开展“订单式”培养的创新实践

人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,"订单式"培养是高等职业院校实现"工学结合""校企合作",从根本上解决人才市场供需矛盾,实现高职学院又好又快发展的有效途径。山东工业职业学院在不断创新"订单式"培养理论和实践的基础上,走出了一条可持续发展的办学之路。     

钳工专业校企合作培养实用技能人才教学方法探讨

校企合作订单式培养是职业学校钳工专业技能发展的必由之路.在钳工专业教学中,根据企业实际生产需求和校企合作培养实用技能人才的要求,坚持以管用、实用为原则,提高学生综合操作技能,适应企业生产需要.本文结合校企合作订单式培养班的教学实例,对钳工专业校企合作教学方法进行探讨研究.     

略论订单式人才培养——以苏宁电器股份有限公司为例

订单式人才培养模式是企业发展的迫切需求,也是学校明确办学定位,解决学生就业的需要,是企业、学校及学生多方共赢的选择.本文以广州工程技术职业学院与苏宁电器股份有限公司订单式人才培养为例,阐述了订单式人才培养实践中,以能力为本位基于工作过程课程体系设计,以学生为学习主体,打破学科知识体系,重新按照工作过程安排知识点,在教学中体现职业性、实践性学习情境设计的方法.订单式人才培养模式不仅解决学生就业和生存问题,同时平衡好学生长远发展问题,唤醒学生的力量,培养他们自我学习的主动性,抽象的归纳力和理解力,帮助学生从容面对未来不可预知的环境.

一、"订单式培养"的提出 近几年,我国的职业教育在国家政策大力支持、人才市场需求旺盛的大好形势下得到了蓬勃发展.可是在人才供需方面却一直存在着比较突出的矛盾.这个矛盾不仅仅体现在某些学校或某些专业毕业生的供不应求或供过于求上,还体现在学校提供的学生不适应企业用人的需求上.

山东工业职业学院经过几年“订单式”培养教学的实践，走出了一条校企联合办学成功之路。学院步入了快速、高效、可持续发展的轨道，同时也充分体现了“为学生就业服务，为企业发展服务”的办学思想。本文阐述了“订单式”培养的实施情况，并对在“订单式”培养教学的组织过程中需要注意的问题作了分析。

黑龙江工程学院高度重视校企合作,不断深化校企合作改革,搭建平台,成立了校企合作组织机构——产学合作委员会和产学合作办公室。探索校企合作模式,依托行业,加强校外实习基地建设,与国际大公司共建实验室和人才培养基地,校企联合开展"订单式"培养,与行业企业联合办专业,与行业企业开展"职业资质认证"合作,形成了多元化的校企合作机制。     

在中小学音乐教学中发展学生音乐创造思维

音乐教育的目的并不单纯只是为了培养音乐家,更是为了培养和提高人的素养.音乐课相应则通过音乐教学教会学生如何正确地利用音乐鉴赏美、表现美和创造美的一种教育教学活动.因此,音乐教育应贯彻以"创造"为主题的教育思想去挖掘学生的创作潜力;教育者应本着以"创造"为主题的教育思想去挖掘学生的创作潜能,发展学生的创造性思维.

本文针对高职教育"重技能、轻人文"的必需南也门职人才人文素质下降的现象,提出高职教育中应加强学生人文素质的培养,从而培养出全面发展的高素质人才.     

Stress testing with ST-segment depression at rest. An angiographic correlation

Synthesis of protein and amino acids by the thermotolerant yeast Candida tropicalis K-41 was studied at various temperatures of cultivation during growth on media with hydrocarbons in conditions of continuous cultivation. The content of protein in the cells decreased by 6% with an increase in growth temperature by 10 degrees C (from 29 to 39 degrees C) while excretion of free amino acids into the medium increased. The cultural broth of the cells grown at 39 degrees C contained up to 8 amino acids, with alanine, aspartic acid, serine and glycine prevailing. The content of amino acids which liberated into the medium decreased in the intracellular pool. However, the total amount of free amino acids in the system "cell--medium" remained constant at various temperatures of cultivation. Synthesis of free amino acids does not presumably limit total synthesis of protein by the yeast.     

T cell receptor V beta repertoire in an acute infection of rhesus monkeys with simian immunodeficiency viruses and a chimeric simian-human immunodeficiency virus

The minimal concentration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which could be detected with spectrophotometry, HPLC and luciferin-luciferase methods was 1.0 microM, 3.3 microM and 100 nM, respectively. In submerged cultivation, most Streptomyces rimosus TM-55 was in hyphae fragment form at 65 h, became short-rod mycelia at 166 h, and lysed at 504 h incubation. The ATP content had maximal value at 24 h, then gradually decreased during cultivation. The oxytetracycline potency increased as incubation occurred, had maximal potency 178.9 micrograms/ml at 166 h, and then gradually decreased. Morphogenesis was very important in oxytetracycline production in submerged cultivation of Streptomyces; short-rod mycelia had high oxytetracycline production.     

中职语文应用写作教学的困境及对策

应用写作是中职语文教学的重要内容,应用写作能力是应用型人才综合职业能力培养的重要组成部分.从教师和学生两方面分析了中职语文应用写作教学面临的三个主要问题,并提出以能力培养为导向,从教学观念、方式和手段等三方面进行改革,摆脱目前的困境,确立应用写作教学在中职生综合职业能力培养体系中的重要地位.     

Communicating do-not-resuscitate orders with a computer-based system

BACKGROUND: Do-not-resuscitate (DNR) orders for critically ill patients are frequently miscommunicated between attending physicians, house staff, and nurses. A computer-based system was developed to improve the communication of a procedure-specific DNR order form. METHODS: Concordance of understanding of patients' DNR status was measured with the use of unstructured DNR orders (period 1), procedure-specific DNR order forms (period 2), and procedure-specific DNR order forms administered with a computer-based communication system (period 3). The 3 components of the DNR order assessed were (1) the clinical events to which the DNR order applied, (2) whether the DNR order withheld all elements of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and (3) whether other treatments were to be withheld. RESULTS: For the 147 patients, the computer-based system in period 3 (n = 71) improved concordance for attending physicians and nurses or residents for all 3 of the DNR components compared with period 1 (n = 40) and some of the DNR components compared with period 2 (n = 36). Concordance was "substantial" or "almost perfect" as measured by the K statistic during period 3. The proportion of agreement for the composite of all 3 components of the DNR order increased during each period (P<.001, period 3 vs period 1). Overall agreement between all caregivers for the composite DNR order also improved from period 1 (22.2%) to period 2 (47.8%) and period 3 (61.9%; P<.001 vs period 1). Errors in order entry were detected by physicians because of the computer system and corrected in 9.9% of DNR orders in period 3. Progress note documentation of DNR status did not improve during period 3. The procedures of period 3 were considered acceptable by the physician and nursing staff. CONCLUSION: A computer-based system combined with a procedure-specific DNR order form improves communication of patients' DNR status in a critical care setting.     

"Development and validation of a brief form of the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire": Correction to Patrick et al. (2002).

Reports an error in "Development and validation of a brief form of the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire" by Christopher J. Patrick, John J. Curtin and Auke Tellegen (Psychological Assessment, 2002[Jun], Vol 14[2], 150-163). On page 154, in Table 1, the MPQ-BF column for the "Has a happy disposition" item (second row) under the Wellbeing scale incorrectly reads "26, 97, 31, 104." The correct numbers are 26, 97, 32, 104. (The following abstract of the original article appeared in record 2002-13339-004.) The Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (MPQ; A. Tellegen, 1982, in press) provides for a comprehensive analysis of personality at both the lower order trait and broader structural levels. Its higher order dimensions of Positive Emotionality, Negative Emotionality, and Constraint embody affect and temperament constructs, which have been conceptualized in psychobiological terms. The MPQ thus holds considerable potential as a structural framework for investigating personality across varying levels of analysis, and this potential would be enhanced by the availability of an abbreviated version. This article describes efforts to develop and validate a brief (155-item) form, the MPQ-BF. Success was evidenced by uniformly high correlations between the brief- and full-form trait scales and consistency of higher order structures. Visits to a small coastal communities of Northern Norway by a doctor and a health insurance officer

Most difficulties with intravenous fluid charting are due to the inability to identify which bottle/bag on the balance sheet corresponds to the bottle/bag on the order sheet. These can be eliminated by allocating every bottle/bag a number in sequence and charting intravenous fluids in START and FINISH columns against a time scale. Accumulation of the Running Total minimises arithmetical errors as only two numbers are added together on any one occasion. A definitive balance form and order sheet, printed on both sides of a single sheet of A4 paper illustrates the "B Number" method with a reasonably complicated example of fluid balance.     

The formation of polytwinned structures in FePt and FePd alloys

• 1.1. The polytwinned structures in the FePt and FePd alloys derived from a nucleation and growth process in which the coherent ordered regions form aligned particle arrangements under the influence of the elastic strain energy. The impingement and coalescence of the ordered particles to form twin related structural domains give rise to a high density of APB's within the twin plates.
• 2.2. The nuclei form as disks along the {110} planes of the cubic matrix and these nuclei may merge with an order parameter or c/a ratio less than the equilibrium value but as the strain energy of the system relaxes the c/a ratio approaches equilibrium.
• 3.3. The polytwinned structure undergo a coarsening process under the mutual influence of the strain and surface energies analogous to “discontinuous coarsening” of lamellar two-phase aggregates resulting from cellular phase separation.

     

Human services, professionals and the paradox of institutional reform

The inadequacies and injustices of human services and their resistance to reform are generally attributed to the vested interests of the professions and bureaucracies that control them. We look beyond these factors to the beliefs that underly them. We argue that the dominance of professionals and bureaucratic organization in human services is perpetuated by the belief that the social problems of mass society can be solved best by science in the form of professional expertise and by "scientific management" in the form of bureaucratic organization of services. This uncritical belief in science perpetuates a system that victimizes both professionals and laypersons. We suggest how this situation can be changed and what social policies would be necessary in order to foster such change.     

Evaluation of the Respiralex test for rapid isolation of Streptococcus pyogenes directly from throat swabs

Results obtained by fast Respiraplex test were compared with findings of classical method of cultivation in order to assess possibilities of this test in isolation of Streptococcus pyogenes directly in the throat swab. The sensitivity of the fast test was 79.4%; specificity 100%. On the basis of gathered results, the following can be concluded: the fast test cannot completely substitute the classic method of cultivation although high specificity occurs, because of low sensitivity especially in patients with small number of colonies in the culture.     

Formation of a resting form of Bacillus cereus and Micrococcus luteus

Under certain cultivation conditions, the bacteria Bacillus cereus and Micrococcus luteus form cystlike refractive cells (up to 60% of the total number) that retain viability over a long time, are metabolically inactive and thermotolerant and possess specific ultrastructure. These properties allow them to be attributed to a new type of resting forms of microorganisms.
