基于45#调质钢齿轮滚滑副和45#淬火钢销/45#调质钢滑动副的大量磨合试验结果,分析了钢质摩擦副在微-纳米磨合油中油液温度、摩擦副表面性质和磨合平衡状态机制,以及磨合平衡状态的判定方法。研究结果表明:微米尺度的磨料对磨合磨损主要起到磨粒磨损的作用,纳米尺度的磨料对磨合磨损表面起到填充、嵌入和熔融作用,以及加剧粘着磨损作用。微米和纳米尺度的磨料混合在一起,在不同工况条件下,或对磨合磨损起到促进作用,或起到延缓作用。磨合完成后,摩擦副表面几何、物理和化学性质都可以得到有效改进。磨合平衡状态时各工况参数都趋于稳定状态,这些参数直接反映磨合磨损平衡状态,可以用来判定磨合磨损状态。 相似文献

基于Archard磨损模型,建立高分子复合材料齿轮磨损量模型;分析黏弹性体高分子复合材料齿轮的啮合特性,探讨高分子复合材料齿轮磨损量测量原理。设计了一种高分子复合材料齿轮磨损量测量系统,该系统的测试原理是,通过单铰链支撑的悬臂梁和枢轴箱对齿轮动态加载,使齿轮轮齿表面发生磨损从而导致枢轴箱发生旋转,通过位移传感器测量枢轴箱的偏转角,然后由建立的偏转角与齿轮磨损量之间的关系模型计算得到磨损量。在设计的测试系统上对尼龙66齿轮进行疲劳磨损实验,实验结果和理论模型计算结果基本吻合,既验证了理论模型的正确性,也为高分子复合材料齿轮磨损测试提供了一种新方法。 相似文献

重型车辆原地转向阻力矩是影响其转向系统设计与控制性能的关键参数之一,精确可靠的阻力矩模型对提升转向驱动系统的设计水平、稳定性与控制能力有重要作用。为建立可精确复现实际转向工况的阻力矩模型,将轮胎转向时胎面单元变形产生的弹性迟滞摩擦力与Maxwell迟滞模型结合,提出考虑轮胎迟滞行为的原地转向阻力矩模型,可对轮胎任意换向下的阻力矩进行有效预测。基于重型车辆单轴转向系统测试台,试验探究转向频率、转向角幅值和垂直载荷对阻力矩的影响规律;基于典型迟滞行为设计系统转向角输入,明确原地转向阻力矩模型对擦除特性、多值特性、同余特性和返回点记忆性的复现能力与其实际迟滞行为。试验结果表明,该模型可以复现擦除特性、同余特性和多值特性的典型迟滞行为,这与标准迟滞系统一致,具有普遍性,但重型车辆转向阻力矩在返回点记忆特性上存在特殊性,即仅在轮胎回转角大于蓄力角度时才表现出良好的返回点记忆特性。综上可为重型车辆原地转向阻力矩研究提供有价值的模型参考。 相似文献

This article presents the measured static characteristics for five tilting-pad journal bearings with a range of preload factors. The bearings had five shoes with static forces applied both on the pad and between pads. The journal diameter was 70 mm, with a length-to-diameter ratio of 0.75, a pivot offset ratio of 0.50, and a nominal assembled radial clearance of 81.3 μm. The rocker-backed pads have nominal radial machined clearances of 176.8, 114.3, 91.4, 73.7, and 61.0 μm. These clearances constitute a range of preloads from ?0.333 to 0.540. Most tilting pad bearings are intentionally designed with positive preloads, although with pivot wear and/or pad and pivot distortion or machining tolerances, bearings can operate with zero or negative preloads. Measured results for bearings with negative preload factors have not previously been available. Measurements reported here were made for a variety of speed-load conditions encompassing a Sommerfeld number of 0.1 to 4.5. The measured parameters are eccentricity magnitude, attitude angle, film thickness, and temperatures sufficient to define thermal boundary conditions. Also measured are oil supply pressure, flow rate, and on-shaft pressure profiles. The focus of the work presented herein is to quantify the influence of preload on film thickness, maximum pad temperature, and eccentricity magnitude and attitude angle. Measurements showed preload had a moderate influence on operating eccentricity but not on attitude angle. Negative preloads resulted in the greatest temperature rise, although all temperature rises were relatively small. 相似文献

针对最小二乘的旋转平均方法对粗差敏感,求解影像旋转参数不够精确的问题,提出了一种稳健的旋转平均方法。先利用李群和李代数之间的映射关系,将旋转矩阵的乘积运算简化为李代数中的减法运算,推导出旋转平均迭代解算的线性化方程;然后利用L1范数优化和迭代加权最小二乘相结合的方法求解全局一致旋转最优解;最后采用迭代策略剔除粗差,得到精确的旋转矩阵。实验结果表明,与传统最小二乘方法相比,提出方法的旋转参数求解精度更高,稳健性更好,用于三维重建可以得到更密集均匀的点云,重建完整性更好。旋转平均的精度优于0.15度,计算时间不超过0.31s,光束法平差后,重投影误差在1.3个像素以内。基本满足快速稳健三维重建的要求。 相似文献

This work presents a novel approach of sliding ball-on-disk wear tests where the disc material is investigated. Each part of the wear track on the disc is in discontinuous contact with the counterbody. The contact frequency at each part of the wear track on the disc with the counterbody is defined by the rotation frequency of the disc. The sliding speed is however a function of both the rotation frequency and wear track diameter. In this work, the effect of the contact frequency on friction and wear was investigated on carbon steel in discontinuous sliding contact with corundum balls. Various sliding speeds were used while maintaining the contact frequency at a fixed value, and various contact frequencies were applied at constant sliding speeds.The wear rate of the disk material is shown to depend not only on the usual wear test parameters, namely sliding speed and contact load, but also on contact frequency. Moreover, contact frequency is shown to be a key factor determining the wear mode even at constant sliding speed and load. At contact frequencies above 9 Hz, the dominant wear mechanism is oxidational wear, while at frequencies below 4 Hz the dominant wear mechanism is adhesive wear. This transition from adhesive to oxidational wear takes place together with a change in the type of debris generated and in the value of the coefficient of friction.The validity of the Garcia-Ramil-Celis model proposed earlier for discontinous sliding contact conditions, is demonstrated for the case of carbon steel disks sliding against a chemically inert counterbody. 相似文献

The efficiency of the grinding operation is highly dependent on the grinding wheel surface topography. Several methods for the evaluation of the grinding wheel surface have been developed in the last few years. In some of these methods, the grinding wheel has to be removed from the machine for an evaluation using a microscope or a profilometer. Some other methods are able to measure the topography at the grinding machine, but they do not give detailed information about grain distribution and wear. This paper shows a new method to map the grinding wheel surface. The proposed system is based on an optical scanner capable of measuring the light beam reflected from the wear flat areas on the abrasive grains over the whole wheel peripheral surface. The Mapping System for Grinding Wheels (MSGW) is able to acquire data with the wheel running at the work speed (30 m/s)and the measurement carried out on the grinding machine without stopping. The system is applied on a surface grinding operation where an Alj03grinding wheel is used. The results show that the system can be used to map the wear flats at the grinding wheel surface and also to analyze the wear phenomena efficiently. 相似文献

利用有限元法对枢轴宝石轴承的接触应力进行对比分析 ,完成了结构参数的优选设计 ,通过高速摩擦磨损机试验验证其在高速下的有效性。研究表明 ,与球头半径小于球窝半径的传统型枢轴宝石轴承相比 ,新型双弧面球头结构不仅可大幅度降低接触应力 ,减小 pv值 ,同时可克服高速运行时带来的二次磨料磨损问题 ;随着双弧面中心半径从小至大的变化 ,接触应力呈现出由小至大 ,再由大至小的变化过程 ;球头双弧面相交圆直径增大 ,球头的接触应力呈下降变化趋势。 相似文献
