水辅注塑的开发起步工作尽管晚于气辅注塑工艺,但水辅注塑工艺已逐渐找到更多合适的应用场合。目前,水辅注塑成型的聚酰胺制品,已应用作输送流体介质的汽车管道,其它的应用实例还有车门塑料拉手、以及车内用于搁置手臂的塑料部件。与气辅注塑工艺相比,水辅注塑工艺进一步缩短了成型周期,所以水辅注塑的开发成功,将会带来可观的经济效益。 相似文献

介绍了尼龙(聚酰胺)66熔融聚合、固态聚合和界面聚合等聚合技术的研究状况,分析总结了相关的研究思路和手段。以工业化应用转化为目标,指出熔融聚合单线产能提升有限,但工艺成熟稳定;固态聚合和界面聚合基础研究不足,但具有节能降耗和安全环保特征。针对我国尼龙66聚合技术研究和工业生产的实际,建议尼龙66聚合技术的研究,在借鉴先进的数学和计算机手段以及在现有工艺流程的基础上,进行模型化研究和过程强化技术开发并采用工业运行数据修正模型,借此指导工业生产和技术。 相似文献

Nylon 11 and Nylon 12 are commercially important polymers due to their unique combination of mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and processability. Products have been prepared from these polymers via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) for many years. Nevertheless, known diluents for Nylon 11 and 12 pose specific processing problems, and it would be desirable to find a diluent that allows low processing temperatures, has a high flash point, is inexpensive, and exhibits low toxicity. This work investigated a variety of alternative diluents not previously documented in the literature. A fundamental study was also performed to determine which factors are important in selecting a diluent for preparing Nylon liquid–liquid TIPS membranes. The information gathered in this study, including phase diagrams for all feasible systems investigated, will be important in shaping future formulation work for Nylon use in microporous membranes. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 介绍原捷克国家科学院无机合成研究所研制的一种新型MC尼龙催化剂DILAKTAMAT原理。该催化剂是由Na、Al和CH_3OCH_2CH_2OH在50.66 MPa、100℃下用H_2还原生成的NaAlH_2(OCH_2CH_2OCH_3)_2与己内酰胺反应合成的。采用DILAKTAMAT为主催化剂MDT为助催化剂生产的MC尼龙,在保留其他性能不变的条件下,具有较高的冲击强度,由一般MC尼龙的6.9kJ/m~2提高到30.5kJ/m~2。该MC尼龙主要用于铁路系统站区内信号绝缘用道夹板,以取代原有的钢制鱼尾板。 相似文献

The effects of plasma treatment conditions, such as supply power, treatment time, gases used in reactor, surface energy, water content, dialysis permeability, partition coefficient, diffusion coefficient, and free volume of Nylon 4 membranes, were studied. The solutes considered for dialysis system were NaCl, urea, and MgCl2. The permeabilities of NaCl and urea of membranes with plasma treated in argon at 80 W for 20 min are 5.57 × 10?5 and 5.89 × 10?5 cm2/min, respectively. Much higher permeabilities of NaCl and urea obtained by oxygen plasma-treated membranes under 20 W and for 20 min are 30.74 × 10?5 and 17.66 10?5 cm2/min, respectively, compared to that of untreated Nylon 4 membranes. 相似文献

The potential of a nylon 6 fiber was evaluated for composite applications involving rigid polyurethane systems. A study showed that the use of COMPET N, a nylon 6 based fiber surface treated to enhance wetout and adhesion, in an ISP polyurethane system results in composites with higher impact values and lower weight than those reinforced with glass fiber. A 2 percent loading of COMPET N matt increased impact values by more than 300 percent over an unreinforced control while a 3 percent loading of glass matt resulted in increases of less than 100 percent. A drop impact test showed COMPET N fabric reinforced composites to absorb twice as much energy as an unreinforced and glass reinforced composite without major damage. These advantages have also been observed in COMPET N/Glass hybrids, in which layer orientation can be used to produce composites with specific properties. Cut fiber reinforced composites were found to exhibit similar properties as fabric reinforced ones resulting in the commercialization of a canoe end cap containing cut nylon fiber. Additional property benefits such as improved impact fatigue and decreased stress cracking have also been observed in nylon 6 reinforced composites resulting in the consideration of these materials for a wide range of applications. 相似文献
