本系统是一个较完整的由单片机控制的消防系统,其功能是在查到消防报警信号后,通过串行通讯口给各控制点发出控制信号如起动加压水泵,打开喷水龙头的电磁阀或灭火器的气体阀等等。讯号由键盘发出。各被控点如已正确动作,在控制板上会有所显示。误动作或未动作也可显示在控制板上。控制的时间和路数可由打印机记录下来、相应的软件有数据处理、显示、通讯、结果打印等。  相似文献

微型泵在生物化学分析、药物输送和芯片冷却等领域有广阔的应用前景。为了确定热驱动薄膜式微泵达到最大工作效率的工作条件,对泵的温度响应和振动响应进行数值模拟,分别得到五种加热功率下微泵的流率-频率曲线,效率-频率曲线以及微泵的最佳效率曲线。发现微泵的流率在4-5Hz达到最大,当加热功率大于2W时,微泵的流量不再显著增加;微泵在加热功率为1W时的效率最大,最佳工作条件是加热功率1W、加热频率5Hz,此时微泵的效率为32.54μl/min.W。  相似文献

利用光学力来驱动微型器件是一种新型 MEMS 驱动方式。在几何光学模型近似下,对用TEM00 高斯激光束驱动微型螺旋桨结构的光驱动力和力矩进行了理论计算。光驱动力矩与激光功率成正比,和微器件的结构尺寸以及微器件与工作介质的相对折射率等因素有关,设计微器件时必须同时考虑这三个因素。计算得出激光功率 10mW 时,作用在螺旋转子上的光学驱动力矩为7.4×10-17 N?m,和文献中实验结果基本一致。该方法可以应用在复杂三维微结构的光驱动计算中,对微型转子进行优化设计。  相似文献

利用单束强聚焦激光产生的光学力可以驱动微型器件,具有无机械接触和无需导线等优点,为微型机电系统提供了一种新型的驱动方式。在自行研制的飞秒激光微细加工系统中,采用一种新型的丙烯酸酯紫外光固化树脂,通过双光子聚合加工出直径6μm的万字形微转子。利用光镊装置实现了微转子的俘获,并在激光功率50mW时实现了转速为200rpm的光致旋转。微型转子的光致旋转为实现微机械马达提供了一种有效手段。  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to test the effectiveness of speed reduction markings (SRMs). The empirical data including vehicle operations and drivers’ psychological and physical reactions were collected in a driving simulator. An index—the relative speed difference—was developed to evaluate the effectiveness of speed reduction markings. Researchers analyzed data to test the effectiveness of speed reduction markings and quantitatively study their effects and the deceleration process. Out of 15 subjects, there were 1 (7%), 2 (13%), and 7 (47%) subjects who decelerated while driving through the downhill section in the No SRMs scenario, Longitudinal SRMs scenario and Transverse SRMs scenario, respectively. In terms of speed and subjects’ decelerating maneuver, the results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the contrast analysis (S–N–K method) showed that transverse speed reduction markings (TSRMs) could significantly influence subjects’ speed choice and maneuver (P < 0.05).  相似文献

Statistical data shows that single-vehicle crashes account for half of all traffic crashes on expressways in China, and previous research has indicated that main contributing factors were related to whether and how the inside shoulder was paved. The inside shoulder provides space for drivers to make evasive maneuvers and accommodate driver errors. Most current strategies for preventing casualties associated with drinking driving stress criminal sanctions, alcoholism treatment, and/or educational programs. Because these approaches have been shown to have at best only a limited impact on the incidence of drinking driving, new prevention strategies need to be developed to complement existing efforts. This article provides the basic conceptual framework for designing one such strategy-server intervention programs.

Server intervention refers to those actions taken by servers of alcoholic beverages which are designed to reduce the likelihood that those being served will harm themselves or others. The programs can be divided conceptually into three basic components: (1) training (educational programs directed at servers); (2) legal (ABC laws and regulations, dram shop liability, and criminal laws): and (3) environmental (design of outlets, outlet location, and transportation facilities). The article analyzes these three components and reviews six existing or recently completed programs throughout the United States. The article concludes by summarizing the practical barriers, potential benefits, and theoretical implications of a server intervention approach to the prevention of drinking driving.  相似文献

In this paper, delamination initiation and propagation of reinforced fibrous composite laminate, in single and mixed mode, are numerically predicted by taking into account the existence of imperfect interfaces between the plies. The bonding conditions between layers are characterised by jumps in displacements which are proportional to the traction stresses. In order to describe the interface damage an approach based on the indirect use of fracture mechanics considering a softening stress-relative displacements law is presented. The accuracy of the predictions is evaluated in single-mode delamination tests, in the mixed-mode bending test, and in a structural configuration consisting of the debonding of a new woven laminated composite reinforced by particles of date cores for orthopedic use. The interface is regarded as being a whole of several interfacial bonds. Each bond is supposed to be made up of three stiffnesses acting in the three directions.  相似文献

This paper presents a preliminary study on the feasibility of developing a new mechanical product based on an existing well-known product. It is carried out following a modified dynamic reliability theory. In this approach it proposes a relationship between hazard rate function and reliability of the system. The importance of several parameters, such as the relative capacities of design, manufacture and prototype problem-solving, are discussed based on the complexity and maturity of the mechanical product we are investigated in. These parameters are estimated through fuzzy-set operations about intrinsic and extrinsic scaling of the technology adopted in the new product development.  相似文献

The absence of protocols through which an alternative technology for two stroke tricycles could be evaluated makes it difficult to compare these technologies and determine the best alternative. This study demonstrates the process of the development of a dynamometer test cycle that would be reflective of the actual driving conditions in Metro Manila. The development of such test cycle would be vital to the development of emission factors. The study covers the gathering of actual speed-time data, development of the instrumentation device for the said activity, analysis of the data gathered and extraction of a test cycle. Results were compared to the Indian drive cycle to demonstrate the inappropriateness of adapting drive cycles derived from other areas.  相似文献
