在一个半连续式反应器中采用硫化钠溶液吸收低浓度的SO2 气体 ,随着SO2 吸收量的增加 ,吸收液中pH值的变化出现两次突降 ,表现为三阶段模式。pH值第二次突降后的第三阶段吸收液失去完全吸收SO2 的能力。SO2 吸收的增强因子的变化范围为 :2 2 9 6 9× 10 -10 C-2H i 1 1× 10 -2 C-1H i- (6 9×10 -10 C-2H l 1 1× 10 -2 C-1H l)CSO2 lCSO2 i< <2 2 9 6 9× 10 -10 C-2H i 1 1× 10 -2 C-1H l,结合Gianni根据增强因子大小判断气体吸收的传质阻力控制步骤的分析 ,得出在本研究体系中 ,当吸收液pH >3 4 6时硫化钠溶液吸收低浓度的SO2 气体的过程为气侧传质阻力控制。这一结论正好与实验相符。  相似文献

为控制大气SO2污染,各国科技人员先后开发了200多种烟气脱硫技术,比较常用的有石灰石-石膏法、催化氧化法、吸附法等。综合考虑经济和技术问题,比较适合我国的方法有:石灰作吸收剂的SDA系统、托普索湿法硫酸工艺、活性炭-磷铵法等。SDA脱硫渣可与磷石膏一起制水泥和硫酸。各企业应因地制宜,选用技术先进、经济合理、操作简单、可有效控制污染的脱硫工艺。  相似文献

煤层气是一种优质能源,但目前我国煤层气利用率仅30%左右,主要受限于利用方式单一,煤层气提浓正在发展成一种新的重要利用方式。文章比较了目前的煤层气提浓技术,分析了其技术优势和缺点。为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本研究通过集成现有技术,提出溶液法吸收法分离低浓度煤层气的工艺,并具有安全性高,能耗及成本较低的优势。  相似文献

硫化钠溶液吸收-还原硫法是湿法烟气脱硫中具有良好应用前景的新方法。烟气中NOx与SO2往往同时存在,可能会对该工艺造成影响,为此,本文就NOx对该吸收液中S2-、HSO3-、S2O32-以及SO42-含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,NOx不仅与吸收剂Na2S发生反应,造成吸收剂的消耗,还会对脱硫产物的种类和含量产生影响,并且NO2的浓度越高,对其影响越大。NO2的存在会促进SO42-的生成,并在酸性条件下抑制HSO3-和S2O32-的生成。  相似文献

Absorption of sulfur dioxide accompanied by reversible reaction in dimethylaniline has been studied using a short falling-film apparatus. Solutions of the amine in kerosene were used for this purpose. The effects of gas and liquid concentrations, contact time and temperature on the rate of absorption were investigated. Reaction equilibrium constant values were obtained at different temperatures from separate measurement of solubility of sulfur dioxide gas in kerosene as well as in dimethylaniline solutions. The heat of reaction was also calculated from these data. The absorption data could be satisfactorily interpreted by using the penetration theory of mass transfer with simultaneous pseudofirst order chemical reaction. The rate equations for the forward and reverse reactions were established.  相似文献

The combined absorption of NO and SO2 into the Fe(II)-ethylenediamineteraacetate(EDTA) solution has been realized. Activated carbon is used to catalyze the reduction of FeIII-EDTA to FeII-EDTA to maintain the ability to remove NO with the Fe-EDTA solution. The reductant is the sulfite/bisulfite ions produced by SO2 dissolved into the aqueous solution. Experiments have been performed to determine the effects of activated carbon of coconut shell, pH value, temperature of absorption and regeneration, O2 partial pressure, sulfite/bisulfite and chloride concentration on the combined elimination of NO and SO2 with FeII-EDTA solution coupled with the FeII-EDTA regeneration catalyzed by activated carbon. The experimental results indicate that NO removal efficiency increases with activated carbon mass. There is an optimum pH of 7.5 for this process. The NO removal efficiency increases with the liquid flow rate but it is not necessary to increase the liquid flow rate beyond 25 ml min?1. The NO removal efficiency decreases with the absorption temperature as the temperature is over 35 °C. The Fe2+ regeneration rate may be speeded up with temperature. The NO removal efficiency decreases with O2 partial pressure in the gas streams. The NO removal efficiency is enhanced with the sulfite/bisulfite concentration. Chloride does not affect the NO removal. Ca(OH)2 and MgO slurries have little influence on NO removal. High NO and SO2 removal efficiencies can be maintained at a high level for a long period of time with this heterogeneous catalytic process.  相似文献

Using a sonochemical reactor designed by the authors,the process of removing sulfur dioxide from cit- rate solution simulating the flue gas desulfurization was studied.The influence of ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic power,reaction temperature,stirring speed,inert gases,initial concentration of sulfur dioxide and concentration of citrate on the efficiency of sulfur dioxide desorption,the stability of citrate solution and the concentration of sulfate radical was examined systematically.By comparing the desorption of sulfur dioxide with and without ultrasonifica- tion,it was concluded that(1)lower ultrasonic frequency results in a better degassing efficiency;(2)the use of ul- trasonification in desorbing sulfur dioxide from citrate solution improves the desorbing efficiency in some condi- tions,without changing the essence of chemical reactions;(3)sparging inert gas into the liquid can lower the vis- cosity of solution and the cavitating threshold,and raise the desorption efficiency.These results demonstrate a technical way for deep desorption of sulfur dioxide and provide the fundamental data for future industrial disposal of sulfur dioxide.  相似文献

为了深入研究钠石灰动态吸附CO2的规律特性,更好地将钠石灰用于地下工程空气环境保障工程实践,进行了钠石灰动态吸附CO2的测试实验,测得了钠石灰的最大吸附效率,通过控制不同的环境参数来探究环境因素对于钠石灰动态吸附CO2效率和吸附速率的影响,实验选取了温度和相对湿度两个变量因素,设置了4组不同的环境参数。通过实验可得出结论:相对湿度和温度对于钠石灰动态吸附CO2的效率和速率都有影响,并且呈正相关,其中相对湿度的影响要强于温度,在等温不等湿时的最大动态吸附效率差达到6%,最大平均吸附速率差达281 mL/min;钠石灰对CO2的动态吸附稳定,不易出现解吸附,适合用于地下工程中消除CO2。  相似文献

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is currently removed from gaseous effluents by chemical scrubbing using water. Chlorine is a top-grade oxidant, reacting with H2S with a fast kinetic rate and enhancing its mass transfer rate. To design, optimize and scale-up scrubbers, knowledge of the reaction kinetics and mechanism is requested. This study investigates the H2S oxidation rate by reactive absorption in a mechanically agitated gas–liquid reactor. Mass transfer (gas and liquid sides mass transfer coefficients) and hydrodynamic (interfacial area) performances of the gas–liquid reactor were measured using appropriated physical or chemical absorption methods. The accuracy of these parameters was checked by modeling the H2S absorption in water without oxidant. A sensitivity analysis confirmed the robustness of the model. Finally, reactive absorption of H2S in chlorine solution for acidic or circumneutral pH allowed to investigate the kinetics of reaction. The overall oxidation mechanism could be described assuming that H2S is oxidized irreversibly by both hypochlorite anion ClO (k = 6.75 × 106 L mol−1 s−1) and hypochlorous acid ClOH (k = 1.62 × 105 L mol−1 s−1).  相似文献
