用包套拉伸法和挤压法制备Pd/Ag纤维复合材料,并通过金相和电子显微镜分别观察其微镜分别观察其微观结构,测试其性能,如电阻率,硬度,强度及接触电阻等。通过对比其工艺性及所得材料的微观结构和性能,认为挤压法优于包套拉伸法。此种Pd/Ag纤维复合材料适合Pd/Ag型复合铆钉和生产复铜铆钉。  相似文献

Ag–CdO composites are still one of the most commonly used electrical contact materials in low-voltage applications owing to their excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Nevertheless, considering the restriction on using Cd due to its toxicity, it is necessary to find alternative materials that can replace these composites. In this study, the synthesis of Ag?ZnO alloys from Ag?Zn solid solutions was investigated by hot mechanochemical processing. The hot mechanochemical processing was conducted in a modified attritor mill at 138 °C under flowing O2 at 1200 cm3/min for 3.0 h. The microstructure and phase evolution were investigated using X-ray diffractometry, field emission gun scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results suggest that it is possible to complete the oxidation of Ag?Zn solid solution by hot mechanochemical processing at a low temperature and short time. This novel synthesis route can produce Ag?ZnO composites with a homogeneous distribution of nanoscale ZnO precipitates, which is impossible to achieve using the conventional material processing methods. Considering the fact that the fundamental approach to improving electric contact material performance resides in obtaining uniform dispersion of the second-phase in the Ag matrix, this new processing route could open the possibility for Ag?ZnO composites to replace non-environmentally friendly Ag?CdO.  相似文献

An in situ tensile test with grey scale correlation has been performed to study the deformation process in ultrafine grained (UFG) Pd and Pd–x at.% Ag (x = 5 or 20) alloys produced by high-pressure torsion. Shear band nucleation and propagation was found to be an important deformation mechanism after strain localization during the tensile test. The underlying microscopic mechanism is related to cooperative grain boundary sliding. Moreover, the additional influence of stacking fault energy was found to change the nature of the deformation mechanism from localized strain in Pd to more homogeneous deformation in Pd–20% Ag. In situ analysis and the findings are new and give innovative insight into the basics of deformation in UFG face-centred cubic metals.  相似文献

The effects of trace Ag element on the precipitation behaviors and mechanical properties of the Mg−7.5Gd− 1.5Y−0.4Zr (wt.%) alloy by means of tensile test, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, electron backscattered diffractometry, and scanning transmission electron microscopy. There is an unusual texture (〈0001〉//extrusion direction) in the extruded Mg−Gd−Y−Zr alloys containing 0.5 wt.% Ag. During the aging periods at 225 °C, the addition of the trace Ag does not form new precipitates, just accelerates aging kinetics, and refines β′ precipitates, thereby increasing the number density of the β′ precipitates by Ag-clusters. Moreover, the Mg−Gd−Y−Zr alloy containing 0.5 wt.% Ag shows the most excellent synergy of strength and plasticity (408 MPa of ultimate tensile strength, 265 MPa of yield strength, and 12.9% of elongation to failure) after peak-aging.  相似文献

The thermal stability and glass forming ability of Cu50-xZr43Al7Agx (x=0, 1, 3, 5, and 7) bulk metallic glass alloys have been investigated. The glass forming ability in the Cu−Zr−Al−Ag alloys increased proportionally to the Ag content and show good correlations with thermal parameters such as ΔTx(=Tx-Tg), Trg(=Tg/T1) and γ(=Tx/(Tg+T1)). For the Cu43Zr43Al7Ag7 alloy, fully amorphous rods of 8 mm diameter were successfully fabricated by copper mold casting. Mechanical tests on this composition revealed also remarkable properties with compressive strength around 2000 MPa and large ductility.  相似文献

研究了X射线衍射的结构深度分布分析新方法,该方法以不同的入射角入射,测量各物查的衍射谱,进而解出中确定深度处薄层的X射线衍射谱,从而可无损和定量地得到各深度处的衍射线的角度位置,强度和线型等全部结构信息,此方法可是到各确定深度处 结构信息,而不是由表面到某深度处的平均结构信息;并且适用于具有择优取向的样品和吸收系数随深度而变化的样品。  相似文献

Two kinds of Ag−graphite composites reinforced with spherical graphite (SG) and conventional flake graphite (FG) were prepared by powder metallurgy technology. The effect of graphite morphology on the tribological behavior for the Ag−SG and Ag−FG under the dry sliding wear was investigated with a pin-on-disk tribometer at a load of 3.0 N in atmosphere condition. The results indicated that the minimum wear rate of 3.5×10−5 mm3/(N·m) for Ag−FG was achieved and it reduced by nearly an order of magnitude, reaching 1.6×10−6 mm3/(N·m) for the Ag−SG. The obviously different tribological behaviors between the Ag−SG and Ag−FG were closely related to the formation of cracks in the sub-surface. The stress concentration tended to generate at the edges of flake graphite during sliding process, which resulted in the cracks and severe delamination wear of Ag−FG. However, no cracks were found around the spherical graphite in Ag−SG. The spherical graphite can effectively inhibit the initiation and propagation of cracks, achieving high wear resistance.  相似文献

采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)、硬度测量和X-射线衍射分析法研究标题复合材料的回复过程,发现其DSC曲线在70~220℃区间出现回复放热峰.DSC曲线基本上是由Pd-50Ag与BZn15-20合金各自的DSC曲线叠加而成的.指出经150℃/0.5h的热处理后,材料中的第一类应力基本被消除,第二类应力也部分被消除,而硬度基本不变.  相似文献
