A new bifunctional reactive disperse dye containing a temporarily anionic sulphatoethylsulphone and a nonionic disulphide bis(ethylsulphone) groups was synthesised and applied to nylon 6 fabric by the exhaust dyeing at a variety of pH and temperature conditions. A monofunctional reactive disperse dye containing only nonionic disulphide bis(ethylsulphone) group was also synthesised and its dyeing behaviour was compared with the bifunctional dye. The bifunctional reactive disperse dye exhibited high exhaustion and fixation values at pH 6 and 120 °C. The results also indicate that the combination of temporarily anionic and nonionic reactive groups of the bifunctional dye provided great enhancement in dyeing performance compared to that of the monofunctional dye. The dyes also showed very good levelling and fastness properties on nylon 6 fabric.  相似文献

Two models of temporarily anionic sulphatoethylsulphone reactive disperse dyes were applied to wool, polyester and wool/polyester blend fabrics at different dyeing pH. Maximum exhaustion values and colour yield were observed at pH 7. The results showed that reactive disperse dyes containing bis‐sulphatoethylsulphone reactive groups were more convenient for neutral dyeing of wool and wool/polyester blend fabrics if compared with a dye containing a mono‐sulphatoethylsulphone group. Excellent to very good wet fastness properties on all dyed fabrics were achieved.  相似文献

In this study, optimization of disperse/reactive dyeing systems for resistance to the physical strength loss of Poly(lactic acid) (PLA)/cotton blended fabric was investigated. The blended fabric underwent a two‐bath, two‐stage dyeing process in which the PLA component of the blended fabric was dyed using two disperse dyes, followed by the cotton component being dyed with six reactive dyes containing different reactive groups—dichlorotriazine, monochlorotriazine, sulphatoethylsulphone, monofluorotriazine, monochlorotriazine/sulphatoethylsulphone, and monofluorotriazine/sulphatoethylsulphone groups. The optimal dyeing systems were established according to the fixation rate of the dyes, tear/tensile strength loss, and SEM micrographs of the fabric. To avoid the strength loss during the disperse/reactive dyeing process, the recommended disperse dyeing conditions were 110°C, pH 5 for 20 min, whereas the reactive dyeing conditions should be temperature ≤60°C and alkali concentration ≤3 g/L. In this regard, reactive dyes containing monofluorotriazine and monofluorotriazine/sulphatoethylsulphone groups were especially suitable for the reactive dyeing systems. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new polyfunctional reactive dye containing disulphidebis(ethylsulphone-monochlorotriazine/sulphatoethylsulphone) reactive system has been synthesised and applied to silk. High exhaustion/fixation results have been achieved at 90 °C and pH 9. The vinylsulphone precursor of the disulphidebis(ethylsulphone) group combined with a sulphatoethylsulphone/monochlorotriazine reactive system confers a relatively high fixation efficiency for this type of polyfunctional reactive dye when compared with that of a conventional bifunctional reactive dye containing the sulphatoethylsulphone/monochlorotriazine reactive system. The results also indicate that high fastness properties were obtained for the reactive dyes under investigation.  相似文献

A new bifunctional disazo reactive dye of a temporarily high molecular structure based on a disulphide bis(ethylsulphone-sulphatoethylsulphone) reactive system was synthesised and applied to cotton fabric. This dye displayed good primary exhaustion under different neutral exhaustion conditions. The results assessed for the alkaline exhaust dyeing indicate that the disulphide bis(ethylsulphone-sulphatoethylsulphone) dye showed higher exhaustion and fixation values compared to those obtained with the commercial CI Reactive Black 5. Reactive dyes containing the bis-( N -carboxymethylamino)monoquaternary-triazine-bis-ethylsulphone [bis-( N -CMA)-MQT-bis-ES] group and related derivatives have been synthesised. When boiled under mildly acidic conditions, such dyes are able to form two small vinylsulphone dye molecules through a process of 1,2-trans elimination. The bis-( N -CMA)-MQT-bis-ES dye was applied using different dyeing procedures (novel dyeing methods 1 and 2). The dyeing and soaping-off results of bis-( N -CMA)-MQT-bis-ES dye were compared with a model sulphatoethylsulphone dye applied using the conventional alkaline fixation method used for applying this type of reactive dye to cotton. The bis-( N -CMA)-MQT-bis-ES dye showed higher exhaustion and fixation values applied using novel dyeing method 2 compared with the sulphatoethylsulphone dye applied using the alkaline fixation method. The soaping-off efficiency for the large bis-( N -CMA)-MQT-bis-ES dye applied using novel dyeing method 2 was the same as that obtained for the sulphatoethylsulphone dye applied using the alkaline fixation method.  相似文献

Several new disperse dyes derived from thiosemicarbazides and acetoacetanilide have been synthesised. The dye structures were ascertained by chemical analysis and infrared measurements. Prepared dyes were used for dyeing nylon fabric by the exhaustion method. The colour strengths and dye fixation on the fabric were also determined. The behaviour of a heterobifunctional reactive dye based on a disulphidebis(ethylsulphone/monochlorotriazine) reactive system has been investigated. Relatively high degrees of exhaustion and fixation were achieved for cotton fabrics dyed with the disulphidebis(ethylsulphone/monochlorotriazine) reactive dye compared to bifunctional sulphatoethylsulphone/monochlorotriazine and/or conventional monofunctional monochlorotriazine reactive dyes. A series of haloacetyl reactive dyes have been synthesised. The reactivity of haloacetyl groups and the dyeing properties of the dyes on silk fabric were studied. The results show that the bromoacetyl group is more reactive than the chloroacetyl group and molecules containing a bromoacetyl group would dye silk under relatively mild dyeing conditions. Disperse dyes containing a β‐sulphatoethylsulphonyl group have temporary solubility and can be applied for dispersant‐free dyeing of hydrophobic fibre. Six novel temporarily solubilised azo disperse dyes having a β‐sulphatoethylsulphonyl group in their structures were synthesised, and their dyeing properties on polyester were investigated. As a dye intermediate, a diazo component having dibromo groups was prepared, and 4‐diethylamino‐4′‐(2‐sulphatoethylsulphonyl‐4,6‐dibromo)azobenzene dyes were prepared by a diazo‐coupling reaction. Then, the dyes containing dicyano groups were prepared by cyanation of corresponding dyes with dibromo groups. The absorption maxima of the dyes were affected by the substituents in the diazo and coupling component rings and varied from 434 to 616 nm in dimethylformamide. Polyethylene terephthalate woven fabric could be dyed with the synthesised temporarily solubilised dyes without using any dispersants. Dyebath pH affected the K/S value at maximum absorption as well as percentage exhaustion on polyethylene terephthalate fabric, and the optimum pH was 5. The dyes gave brownish orange, red, purple, and greenish blue hues on polyethylene terephthalate fabrics, and colour build‐up was good. Wash fastness was good to excellent, rubbing fastness was moderate to excellent, and light fastness was poor to moderate.  相似文献

The levelling properties of nine reactive dyes containing one or two sulphatoethylsulphone reactive groups or one sulphatoethylsulphone and one monochlorotriazine reactive groups have been investigated. A novel test method specifically applicable to reactive dyes has been used in order to evaluate levelling. Undyed and dyed cotton samples were simultaneously dyed in the same bath and the fractions of the additional dye fixed on each of the cotton samples were determined afterwards. A dye distribution index has been proposed that predicts reactive dye levelling according to whether the index exceeds 50% or not. The index was found to depend not only on the nature of the dyes, but also on the concentration of the dye fixed on cotton, the dyeing temperature and the salt concentration in the dye liquor. In redyeing tests the degrees of primary and secondary exhaustion and of dye fixation were measured as a function of concentration of the dye fixed on cotton. Finally a satisfactory correlation was found between the index and the classical inorganicity/organicity value of the dyes. The results also suggest that the levelling properties depend on the degree of dye aggregation.  相似文献

Melamine resin microcapsules containing CI Disperse Blue 56 were prepared by in situ polymerisation. The microcapsules were characterised by their thermal properties and morphology, such as particle size and particle size distribution. The dyeing behaviour of the microcapsules on nylon 6.6 was evaluated. The microencapsulated dye exhibited good build-up, levelness and fastness properties. It has been demonstrated that microencapsulated disperse dye can be used to replace commercial disperse dyes in dyeing polyamide fabric without dyeing additives, and the resulting effluent can be easily recycled after filtration.  相似文献

The introduction of bulky aryl residues into wool fibres not only enhances their disperse dyeability but also improves their settability, shrink resistance and imparts easy‐care properties. It would be highly desirable for colourists to achieve such effects when dyeing or printing wool from an aqueous solution as wool/polyester blend fabrics could be dyed and printed with the same dye; furthermore, in the case of an all‐wool fabric pretreated with such arylating systems, following dyeing or printing with disperse dyes, dye fixation can be achieved by dry heat procedures. A water‐soluble, fibre‐reactive arylating agent, sodium benzoyl thiosulphate, was therefore synthesised, characterised and its stability to hydrolysis in aqueous media was examined.  相似文献

The influence of dye class and chromogen groups of dyeing wastewaters composed by reactive or disperse dyes with different colors on direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) was investigated. The state‐of‐the‐art shows that disperse dyes and different dye colors are not studied in DCMD and the application of DCMD for dyeing wastewater treatment is limited to a few publications. High color rejection was obtained and water was recovered at the permeate side for feed solutions containing reactive or disperse dye. Influence of chromogen groups (colors) was not observed, whereas the class dye was decisive for the process performance. Reactive dyes showed higher mean permeate flux due to the repulsion between their anionic groups and the negative surface of the membrane. Partial wetting of larger pores allowed the passage of small disperse dye molecules, reducing color rejection.  相似文献

In order to determine the most suitable type of dye for soya bean fibre, the dyeing properties of three acid dyes and three bifunctional reactive dyes were compared. Additionally, the effect of a range of reactive groups on dyeing performance were studied, including difluorochloropyrimidine, monofluorotriazine, monochlorotriazine and β-sulphatoethyl sulphone, and of these the first was found to perform best. Irrespective of reactive group, however, the main factor affecting build-up was found to be the substantivity of the dye for soya fibre. The monofunctional reactive dyes in general were found to exhibit good wash fastness.  相似文献

本文综合了应用于锦纶染色的弱酸性染料酸性浴上色的高竭染率,活性染料与纤维的共价键结合,分散染料在纤维上迁移、匀染、盖染性好等优点,提出一类含β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯基的活性分散染料。用分子较小的分散染料结构,以含β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯为活性基;在弱酸性浴中染色,再在弱碱性浴中与聚酰胺纤维反应成共价键结合。 合成了一系列偶氮型和蒽醌型染料。进行了合成工艺、对锦纶的染色性能以及染色锦纶的牢度等试验。并讨论了染料与聚酰胺纤维的结合 这类染料可用于锦纶66和锦纶6丝纺、弹力锦纶丝和针织品,还可用于桑丝、柞丝及其与人造丝的提花织物。这类染料在锦纶上色泽鲜艳,竭染率较高,益染性优良,耐晒、耐湿处理等牢度较好,适于各种锦纶织物的染色。这类活性分散染料,具有酸性染料、活性染料和分散染料染锦纶的主要特点。  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) fibre is derived from annually renewable crops and known to be 100% compostable. In order to extend its environmental friendliness into the dyeing process, dispersant‐free dyeing of poly(lactic acid) fabric with three temporarily solubilised azo disperse dyes based on hydroxypyridone moiety containing a β‐sulphatoethylsulphonyl group was investigated. The dyes were successfully applied to poly(lactic acid) fabric without the use of dispersants. The colour yields of the dyes on poly(lactic acid) fabric were observed to be dependent on dyebath pH and dyeing temperature. The optimum results were obtained at pH 4–5 and 110 °C. One of the dyes showed a colour yield as good as that of a commercial disperse dye and good build‐up on poly(lactic acid) fabric. All of the dyes could be alkali cleared owing to ionisation of the dye under mild alkaline conditions. Wash fastness was good to very good, and light fastness was good. The chemical oxygen demand levels of the poly(lactic acid) dyeing effluent from the dyes were considerably lower than those from a commercial disperse dye.  相似文献

Radio-frequency (r.f.) energy has been used to increase the fixation rate of reactive dyes on cotton fabric in pad-batch dyeing. A parallel-plate r.f. applicator was used to heat batches of fabric containing reactive dye formulations. The time required for fixation of the dyes was reduced from several hours to a few minutes by heating the fabric in the radio-frequency field. Reactive dyes incorporating three different types of reactive groups, vinylsulphone, nicotinic acid, and mixed vinylsulphone/ monochlorotriazine were studied and found to be applicable using the hot pad-batch method. The colour yield and wash fastness of dyeings with the vinylsulphone/monochlorotriazine bifunctional dyes using r.f.-assisted fixation was equal or superior to those of dyeings performed by conventional cold pad-batch dyeing methods.  相似文献

Nylon 66 fabric was dyed with a disperse-reactive yellow dyestuff which was synthesised in our laboratory, using a supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing process. The structure of the disperse-reactive yellow dyestuff and its covalent bond with nylon 66 fibres were confirmed by FTIR, NMR, EA and MS analysis. The nylon fabric was also dyed with CI Disperse Yellow 3 and the dyeing results compared. Colour yield values were measured for both dyed fabrics, with those of the disperse-reactive dye showing much better values than CI Disperse Yellow 3. Wash fastness of the fabric dyed with the disperse-reactive yellow dye was tested by the ISO 2 method and showed excellent results. Light fastness was tested by the ISO 105 B05 method and the results were satisfactory. The results obtained indicate fabric immersed in supercritical carbon dioxide does not undergo any fibre damage.  相似文献
