为提高遗传算法在水质模型参数优选中的计算精度和全局优化能力,利用混沌映射的遍历性和实编码遗传算法的全局优化性,通过在实码遗传算法初始群体中引进50%的混沌变量和50%的均匀随机变量,采用混沌变异,用进化得到的优秀个体群来逐步缩小搜索空间,提出了求解水质模型参数优选的一种新方法———混沌实码遗传算法(CRGA)。应用该方法对1~10个变量的非线性、多峰值测试函数进行了仿真。在收敛速度和全局优化方面,CRGA好于现有的标准二进制编码遗传算法和改进的遗传算法。将CRGA用于求解有关河流横向扩散系数的实际水质模型的参数优选问题,与实编码遗传算法、标准二进制编码遗传算法、传统直线图解法相比,CRGA精度高、收敛速度快。 相似文献

The optimization process of hydrogen liquefaction process is complex and time-consuming. In order to solve the above problems and improve the solving efficiency of the optimization process, this paper proposed the method of using parallel genetic algorithm combined with simulation software for optimization. Parallel genetic algorithm effectively overcomes the premature convergence of standard genetic algorithm and has strong global search ability. The parallel processing accelerates the optimization process by 2.01 times, and saves 50.22% of the time compared with the serial calculation. It not only improves the solving speed, but also improves the solving quality and the calculation performance. After optimization, the specific energy consumption of the system is reduced by 52.26%, the exergy loss is reduced by 49.81%, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the process performance of the system is improved. 在对换热网络分级超结构及其数学模型分析的基础上,对网络综合优化问题进行了研究.针对普通遗传算法及其它优化算法无法保证网络优化质量和效率的缺点,对遗传算法进行了改进,提出了换热网络隔代强制进化遗传算法。该方法将换热网络结构信息转化为种群中染色体信息,利用种群的进化实现网络结构的优化,在进化过程中使用隔代强制策略,使种群向更优方向稳步进化,保证各代优化结果的有效性,降低最优群体的生成代数,并利用最优个体保存技术记录优化过程中最佳换热网络结构。采用此方法对具体换热网络实例进行了优化综合,结果表明:隔代强制进化遗传算法能在网络优化过程中避免早熟收敛而陷入局部最小点的现象,使搜索质量和效率得到有效提高。用隔代强制进化遗传算法对有分流和无分流换热网络进行优化综合,均能获得综合性能良好的网络结构。 相似文献

A new genetic‐based algorithm (GA) for estimating synchronous machine parameters from frequency tests is presented in this paper. GAs are general search techniques based on biological concepts and are very suitable for solving optimization problems. The proposed method uses a set of digital measurements for the direct axis impedance magnitude and phase as functions of frequency for estimating both the d‐ and q‐axis parameters, such as direct reactance and time constants. The problem is formulated as an optimization problem and solved using the proposed method. Two different models along with different fitness functions are suggested to be used with the genetic algorithm. A practical example from the literature is used to test the proposed algorithm. The results obtained are compared with those given in the literature using other methods. The results and comparison show that the new algorithm is very applicable and highly accurate. A numerical procedure for hydrodynamic redesign of the conventional vaned diffuser into the low solidity vaned diffuser by means of a real-coded genetic algorithm with Boltzmann,Tournament and Roulette Wheel selection is presented.In the first part,an investigation on the relative efficiency of the different real-coded genetic algorithm is carried out on a typical mathematical test function.The real-coded genetic algorithm with Boltzmann selection shows the best optimization performance compared to the Tournament and Roulette Wheel selection.In the second part,an approach to redesign the vaned diffuser profile is introduced.Goal of the optimum design is to search the highest static pressure recovery coefficient and low solidity vaned diffuser.The result of the low solidity vaned diffuser optimum design confirms that the efficiency and optimization performance of the real-coded Boltzmann selection genetic algorithm outperforms the other selection methods.A comparison between the designed low solidity vaned diffuser and original vaned diffuser shows that the diffuser pump with the redesigned low solidity vaned diffuser has the higher static pressure recovery and improved total hydrodynamic performance.In addition,the smaller outlet diameter of designed vaned diffuser tends to a more compact size of diffuser pump compared to the original diffuser pump.The obtained results also demonstrate the real-coded Boltzmann selection genetic algorithm is a promising optimization algorithm for centrifugal pumps design. 相似文献

设计有效的机炉协调控制系统对提高热工自动化水平具有重要意义。针对火电机组的机炉控制系统,提出了一种基于遗传算法的多变量PID控制器参数优化方法。利用遗传算法提供的通用框架,在控制系统结构和控制器形式确定的情况下对控制参数进行全局优化。方法具有全局并行优化和面向目标函数的特点,与广义ZN整定方法相比的仿真研究表明,优化后的协调控制系统的动态性能有明显改善。并且客易扩展到其它控制方案下的参数优化,显示了方法的可行性和适用性。 相似文献

针对水库运用常规防洪调度进行洪水调度时,因对规则的合理性描述不足而限制了其应用的问题,根据水库不同防洪对象的精细程度要求,结合预见期内水库预报最大洪水和实时水位,拟定分级防洪预报调度规则,建立带有惩罚机制的防洪调度规则参数优化模型,并提出改进遗传算法求解该模型,即通过混沌算法、混沌变异操作与适应度差值进化改善初始种群质量、提高算法局部与全局搜索能力,实现参数控制的防洪预报调度规则。实例应用表明,综合改进遗传算法较其他遗传算法优化性能有一定提高,防洪预报调度优化规则的调度结果优于常规调度规则,为防洪调度规则的合理应用提供了一种有效方法。 相似文献
