采用以CrO3和H2SO4.4H2O为主要组分加入适量MnSO4.4H2O的着色液对不锈钢进行化学着色,探讨了前处理工艺,着色液温度、质量浓度和着色时间等因素对不锈钢彩色膜的影响。经大量实验得到了最佳的着色液配方和工艺范围:240 g/LCrO3、270 mL/LH2SO4、10 g/LMnSO4.4H2O,θ为50~90℃,t为10~35min。得到了随着温度的升高和时间的延长,膜厚度增加,颜色的变化为茶色→蓝色→金黄色→紫红色→绿色。着色膜经固化处理和封闭处理,表面色彩更均匀,重现性好,耐磨性及耐蚀性明显提高。 相似文献

交流扩孔对铝氧化膜电解着色的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
研究了磷酸溶液交流扩孔对铝阳极氧化膜电解着色的影响。结果表明,磷酸交流扩孔后氧化膜的电解着色性能发生了明显变化。改变交流扩孔的工艺条件,可获得黄色、灰色、绿色、古铜色、蓝色等多种色调的氧化膜。扫描电镜照片显示,经磷酸溶液交流扩孔后,多孔氧化膜孔径可增大一倍以上,电解着色并未引起膜表面微观形貌的明显变化。所得最佳扩孔工艺条件为:磷酸90~110g/L,电流密度1.5~1.75A/dm2,电压5~10V,时间8~12min,温度20~30°C。 相似文献

本文对影响在热的CrO_3-H_2So_4溶液中不锈钢表面颜色变化的因素进行了实验.结果表明:增大CrO_3、H_2SO_4的浓度,升高着色液的温度,添加Mn(2+)都能缩短不锈钢的始着色时间;延长着色时间,将使其表面呈现灰色-蓝色-黄色-红色;添加MoO-_4离子能提高着色膜的光泽;而添加Cl~-、F~-和Cu~(2+)离子对不锈钢的着色影响不大. 相似文献

为提高钢铁件的耐蚀、耐热及装饰等性能,用电沉积法研究了钢铁表面在硫酸铜溶液中的着色工艺,研究了pH值、电流密度、时间等工艺条件对着色效果的,利用光电子能谱仪分析了着色膜的成分。结果表明:钢铁表面在铜盐着色液中能获得多种颜色,着色膜主要成分为铜元素,其发色机理为光干扰效应。 相似文献

以钢板为基体,在普通氯化物镀锌液中加入碳化硅制得Zn-SiC 复合镀层。研究了电流密度、温度以及 SiC、氯化铵的质量浓度对镀层耐蚀性和显微硬度的影响,得到制备 Zn-SiC 复合镀层的较佳工艺条件:电流密度 0.5~1.0 A/dm2,温度 20~25℃,SiC 10~11 g/L,氯化铵 250~260 g/L。在较佳工艺下,Zn-SiC 复合镀层中 SiC 的质量分数为 0.75%,耐蚀性优于纯锌镀层,镀层中 SiC 的存在有利于生成晶粒细小、致密且显微硬度较高的镀层。 相似文献

采用复合脉冲电沉积法制备Ni-W-P-CeO2-Al2O3复合镀层,研究了该镀层耐蚀性能。实验结果表明:镀层的耐蚀性随着制备温度的升高而明显得到提高,同时随着电流密度的增大,镀层的腐蚀速率降低,耐蚀性能得到提高,升高到一定的程度后,耐蚀性反而降低。随着电沉积时间的延长,镀层的耐蚀性能明显提高,但时间延长到一定程度后,耐蚀性变化不明显。经热处理后,Ni-W-P-CeO2-Al2O3复合镀层耐蚀性均有所提高。 相似文献

研究了大红、深黄、水紫、黑色4种颜色色浆对氟树脂/铝低红外发射率涂层光泽、附着力、硬度、粗糙度、耐冲击性、色差、红外发射率、耐腐蚀性等性能的影响。研究结果显示:深黄色色浆涂层的发射率最低,约为0.1;不同色浆对氟树脂涂层色差明度影响不同,相对于其他色浆,水紫能够使涂层偏暗;大红、深黄、水紫色浆的涂层硬度均为6H;加深黄色浆的涂层附着力最好,其次是大红色浆和水紫色浆;深黄色浆对涂层的耐冲击性影响最大,其次是大红色浆和水紫色浆;相对于大红、深黄、黑色色浆,水紫色浆涂层具有最低的粗糙度,表面比较光滑;水紫色浆和深黄色浆的红外波峰比较持平,有利于减小表面发射率;水紫色浆氟树脂涂层的耐腐蚀性能最好。耐盐水腐蚀测试后4种涂层均没有明显失光,水紫涂层没有发生明显变色,深黄和黑色涂层起泡密度较低。水紫色浆因其粒径均匀细小,在氟树脂涂料中易分散,与氟树脂相容性好,因此具有相对较优的综合性能。 相似文献

以工业纯铝L2为实验材料,采用硫酸直流电阳极氧化-电解着色工艺在铝合金表面制备黑色膜层.着重分析着色电压对黑色膜层表观颜色、厚度、硬度的影响.通过SEM表征、EDS测试及性能测试表明:在优化后的电解着色工艺条件下可以获得与工业纯铝L2基体结合力良好,且耐蚀性、耐热性、吸光性均较好的黑色膜层. 相似文献

ZrO2 ceramic coatings were prepared in situ on an AZ91D Mg alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation in a K2 ZrF6 solution. The phase composition and the surface morphology of the coatings were examined with X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The thermal shock resistance of the coatings was evaluated by a thermal shock test. The corrosion resistance of the coated samples was examined by the polarizing curve method in a 3.5% NaCl solution. The prepared coating was composed of t -ZrO2 and a small amount of c -ZrO2 . There were many residual discharging channels on the coating surface. The coated samples showed excellent thermal shock resistance under 500°C, which improved with increasing frequency or decreasing current density or PEO time. Besides, the coating improved the corrosion resistance of AZ91D Mg alloy considerably. In the experiments, the corrosion current density of the coated samples prepared under 1000 Hz was the least, which also decreased with the current density during the PEO process. 相似文献

Inorganic/organic hybrid coatings based on epoxy-polysiloxane resin were prepared by using five types of curing agents, including 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) alone (control coating) and the mixtures of four types of polyetheramines (Jeffamine D230, D400, T403, and THF100) along with APTES (modified coatings). The mechanical, adhesion, and corrosion resistance properties of the hybrid coatings cured by different curing agents were studied. The dynamic mechanical thermal analysis results showed that the glass transition temperature and cross-link density of the modified coatings decreased with increasing of the chain length of polyetheramines. The impact resistance height of the modified hybrid coatings was more than one time higher than that of the control coating. The adhesion of the modified hybrid coatings was enhanced compared to the control coating except the coating modified by THF100. Compared with the control coating, comparable hardness and improved wet adhesion were attained for the coatings modified by polyetheramines D230 and T403 with shorter chain length, while the hardness and wet adhesion were decreased for the coatings modified by polyetheramines D400 and THF100 with longer chain length. The corrosion resistance behavior of the hybrid coatings was thoroughly examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and salt spray tests. It was found that the corrosion resistance behavior of the hybrid coatings increased with D230 and T403 due to higher cross-link density and decreased with D400 and THF100 due to lower cross-link density. 相似文献
