmental issues considered secondary to the maximization of economic and technical objectives. Such methods focus primarily on the environmental impact of emissions and their economic consequences. These approaches ignore the contribution of ecological products and services as well as the load placed on environmental systems and related problems of carrying capacity of economic and industrial development. This paper presents a new method, based upon emergy analysis and synthesis. Such a method links economic and ecological systems together, highlighting the internal relations among the different subsystems and components. The emergy-based method provides insight into the environmental performance and sustainability of an industrial park. This paper depicts the methodology of emergy analysis at the industrial park level and provides a series of emergy-based indices. A case study is investigated and discussed in order to show the emergy method's practical potential. Results from DEDZ (Dalian Economic Development Zone) case show us the potential of emergy synthesis method at the industrial park level for environmental policy making. Its advantages and limitations are also discussed with avenues for future research identified.  相似文献
