在汽车机加工行业,需要进行位置度检测的汽车零部件很多,如发动机零件:缸体、缸盖、主轴承盖、排气管、飞轮、曲轴法兰孔;车桥零件:前轮毂、制动毂、制动盘、转向节、横梁座、后臂及变速箱壳体等等,其表面布满了空间孔系,相关孔系之间的位置尺寸及位置度必须得到保证,才能满足装配的互换性要求。为了保证这些空间孔系位置的加工精度,我们对以上各零件的每道加工工序都编辑了三坐标自动测量程序,大大方便了生产车间、工艺部门、维修部门、质量部门对产品质量的监控、生产设备的调整。几年来我们充分利用三坐标测量位置度的特点,基于最大值极小化思想,采用对平面扎系实体最大位置偏差要素进行跟随优化处理的方法,解决了一系列生产中遇到的零件的位置度加工和测量问题,挽救了许多濒临报废的零件,为公司产生了巨大的经济效益。 相似文献

在装配作业中,最典型且最广泛的工作模式是轴孔类零件的精密装配,为提高生产效率,缩短装配周期,适应现代化大批量生产的需要,国内外公司都在推广使用由装配机器人构成的自动化装配系统。装配方向也由手工化、刚性化向自动化、柔性化方向发展。某型产品由于工艺上的要求,需要采用水平装配的方式在保证质量的前提下提高效率。在国内,水平装配由于其装配过程扰动多,相关研究少,成为一大技术难题。本项研究做了一个缩比实验,分析了位置、姿态、速度等对装配效果的影响,为轴孔水平装配的顺利进行提供了理论基础和数据支持。 相似文献

针对某装备轴孔空间精密对接问题,提出了适用于三维阶梯轴孔非接触式装配的新方法。在装配过程中,借助绝对臂测量机建立系统的统一坐标系,构建了轴孔全行程间隙最小值最大化模型,并以此为目标提出一种高效率的目标寻优算法——邻域搜索法,从而确定最佳装配位姿。设计了一种6自由度混联机器人,运用螺旋理论计算其自由度,通过解析法构建系统位置正解;利用优化后的姿态参数进行姿态变换,最终完成三维阶梯轴孔非接触式精密装配对接。仿真和试验证明该方法可靠,并可有效应用于工业阶梯轴孔装配。 相似文献

In this paper we address the problem of scheduling n assembly operations with in-tree constraints on m unrelated parallel workstations in flexible assembly systems, which we call the assembly operation scheduling problem (AOSP). No preemption of assembly operations is allowed and the primary objective is to minimize the maximum completion time. This problem is equivalent to R|tree|Cmax. For this notorious NP-hard problem, four heuristic algorithms including decomposition (DECOMP), earliest completion time (ECT), shortest processing time (SPT), and earliest starting time(EST) heuristic are proposed and their performances are comparatively investigated. DECOMP uses a decomposition technique to practically solve this problem. The assembly operation tree is decomposed and then AOSP is reduced to a set of subproblems of R||Cmax and R,rj|ri|Cmax. Two efficient heuristics were proposed for the reduced subproblems. The other three heuristics basically use the machine selection rules to determine the machine for processing the current operation. Of these heuristics, DECOMP showed the best performance in terms of quality of schedule. Computational results show that all the proposed algorithms except the EST heuristic perform quite well in terms of both quality of solution and computation time. 相似文献

Quality of a product is based on the quality of the mating parts. When the parts are assembled interchangeably, the assembly variation will be the sum of the component tolerances. If the assembly variation is to be less than the sum of the component tolerances, selective assembly is the only solution. In conventional selective assembly, the corresponding selective groups are assembled. In this paper, selective group combinations for assembling the mating parts is obtained using particle swarm optimization (PSO). The combination obtained has resulted in an appreciable reduction in assembly variation. The proposed algorithm has been demonstrated for a linear assembly, which consists of three components having equal dimensional distributions. The assembly variation obtained by interchangeable assembly is 36 μm. By implementing the proposed method, the assembly variations are reduced from 36 to 7.2 μm. However, this algorithm can be extended for assemblies with more number of components and with different dimensional distributions. 相似文献

为提高复杂产品装配规划的效率,针对当前装配模型不能有效支持结构重构的问题,分析了重构对装配模型中信息变更的影响,提出了一种基于装配关系元的装配关系模型表达方法,实现了装配模型中关系信息和层次信息的柔性关联,进一步给出了可重构装配模型的信息组织方法和存储机制。在引入相关重构算法概念的基础上,给出了装配模型信息动态管理维护算法,以保证装配模型信息在重构前后的完整性与一致性。通过产品实例说明了上述研究成果的可行性和实用性。 相似文献

Peroxisomes are essential organelles that may be involved in various functions, dependent on organism, cell type, developmental stage of the cell, and the environment. Until recently, peroxisomes were viewed as a class of static organelles that developed by growth and fission from pre-existing organelles. Recent observations have challenged this view by providing evidence that peroxisomes may be part of the endomembrane system and constitute a highly dynamic population of organelles that arises and is removed upon environmental demands. Additionally, evidence is now accumulating that peroxisomes may arise by alternative methods. This review summarizes relevant recent data on this subject. In order to solve the problem, an interactive assembly tool planning based on assembly semantic model is proposed. After detailed analysis on assembly tool planning in virtual environment, an improved assembly semantic model is represented, and a new assembly tool model is developed based on assembly semantic model. With the help of assembly semantic processing method, such as recognition, solving, navigation and so on, a series methods including assembly tool selection, orientation, manipulation are proposed for interactive assembly tool planning in virtual environment.
