埕海一号人工岛主要开发庄海4X1和庄海8断块,是海油陆采工程的重点项目。已完成22口丛式井,根据不同地层特性选择了不同的钻井液体系,并在钻进过程中精心维护。海水聚合物钻井液的低固相、低黏度和低切力特性有效解决了明化镇组泥岩堵导管、黏附井壁、缩径等难题。新型盐水聚合物钻井液较好地解决了沙河街泥页岩坍塌、大位移定向井井眼净化、钻井液润滑性及油气层保护等难题,保证了钻井的安全施工。但当固相含量增加或提高密度后钻井液润滑性能明显降低,因此需要对体系进一步完善。筛管完成井三开使用无固相钻井完井液,取得了较好的油气层保护效果。 相似文献

DUKHAN油田是江苏油田钻井处在卡塔尔承钻的区块,该区块井多为水平井,井深为3000~3200m,水平段长1000~1500m。针对该区块地层易漏、垮塌和造浆性强等特点,在不同的井段采用了不同的钻井液体系。即一开井段用清水/高粘度胶液;二开井段用高密度聚合物膨润土钻井液;三开用低固相聚合物钻井液;四开井段采用无损害无固相聚合物钻井液。现场应用结果表明,该套钻井液体系具有较强的抑制性,能保持较高的动塑比,提高钻井液的携砂和润滑能力,解决了上部地层井漏、垮塌和地层造浆,以及增斜段、水平段的携砂、润滑性问题,保证了DUKHAN油田钻井施工的顺利进行。 相似文献

青海油田水平井钻进过程中经常发生大段划眼、卡钻、井塌和井漏等复杂情况.为解决井壁垮塌、井眼阻卡,防止岩屑床形成、降低摩阻和保护产层等难题.针对不同地区、不同地层特征的水平井对钻井液性能的要求,从钻井液的润滑性、携岩能力、降滤失效果等方面出发,形成了水基成膜钻井液和聚合醇甲酸盐超低渗透钻井液,同时制定出合理的钻井液维护处理方案.现场应用结果表明,水基成膜钻井液和聚合醇甲酸盐超低渗透钻井液性能稳定,井壁稳定能力强,润滑性好、滤失量低,顺利完成了水平井的钻井、电测、下套管和固井作业等施工.利用钻井液的半透膜性能配合使用屏蔽暂堵技术,有效地封堵地层层理裂隙,防止了地层水化膨胀、黏土颗粒的运移及井壁坍塌,起到较好的保护油气层效果. 相似文献

港深18×3井是滩海勘探开发公司的重点探井,垂深1945.3 m、斜深2004 m,主要目的层为馆陶组.该井地处海边,钻遇造浆严重的明化镇组、馆陶组地层.因此,控制地层造浆、在低密度(小于1.08 g/cm3)下控制井壁稳定是该井施工的技术难点.针对地层情况,该井一开使用低固相聚合物钻井液、二开使用低固相钾盐聚合物钻井液,实现了定向井的近平衡钻井.应用结果表明,该井使用的2种聚合物钻井液体系,具有井眼净化及润滑防卡能力、较强的抑制性、防塌性,控制了钻井液密度,解决了井壁稳定问题,保证了井下施工安全,满足了保护油气层的需要.经测试该井获高产油流. 相似文献

欠平衡钻井钻井液技术是实现欠平衡钻井成败的关键技术之一。针对中国石化新星公司近几年在不同地区施工的30余口欠平衡井所用不同类型的钻井液体系,介绍了低固相聚磺钻井液、无固相盐水聚合物钻井液、低密度乳化柴油钻井液3种钻井液的室内性能评价结果以及现场应用情况,并在此基础上总结分析了各钻井液体系所适用的地层以及其优缺点。无固相盐水聚合物钻井液现场配制简单.成本低廉,特别适用常压碳酸盐岩储层的欠平衡钻井施工,但抗温能力较低.有待于进一步研究;低固相聚磺钻井液是成熟的钻井液体系,适用于水平井以及砂泥岩地层的欠平衡钻井施工;低密度乳化柴油钻井液适用于低压气体欠平衡钻井,但井场安全要求高.成本也相对较高,对油层实施欠平衡钻井,会影响原油的分离,需进一步研究。 相似文献

为了解决川东深井高密度聚合物钻井液面临的技术问题,根据川东地区高密度钻井液的技术要求与技术现状,结合国内高密度聚舍物钻井液的研究情况,经过大量反复的现场实践,确定了川东深井高密度聚合物钻井液现实可行的技术路线——适度分散的强抑制、强封堵特性的钾钙基沥青树脂两性离子聚合物高密度钻井液,其典型配方为:预水化新浆(或上部井段聚合物低固相钻井液) XY27(或再复配SK—4等低分子量聚合物) SMp KHm CaO 沥青类处理剂 润滑防卡剂 加重剂。此体系在保持磺化高密度钻井液优点的同时又较好地解决了磺化高密度钻井液和聚合物不分散高密度钻井液未能解决的问题,收到了显著的技术经济效益,为研究建立复杂地区深井聚合物高密度钻井液体系提供了有益的参考。 相似文献

An upsurge of violence in Iraq threatened a recovery in output that began earlier this year. Production in the northern fields hit a post-invasion high of 620,000 bpd in March, rising by 180,000 bpd in one month. Fighting in the south, however, cut production there by more than 100,000 bpd as government troops tried to subdue Shi'ite militias in and around Basrah. Oil installations damaged in the south included a pipeline and a pumping station. The Iraqi government nevertheless announced that oil production would reach 2.9 mn bpd by the year's end, requiring an increase of nearly 500,000 bpd over April 2008 levels. Foreign help is to be sought via a series of technical service agreements and - later this year - an upstream licensing round. Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry says it wants a bigger role for Japanese oil companies in both the upstream and downstream sectors in Iraq. Kurdistan says it is negotiating with Baghdad to export oil produced from new oil fields there. The central government does not recognize production agreements drawn up by the Kurdistan Regional Government.
