根据小波分析多尺度空间的相关性,在模极大值边缘检测的基础上提出一种新的图像边缘检测方法.该方法不需要对图像进行预处理就能较精确的检测出图像的边缘.取相邻尺度的小波系数相乘进行相关计算,在抑制噪声的同时提高边缘的定位精度.方法快捷,算法简便,克服了直接对图像进行模极大值边缘检测造成的误差.实验结果表明,该方法得到了满意的效果. 相似文献

为了提高全方向M型心动图运动曲线检测效果,根据多尺度分析的思想,提出一种基于Contourlet变换的边缘检测算法.首先利用基于局部熵的算法对图像进行检测尺度的划分,然后在单一尺度空间上借鉴小波模极大值检测思想对图像边缘进行提取,最后利用补偿连接方法融合不同尺度空间下的边缘曲线,以得到最佳的运动曲线.实验结果表明,该算法可以对心动图运动曲线从粗分辨率到细分辨率进行连续逼近,检测效果良好. 相似文献

如何有效地增强图像边缘信息,消除图像的噪声是图像处理和计算机视觉研究中的基本问题。利用多尺度二进小波变换,对2维噪声图像进行了研究,提出了能量回归尺度空间滤波方法。利用一些图像进行了数值实验,实验结果表明,能量回归尺度空间滤波法可以较好地保留图像边缘特征,较多地去除噪声。与典型的小波萎缩去噪方法:“硬阈值”滤波法、“软阈值”滤波法相比较,能量回归滤波算法的峰值信噪比(PSNR)提高了2~3dB,从而证实了能量回归尺度空间滤波方法具有良好的去噪性能。 相似文献

针对煤矿井下岩层监视监控系统中图像边缘检测的问题,提出了采用小波变换进行煤矿井下岩层图像的边缘检测处理.综述图像边缘检测的方法,分析了基于小波变换模极大值的图像边缘检测方法.即首先将图像进行多尺度分解,以获得对图像不同结构特征的描述,进而在各个尺度下通过观测其小波系数模的变化规律检测出不同细节成分的边缘特征.研究结果表明,基于小波变换的图像边缘检测算法能够较好地检测煤矿井下锚杆钻孔内图像中的细节特征,取得了明显的效果. 相似文献

研究图像边缘优化检测问题.针对图像边缘信息被噪声污染影响定位精度,经典的边缘检测方法Canny算法中的高斯平滑函数边缘定位精确度较低,导致图像缓变边缘信息丢失和假边缘的现象.为去除虚假边缘,在Canny最优边缘检测准则下,提出引入了渐进最优的B样条小波函数,采用小波变换应用于图像边缘检测中的基于模极大值的方法,并结合Kmeans聚类的自适应双阈值方法进行图像边缘检测仿真.仿真结果表明,改进的算法改善了噪声干扰情况下图像边缘提取效果,有效提高了边缘检测的准确性,得到较高的边缘检测图像质量,可为设计提供依据. 相似文献

Extracting reliable image edge information is crucial for active contour models as well as vascular segmentation in magnetic
resonance angiography (MRA). However, conventional edge detection techniques, such as gradient-based methods and wavelet-based
methods, are incapable of returning reliable detection responses from low contrast edges in the images. In this paper, we
propose a novel edge detection method by combining B-spline wavelet magnitude with standard deviation inside local region.
It is proved theoretically and demonstrated experimentally in this paper that the new edge detection method, namely BWLSD,
is able to give consistent and reliable strengths for edges with different image contrasts. Moreover, the relationship between
the size of local region with non-zero wavelet magnitudes and the scale of wavelet function is established. This relationship
indicates that if the scale of the adopted wavelet function is s, then the size of a local region, from which the standard deviation is estimated, should be 2s−1. The proposed edge detection technique is embedded in FLUX, namely, BWLSD-FLUX, for vascular segmentation in MRA image
volumes. Experimental results on clinical images show that, as compared with the conventional FLUX, BWLSD-FLUX can achieve
better segmentations of vasculatures in MRA images under same initial conditions. 相似文献

本文对LOG算子边缘检测方法的性能进行了分析和评价。针对LOG算子的缺陷,提出了选择性平滑方式清除图像中的椒盐噪声;提出了依据图像灰度的一阶导数极大值和二阶导数零穿相结合的边缘检测方法,抑制了图像中的大部分其它噪声,并保持了边缘定位精度;还通过用图像灰度共生矩阵的惯性矩特征值自适应调整高斯空间系数和边缘检测阈值,实现了图像边缘的自动提取。实践证明该方法具备有效性和实用性。 相似文献

This paper presents a new scale space-based method to extract edges in gray level images. The method is based on a novel representation of gray-level shape called the scale-spectrum space. The scale space representation is used to describe an image at different scales. In order to obtain the original image edges, an edge detector is applied to each simplified image on the corresponding scale. At best, some form of compromise among the edges at different scale levels may be sought. To overcome this problem, we present a stability criterion to combine edges obtained at different scales. Usual problems in edge detection such as displacement, redundancy and error are analyzed and solved using a realistic estimation of displacement of points across scale space. The proposed approach suppress the finer details without weakening or dislocating the larger scale edges (the usual problems of edge detection using an isotropic diffusion procedure) in an improved manner compared to anisotropic diffusion procedures because a tuning function is not required. The proposed methodology is biologically inspired by the behavior of visual cortex neurones as well as retinal cells. 相似文献

Explores the role of reasoning in early vision processing. In particular, the problem of detecting edges is addressed. The authors do not try to develop another edge detector, but rather, they study an edge detector rigorously to understand its behavior well enough to formulate a reasoning process that allow appliance of the detector judiciously to recover useful information. They present a multiscale reasoning algorithm for edge recovery: reasoning about edges in scale space (RESS). The knowledge in RESS is acquired from the theory of edge behavior in scale space and represented by a number of procedures. RESS recovers desired edge curves through a number of reasoning processes on zero crossing images at various scales. The knowledge of edge behavior in scale space enables RESS to select proper scale parameters, recover missing edges, eliminate noise or false edges, and correct the locations of edges. This paper shows that in edge detection the regularization factor alpha is a better scale parameter than the standard deviation (sigma) of the Gaussian pre-filter. The alpha scale space, which exhibits the evolutionary behaviour of an edge in various scales, is the basis for the design of a multiscale edge detector (MRCBS). In MRCBS, the scale is determined adaptively according to the local noise level; the thresholds which control the amount of edge details are adjusted according to the scale; and the anisotropic diffusion is applied in the finest scale to further suppress noise. 相似文献
